Cons: "Seat was old and killed my back. Paid for a comfort plus seat, but from what I could tell it was no different that economy. Still had to gate check my single carry on, no entertainment system, no in flight texting. I felt ripped off"

After an inconvenience-filled day, I thought this was pretty poor service and out of line"

Cons: "Front gate person was very rude, inpatient and did not help us to print our new boarding passes that they gave in Barcelona. During boarding process, we had to wait aside until new boarding passes printed that could have been done over an hour earlier."

Pros: "The crew was extra helpful - Help was easy to find and the crowds manageable. As a bonus, our flight arrived at the destination 30 minutes early."
Pros: "The crew looked tired and somewhat friendly. We were delayed about 45 mins and they really didn’t communicate much the Captain did. On the ground we had to wait 20mins for the jet bridge and the door to open and no one said anything. The plane was shut down and turned on again too."

When we realized we left our diaper bag at security in the airport, he offered to help us find a diaper by asking other passengers with kids. They were very generous with diapers and wipes and it wasn’t great to experience the kindness of strangers."
