However at my transit, while I was about to board the next flight, they weighed it and asked me to pay 100$ extra. If the airlines didn't allow more than 7 kilos carry on, they should have weighed it at the beginning of my trip since I had lots of room left in my check in and would have adjusted the luggage."

I had to line up 3 times to get a boarding pass and almost missed my flight even though I came 2 hrs earlier. Secondly emirates does not give you Hotel even if your layover is for 14 hrs. Since my airline for final destination is another airline they said I don't qualify for it. It's a nightmare. I have travelled all other airline but by far emirates is the worst airline I travel. Terrible experience and I will never fly Emirates."

Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

I saw a lot of food being thrown away. Mine included. If you are trying to force people to buy food before they board, you have succeeded. TV displays and remote were very poor compared to your competitors."

There was nowhere in the reservation that asked about this. The plane was about 80 degrees for the entire 9 hrs. My clothing was soaked with sweat. The legroom was less than on the domestic flight (AA carrier) which led my son to bother the person in the seat in front of us more. There was a male flight attendant that kept coming by to tell my son to get in his seat, which was not helpful. He is only 3."

Cons: "Transferring between my flight from Madrid to my flight to Vancouver in the Dallas airport was an incredible pain. Sure, we had to go through customs, that's expected. Sure, wait for the luggage so you can take it through, right? We did. For 45 minutes. Then the announcement arrives: international destinations don't have to carry checked luggage through customs. That's why our bags never showed up. Now we have 45 minutes to get to our plane. We made it through customs relatively quickly, meander through the halls that guides are telling us to go through in order to get to our next flight... And then we arrive at the airport entrance, just outside of security. Thankfully, after alerting a TSA agent to our situation, we're not quite brushed off, but pointed toward another security checkpoint that might have a shorter line. We get back through security, and another TSA agent (who seems unsure we'll even make our flight) gives us directions to take a train to our gate on the other side of the airport. We sprinted. And we just barely made it. American Airlines was fine, Dallas airport and transfer protocols for international arrivals/departures were tedious, inefficient, and frustrating."

BA 193 was delayed 2 hrs while our layover was 3.5 hrs. arrived 1 hr before to go through immigration, collect luggage and transfer from terminal D to Terminal A running. made it to the gate 20 min before take off but they have sold our seats to other wait list passengers. they moved us to waiting list on another flight which was supposed to take off 1-1/2 hour later which was also delays an hour and we never made the list!!! We had to pay for accomodation for two rooms at the Element hotel neer the airprt and we are still waiting to catch a "finaly" confirmed flight Jan 4th at 1.45 pm. I plan on calling BA hoping to collect the hotel fees at least."

Not only that but when I approached the next gentleman at the boarding desk in Houston he was super rude! He was yelling at me when I told them that "they in Dallas,the worker at the check in" told me to get my boarding passes in Houston. He kept yelling saying "there was nothing he could do that he could do that he didn't know who THEY were but that I was talking to him now and that's why he is saying" I tried explaining to him that I just wanted to make sure I got in the right flight home because this is what I was told to do by the employee in Dallas. Not only that but our connecting flight to Houston was horrible! The flight attendant (the male) was very very rude!!! He also was yelling at my niece and nephew when we were trying to put the carry on bags in the compartment. And telling us we could have anything underneath the seat when clearly we could have our personal item underneath. Overall we had the worst experience with United and will never again fly with them! I understand delays may happen but there's no need for the employees to be so rude. so much for their customers service!"

Cons: "A teacher was put into tears at the gate agent desk prior to boarding because she had a purse and a shopping bag but had a ticket that only allowed one bag that could not be a full roller board. I did see her eventually board wiping her tears away with a single bag, so she either paid the extra $50 or they figured something out."

He was explaining to me that I could only take one bag on the plane and it was how he explained it to me that I did not like. To then top off the night I get home and my luggage was damaged. Just a really long and troubling trip back home."

Cons: "Few people in baggage department were lazy and rude. Found service with AA and Delta much more supportive when assisting with lost baggage. Only a few bad apples though. Two baggage crew members were awesome."
Cons: "Pay for ticket and couldn't get a seat assignment. Had to go to the kiosk before my flight and try to get a seat. It processed for 5 minutes while I waited thinking it was stuck. Finally it told me there were no seats available unless I wanted to pay for upgrade. Gee I thought a seat came with the price of a ticket. Then there was no shoulder room in the seating and I am an average sized person. There was leg room because it was an exit row. Then they tried to sell me a round-trip ticket that was more costly than buying individual tickets. What a scam."
Pros: "The plane was clean and the.05 ounce snack was very tasty. Incidentally, the tasty snack was scant. Sadly, I saw nothing appealing on the pay menu. My flight connected from DFW so I was kinda hungry."
Cons: "The seats are too small and if the nice big and tall gentleman sitting next to you is obese, the time cannot pass quickly enough."

Cons: "My son ( a minor) was held over in Denver airport for over 12 hours because of delays and cancellations. Not once did your United crew or service workers offer him a meal voucher. This is absolutely wrong. This was my son's first flight alone and he also could not find any venders open to buy food. I will NEVER fly United again and will tell all friends and relatives about your inconsideration to minor passengers who are too shy to ask for help.!"

Cons: "My luggage was lost, my connecting flight was cancelled, I had to fend for myself in getting a cheap unkempt hotel room, I had to pay for my uber from the airport into New York City, there were no rentals or hotels near the airports hat were available. All united kept saying was go online to file for refunds. I will never fly with them again!"
