The flight on Austrian airlines was quite comfortable, good food and entertainment for the long flight. Boarding and deboarding all very smooth. Very helpful SWISS staff helped locate our luggage when we missed connecting flight the previous day."
Cons: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."

Pros: "Throughout the long flight, the cabin crew was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. They avoided interrupting quiet time and rest time by keeping off the PA system (well done). The food was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get some business class tickets with points, and the food was amazing. Wine was excellent. This team was quite solicitous of my parent with reduced-mobility. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the flight. find this is often an areas where many airlines fall down. And it's too bad, because while I'm 100% sure it is no fun to clean a toilet while in flight, it is a really a big negative for the customers. Overall excellent attention to detail, with a cheerful and "can-do" crew that kept the plane "proper" throughout the flight and provided seamless service. Good stuff. Will fly again."

Cons: "Boarding chaotic- no clear lines people pushing ahead which I am not used to- my handluggage was ok’ed at origin in US- was pulled aside in Zurich based on my “ ticket”- it was perfectly well suited and not oversized. In plane half of overhead compartments were filled with coats when told that these should go under seats. No consistency between announcements and behavior of crew."

Cons: "I was randomly selected for a second security check at the boarding gate in Zurich airport, the security staff were unfriendly, said it was a TSA requirement even though I stated I am a United States Citizen and That I have already passed through a complete security check Point, still they placed a metal & scanning detector on my feet, hands & belt. This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check."

Cons: "When I presented my passport at the counter to receive my boarding pass, I was told my passport needed to be over 3 months before expiration. It expires January 14, 2019. It is not written on the passport, nor mentioned during booking. I’ve been to Latvia four times previously and never heard this requirement. I cancelled the flight with Lufthansa who said I must call Kayak who gave me another number to call and that number then sent an email that said there was a $350 rebooking fee for each ticket, IF they decided I was eligible for rebooking. Yes, we got a great rate, but looks like wasted $ now. I will book directly with the airline in the future to ensure the ability to rebook."

Pros: "We left DFW in extremely hot weather. The ground crew managed the boarding to keep everyone out of the hot tunnel entry as long as possible. Even through there was a delay in boarding already, the crew kept us well informed. The cabin crew was very pleasant and accommodating. Smooth flight and still made it to our connecting flight on time."

Although we initially had two hours for the connection we were not informed or warned by Lufthansa about the distance from our arrival gate to the gate for our connecting flight. Further, we were not worn ahead of time that we should have built in additional time in our connection because in order to go from Munich to Valencia we would have to go through customs in Munich rather than at our designation. Delayed flight arrived at 9:30 AM and we ran from the H gates to the Shuttle terminal to reach the K gate Desperately trying to make our departure time of 9:50 AM. There were no instructions for passengers on the flight trying to make connections regarding the distance between gates or to be prepared to go through customs. Had we known that we would not make the flight in anyway shape or form because our flight out of DC was delayed by 2 1/2 hours, we would not have a rushed to try to make the connecting flight. Ultimately we were rerouted through Frankfurt and arrived in Valencia eight hours later they are intended time"

Not much room for a 6 foot male. Crew was excellent. The food was just okay. Had to take a shuttle to and from the terminal in Frankfort, which added to the delays. Late boarding from Frankfurt to Stuttgart. Had to wait for the shuttle. Flight was fine."

Cons: "EVERYTHING!! Packed like sardines with ZERO distancing for a four hour flight. Flight attendants were horrible and did nothing to mandate mask wearing. Literally watched a guy sleep nearly the entire flight with his mask off and the FA walked by him multiple times without saying anything. Will never fly with American after their abysmal attempt to keep us safe. I did not feel safe for a second on that horrendous flight. Definitely getting a COVID test and I will know where I got it from if I test positive. Also the seats are uncomfortable and it was a very bumpy flight (I understand that part cannot be avoided). I don’t understand how you cancel flights and bump people to other flights only for them to be SUPER packed. I thought at the rate of cases rising airlines should be doing a better job at taking safety precautions. Not American. Why do they think it’s a safe idea at this time to have my wife and I packed in with a total stranger for four hours? No social distancing whatsoever! Overall I cannot say a single good thing about this flight. Worst in my entire life"

When boarding you are told to social distance but you got folk sitting bunched up together with someone sitting next to you the whole flight. Delta doesn’t have people sitting in the middle seats. Poor flight when it comes to safety or health over money. SAD!"

