Booked a premium seats weeks ago and got an email the night before that id instead be seated in the cabin. Only reason I booked this overnight flight was for the better seating. All they are doing to compensate is giving a $29 coupon to use on another flight. I won’t be booking this airline again.
It was all great all around. Will travel with Alaska next trip.
Everything was good. However, the selections of movies and TV shows were boring and unexciting. It was disappointing.
There was no seating at the gate, no where to charge your devices, super crowded. Boarding in group F meant all luggage space was taken when it was time for me to board. The boarding crew was short with everyone and seemed irritated. The luggage space was insufficient, the seat was too small for me (6'4") and very uncomfortable trip. I was in a middle seat between a person snoring the whole trip and a person with very strong body odor. The flight crew was terse and unfriendly, seemed irritated and impatient. Yelled a lot at people with earbuds in, understandable. Finally, we arrived 10 minutes early, only to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes and wait for a gate. Worst flight experience I've had in years.
Flight 351 SEA to BOI was terrible. We got to cruising altitude and I needed to use the restroom but the fasten seatbelt sign never came off. There was no turbulence and I'd felt the plane level off so I stood up to use the restroom about 15 minutes after we leveled off. The stewardess went over the intercom and said I needed to be seated because the captain hadn't turned off the fasten seatbelt sign....Which... Fair.... But not five minutes later she went and used the bathroom. Felt very unprofessional to leave a paying customer with a burning urethra for the entire flight and bark at them to sit down and still use the bathroom yourself. They never did turn off the seatbelt sign.
For longer trips, snacks are puny, boring and don’t have ANY nutritional value.
Upgraded to first class both times .The flight attendant Spicy Tim.was excellent and very amusing.
Close boarding too early we’re willing to not let people on flight that could not check in. What ever happened to customer service? Three of us had to fight to get on plane shameful
Check your emails that you sent me. 9 emails were sent telling me that my flight is Delayed. Each one with a different time 7:10, 7:55, 9:31, 9:09, 9:29, 9:44, 10:00, 9:49, and 10:10. That was how my experience went.
Made us check our carry on,even though there was plenty of room because they didn't check with the flight crew. Also boarding was 40min late, due to the plane being on the wrong side of the airport. Also their app didn't record my tsa precheck
It is southwest seat was ok. Not the most comfortable seat
I’ve always loved Southwest. No issues at all. I was flying standby and the gate agent was extremely friendly and helpful. Boarding was smooth and I was able to get a window seat in the emergency exit row. Crew was fantastic! They were very professional and accommodating. We had to divert from our destination due to weather but the flight crew kept everyone at ease and informed us of all pertinent information. Excellent flight

Plane late from DC to Austin 30 minutes. Crew made up much of the time enroute to San Diego.
Fine, but how to board on SW versus othrr airlines, is just lame. Goood staff though and all was solid otherwise.
The last 30 min or so, they put the heat on full. We thought we were being basted.
Board Milian spokesman with pre boarding , not after A group and without my spouse. Total BS, back to Alaska Airlibes I GO. oner 1.2M miles and 900 flights, and every time I fly SWA I regret it, thos will be last time, I only flew SWA but to time requirements fir a Funeral. NEVER AGAIN SWA
The plane wasn’t full, so we got the best seats
Good crew, funny movies, but you need phone ports in the plane and better snacks. :)
The worst part was I was NOT allowed in the lounge even though I was holding a first class ticket and have a premium American Express card. I have flown Business or First Class with many airlines. Delta is the ONLY one who does not extend this courtesy to anyone except people who hold the very expensive American Express card. As a result, I won’t fly Delta if I have any other choice.
Simply outstanding. Their new lounge for Delta One customers is a cut above the rest.

Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
Took off on time and successfully avoided weather that looked to be a problem along the way
I liked everything. Except that my neck was hurting on the seat. I couldn't sleep.
We were delayed Al ost / hours after boarding so that maintenance had to add oil to the engines. Then the oil they grabbed had been left out in the Dallas record cold and was frozen. They had to go back to the hanger and grab some that was not frozen.
Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.
Everything was on time, we arrived early, everything worked well.
Angela was the best fa ever. She made that 8 hour flight a breeze
This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.
The service and food needs to improve to catch up with other international flights
Small plane, so no entertainment. Hour delay! Nobody explained wht the delay was all about.
Same problems with delays in Dallas. This was weather related and due to the incoming flight being delayed. This was the flight that was delayed due to a missing flashlight which turned out not to be missing.