Cons: "I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule."

Cons: "They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

The walk and ride took us to a new terminal where we walked and walked and I am 78 and hard to keep up. Then we were off and a nice flight and we made up a bit of time. Upon arrival in Aspen and there was not gate for us so we had to wait 25 minutes to deplane, The staff and pilots were terrific and tried to make the best of it. At least we got there. Snacks and water would have been nice with all the waiting we did....Linda Decatur"

Cons: "The flight was 2 hours delayed because there was a mechanical issue on the plane. We sat and waited on the plane for 1 hour while the Maintenance crew tried fixing the problem. After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay."

Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel."

Terms and conditions doesn’t say I needed the credit card when checking-in! They also NEVER notified us that I was needing that information! The person who booked my flight is overseas!!! They are the worst at customer service. Still waiting to hear back from them! It’s the holidays and they are absolutely careless! After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

Pros: "Boarding from Dallas was very good but when landed in London there was no service provided to me as I requested. I asked for wheelchair and help claiming my luggage due to health problem but when I asked at the airplan gate if some body will help me the answer was wait over there with a rude way and ended by walking to the passport area and claiming my bags by my self, my bags was not there and I was going back and forth to follow directions been given to find my luggage. I was very exhausted and tired and asked people around me for help."
Cons: "There was no help at all especially from the British airway. Unlikely there was very rude answer by telling me if you need help you can hire somebody to help you at claiming bags area. This answer was not expected at all and I was very disoppointed as I made a request to have a wheelchair from London. This request was ignored in London. I was very tired and placed my self to a risk of injury because I hade recent surgery to my right shoulder. As a British air way and this was my first experience I will think carefully next time to use this service again. One of my luggage was damaged and this bag was new and this was my first time to use it they told me at customer service this just a scratch and there is no liability for this kind of damage. hopefully some body can investigate this and do something"

Cons: "Wihout question, the most uncomfortable seat ive ever been in. It was obviously a newer plane, long haul flight, and thw configuration maximized space for more passengers. Width of economy seat was tightest I've ever experienced, with the arms of the seats literally right at my legs, nearlt digging in. The leg room was very short with my knees nearly touching the back of the seat in front of me. When i put my tray down, it actually rested on my knees, and was not level because it pitched up due to longer legs (and I'm only 5'9). This was a long haul, 8 hour flight. I've never beeñ so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and have never counted the minutes I could get out. Seemed obvuous that meal service had taken a hit when corporate looked for places to cut expenses, its one of the lower quality meals. If compared with an international carrier, the food was really sub par. Mostly really friendly crew members, unfortunately, one who really didnt seem to enjoy the job any longer."

Eventually brought it but why try to talk her out of it. Heavy set dark brown tall Attendant on flight 5874 Mesa Airlines. Lost my luggage. More and more friends, family & 1 flight expert says AA gets more complaints. Will try booking with another airline carrier in future unless absolute emergency to take AA. Worth $40.00 or more extra to get friendly service."

Pros: "The crew were polite, accommodating and understanding"
Cons: "The gate was changed 1hr prior to boarding despite the arriving plane having landed 3hrs prior. So with stroller and infant in toe, I had to run to change terminals/buildings. There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Cons: "AA has nine boarding groups, which queue up in two lanes. Each of the two lanes hold about 5 people, at most. This is ridiculous. It creates enormous crowds of people jockeying to be near the tiny lanes for when their number is called 5 or 10 minutes down the line. AA needs to reduce the number of boarding groups, lengthen the lanes, and provide more of them. No other airline boards this way. That's because this boarding method is stupid. Unsurprisingly, our plane took off late because they couldn't get everyone boarded in time."

Cons: "Passengers brought hot food on board at Dallas. McDonalds and KFC odours were overwhelming for first 30 minutes."

Cons: "the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies."

Cons: "AA claimed the overhead storage was full and took my carry-on. Except I walked by at least 15 spots that easily would have fit my bag. They made us pay $50 to check-in luggage, but then didn't bother to put the bags on our flight. They also tried to charge us twice for the privilege of checking bags. They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"

Pros: "Once I got onto the plane, it was fine. It was a short flight. Everyone was nice and they offered drinks and a small snack."
Cons: "I was late to my first flight from Dallas to LR due to my flight from Spain coming in late. I got off the plane and there was also another connecting flight printed for me. I thought "wow that is amazing sevice! I am def going to brag on them." I should have done it myself... after a 30 hour traveling day.. I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future."

Cons: "I've flown a lot, and I really couldn't believe how rude the flight attendants were on this flight. They seemed very inconvenienced by their job. I gave a snack pack back to a FA bc of my allergies and she snatched it out of my hand while walking by me without even looking at me...my husband's jaw dropped, he saw it too. It was unbelievable how rude they were."

Pros: "Entertainment was great. I really liked the touch screens on the chairbacks. Food was fine for airplane food. It came more than I expected. Get sandwiches over the meals, they are better quality. A vegetarian guy had a hard time but the crew tried to help him out. Comfort was ok for a 13 hour trip. The chairs are not really the best and my back hurt after a while. Make sure you stretch! Crew was nice except for one lady. But she wasent rude just... non responsive. Other members were fantastic though. Boarding was very painless."

Wifi based entertainment so you need your own tablet/phone. Great if the wifi works - it didn't. Neither on the outward or return journeys."

Cons: "Boarding-we boarded class 9 and had a carry on that was to big so all 3 personnel yelled at me and my husband with my daughter in my arms very loud and disrespectfully " YOU CAN NOT BRING THESE TYPE OF BAGS ON THE PLANE!" Mind you 3 people are saying this while other people were also waiting to board the plane! So I quickly say we do not need 3 people to tell us 1 thing and especially yelling at us like we were kids or criminals because it felt like we must have broke the law the way they treated us! That experience was horrible and ruined my liking for AA"

Cons: "Flight into DFW was delayed over an hour and ended up missing connection from DFW to SMF by less than 10 minutes because connecting flight left the gate early! We had 5 people in our group, including 3 children under the age of 10. Instead of taking off on time or just a couple minutes late (and oh by the way, the flight to SMF was scheduled to land early because of favorable winds) the flight left the gate early while we were sprinting from gate C31 to A17, missing the door closing by minutes and stranding our party for a three hour wait for an aircraft that went to SFO instead (75 miles away from Sacramento). As the coup de gras, our luggage didn't make it on the plane to SFO so now it's sitting in Sacramento awaiting delivery. I know there were a lot of upset people with the weather delays yesterday, but a bit of foresight or accommodation by American or a particularly savvy gate agent could have prevented the 5 of us from being among them."

Pros: "I got these flights for dj jobs I had under a us p2 visa. My original flight to dallas was delayed from 12:56 to 8pm which would of landed me in dallas at 2:21am but the club Fat Rabbit closes at 2am Which in fact was a 1300 (US dollar) loss. I re booked my ticket to Austin from Vancouver this morning because the only reason to go dallas was my job. Was supposed to fly in have dinner play music get back on the plane n go Austin but going to dallas was irrelevant and a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous."
Cons: "The fact I lost 1300.00 us has pissed me off I'm contacting AA about this I have my visa papers n contracts to show proof if not action is taken i will be contacting a lawyer"

Pros: "It served the function of crossing the ocean. The crew was kind."
Cons: "The airplane was outdated. It did not have personal entertainment suites at each seat. I haven't flown across the ocean without being able to choose my own movie in 3 years. Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

Pros: "I was in a seat in coach that was appalling. (28C?), one row behind the exit row seating. I am only 5' 8" but could not cross my legs. The guy to my left was KNITTING, so was constantly jogging my arm which I carefully had kept inside the armrest on my side. I will avoid flying in a BA 747 in future. Even Business is awful on those jets. I flew in Business once, and thought the head to tail layout was the worst I have experienced. I pulled down the joint divider and thought the person in the next bed was dead, he was lying there with his arms crossed over his chest! It's time to update the 747's or retire them."

Cons: "Flight was pushed out at least 5 times before departing. Once we even boarded and were told to get off the plane after the delay became too long, "for security purposes." The pilot was completely unprofessional - he tried to make light of the situation. At first it was funny but the jokes soon got old. There was little attempt to to update as the delay kept getting longer and longer. We learned more about the delay from our phone apps than from the crew. Most idiotic and incompetent group I've ever flown with."

Cons: "It took so long for me to leave this airport. I got there around 11:30pm and my flight wasn't till around 9:45am the next day and so when it came to that time they had cancelled my flight so I got another ticked for around 2pm and they didn't board that flight till around 4:30. My experience there was to much to handle. I was supposed to get to Colorado Friday night but didn't even get here time Saturday afternoon. Really upsetted me because I leave wednsday so I don't have enough time to be with my boyfriend. I honestly don't think I'll be flying American Airlines again"

Cons: "We waited 6 hours at the airport. American Airlines kept changing our gate number from gate a17 to gat a39 to gate a9. Then at midnight we received the noticed they cancelled the flight but before we received that the attendance at the counter all left. The display above gave us a number to call or we could go wait in a line with over 100 other people we started to for about 1hour and was on hold on the phone at the same time as we watch customer relation people leave while the line got bigger. Soon there were only 4 people with a long line. We left after 1 hour but stayed on hold on the phone. After over a hour we finally got through on the phone. The next fight isn't till sat even, we were leaving Thursday so we said we needed to cancel our flight. Instead of them doing the cancelling and refunding our money we now need to login after 24 hours with or tickets an request a refund. The fun doesn't stop with American Airlinees. We have flown them in the past for years and their service has gone down terribly since the take over."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 hours. The person in the counter would not tell us what's going on. They would say in 10 minutes the flight is leaving. That way we were 4 hours waiting. Nonetheless, we were waiting in the gate and the personal change the flight information for another flight and no body told us why. When we went to see in the big screens with all the flights. which was the new gate for the flight it kept saying the same gate. When I went to ask what's going on the person in the counter was very rude."

Pros: "The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada."

Upon arrival in Vancouver we were paged to baggage claim and informed that our bags were taken off the plane and would arrive later in the night. Problem was, we were leaving on a cruise at 4:30PM. Our bags had two cruise luggage tags on each bag. When our bags were delivered to us 2.5 days later in Ketchikan, Alaska - The cruise tags had been torn off our bags. There were a minimum of 8 vacant seats and corresponding luggage not on this plane. I believe Air Canada had a chance to load more cargo and removed our luggage to make more room for the cargo. I will never fly this airline again. I had nothing good to say to anyone on our cruise regarding this airline. Terrible passenger service. The guest services said that 16 bags were delivered in Ketchikan from Air Canada."

Also the staff stopped for another 10 m in ns to take care of something else. I thought one staff should only take care of one passenger at a time. It showed unprofessional gesture. Btw I didn't get ckeck in email for my return flight to YYZ."

Cons: "It took forever to load as people carried on huge bags that wouldn't fit in the overhead bins or under the seats. It took an extremely long time to get through American customs, and they were very rude, not caring if people missed connecting flights. They wouldn't add workers. Some almost missed the flight. P"

Cons: "Seating very tight and uncomfortable. Luggage handling is the worst I have ever seen. Out of 6 in our group, 2 had lost luggage and 2 had misplaced luggage. Airport customer service didn't care if items were lost or misplaced. Very unprofessional all the way around!"

Pros: "New aircraft 787. Direct flight from Israel to Canada, no layover in Europe. That was nice. The crew was very friendly and helpful. The worst part was the airport in Toronto. Very confusing to get around in. And having to fill out custom papers for Canada when I wasn't staying in Canada or leaving the airport. Didn't like that. But the service of Air Canada makes up for the airport, I would use their service again."

Pros: "Very pleasant flight; excellent entertainment options to while away the time. Excellent crew: food and comfort as good as it gets these days in Economy."
Cons: "Boarding was confusing. Announcements were difficult to hear in the terminal; there was a step requiring all passengers to queue up as if boarding but instead it was a passport/boarding pass check. The two queues were not labeled, there was much line-switching, and the passport-check lines blocked the terminal for travelers for other flights... The incoming plane was late; we wondered why this passport check could not have proceeded while we waited instead of delaying our boarding once our plane arrived."

Pros: "AC's staff is generally very pleasant and accommodating (they are Canadians, after all). I checked in quite early and was moved to an aisle seat (was originally in a middle) with no one next to me - something the lady at the check-in counter did just to be nice! Boarding was pleasant and easy going; greeted upon entering the aircraft which is always a nice touch. The flight was more or less on time and things went smoothly overall."
Cons: "The power/USB outlet in my headrest did not work. I was also seated in front of a French couple who repeatedly hung onto my seat when they were getting up (at least 3 times during the flight). I realize this has nothing to do with Air Canada but perhaps they should consider offering 'French only' flights to avoid such annoyances in the future."

Pros: "The check in was fast and easy, even was able to get a better seat. The cabin and seat were comfortable, the crew very nice. There wasn't any food which is never offered on thse shortish flights. Flight was on time and smooth."

Resulting in me having to hold the headphones in place the entire flight -the first time the attendant went by with the food selections for purchase she walked right past me and went on to run out of food by the time I finally got her attention. -I had to ask the people behind me several times to please stop their child from kicking the back of my seat. Although the attendant made eye contact me one of the times she made no intervention on my behalf. - my return flight was in short: neglectful and arduous. I probably wouldn't recommend Air Canada after a flight like that."

But the Air Canada flight from Dallas was delayed for an hour and then we experienced computer problems causing further delays. I therefore missed my connection in Toroto and was told by the ground staff I could only get out 2 days later. I was also told there were no hotels available. There were long lines of angry people complaining, and they were from different flights, One couple complained they missed 2 days of their honeymoon. The plane did have seats in business class which they refused to hand out. Eventually they found me a hotel and redirected me through Frankfort the next day. It turned out to be a 27 hour trip. Huge disappointment."

Will never fly Air Canada again if I have any other option!"

"I was not granted access to this flight that I paid in full for due to covid restrictions set forth by Spain. I was told by the airline (American Airlines) that because this was out of my control that I would be refunded. I have spent hours calling both Iberia, American Airlines and kayak to get zero results. I have been scammed by kayak!! This company is fraud!!!!"

Cons: "The boarding was a cattle care, atrociously organized, took forever. They were asking the better part of ten dollars for headphones. No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Cons: "When I purchased the ticket I was never told that there was no allowance for luggage. Usually, this flights give you @ least (1) piece of luggage for free. In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Cons: "After a delayed flight coming to Madrid, I was faced with an unbelievably long boarding control line, it seemed clear that I would miss my flight! Crew then stopped all people from going up to the security check point except those headed to London! But I was going to miss my flight to JFK also. This process was so poorly managed!!!! The crowd became very angry, some people even started pushing, yelling and becoming violent. I feared for my safety. I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

Cons: "We had paid for reserved seats. When we got to the gate they were not there. Got bad seats to fly six hours. Left an item on the plane. No help tracking it down. No one would give us a phone number or how to go about locating it."

Pros: "A really big and nice dinner, followed by bloody mary. An ice cream was served some hours later, followed by a nice breakfast sandwich and cake before landing. All this on an evening flight from London, ending in NYC before midnight."

I was unable to board due to an error on my green card that I was unaware of ... Iberia says I is considered a no show and wouldn't budge ... Once I'm able to reschedule my flight I will be looking at other airlines"

Cons: "We did not have an option to upgrade as there was not a British Airways representative at the desk prior to boarding. After knowing that it was not a full flight, having the option to upgrade would have made the flight experience bearable."
