Cons: "1 hour 30 min late taking off."
Pros: "The crew looked tired and somewhat friendly. We were delayed about 45 mins and they really didn’t communicate much the Captain did. On the ground we had to wait 20mins for the jet bridge and the door to open and no one said anything. The plane was shut down and turned on again too."
Cons: "More communication with the passengers would have been a bit better !!"
Pros: "The crew was nice. The food was pretty good. They were generous with the wine pours. The movie selection was good."
Cons: "The legroom wasn't great on the flight from Amsterdam to Dallas. My plane from Dallas to Chicago actually had better legroom, which is ironic considering it was a much shorter flight. I would prefer more legroom on the longer trans-Atlantic flight. My baggage in Chicago was delayed over an hour."

Cons: "Not been in a middle seat"
Pros: "The flight was early."
Cons: "More leg room needed."

Pros: "Nothing very old plain"
Pros: "On time, good service."
Pros: "The flight was smooth."
Cons: "The crew announced we would not receive beverage service without a reason. Also there was very little air coming from the vents, so not to receive a cold beverage on a hot airplane for a 72 minute flight (should've been 52 minutes; however we were delayed on tarmac) is not logical."
Pros: "On time, staff at gate and on plane friendly and courteous."
Cons: "No plug for electronics. Seats crowded with heavy person next to me."
Pros: "Great people"
Cons: "The food had no taste and cold. The seats are not comfortable enough for a long trip."

The seats had both USB and 110V power outlets which was awesome. The entertainment systems work with regular iPhone headsets which was good."
Cons: "Couldn't get our meal preference selected, Iberia page for the flight check-in didn't work at all, getting a page not found error. Then after calling Iberia, and getting the AA confirmation managed to at least get into AAs web site for the flight, but now it was apparently too late to change our food option, and AA wouldn't work with us at all, the phone agent event LIED on the phone suggesting we could talk to customer service at the airport to have them provide an appropriate meal option. The customer service line was CORDONED OFF at LAX, and getting help out of their agents was like trying to get blood from a stone. The worst customer service experience I've ever had, even than Comcast. Then, I guess this ticket is economy minus, you have to pay more for seats that aren't at the total arse end of the plane. WTF. Economy means economy, not the back end of economy, but now you gotta pay to "upgrade" to regular economy. I can't imagine what that must have been like for families of four with children who are being extorted just so they can sit together. Then at the airport, despite having been assigned a gate, the plane came into a different gate, and we're just sitting there slowly wondering more and more why there aren't many people around. Finally we have to go ask another airlines' desk where our plane is at (it never had a correct gate assignment on the monitors) to figure out where we had to board. No announcement, no agent at the old gate to direct passengers to the correct place. Upon traveling to London on the red-eye, they proceeded to keep the plane completely dark the entire trip. No attempt to help passengers adjust to the destination time zone at all. Trying to open a window resulting in being curtly asked to close it. Jet lag on eastbound transatlantic is bad enough without the airline making it worse. On the return journey the line for the gate was around the corner AFTER boarding had started, and people couldn't board in any sort of order. My entertainment system crashed, when they finally came round with food, I could ask them to reset it. Having paid for the Wifi, which is fine, it's an add-on service, it was difficult to connect to, my phone really struggled to bring up the sign-in page, and I had to reboot my laptop three times, clearing my browser cache to get it to connect. The connection and payment screens were very slow, which was because the wifi overall was very slow. I am sitting on the plane waiting to hear from my father about his critical surgery with my phone dropping on and off the wifi due to slowness and extreme packet loss (>50%). I had been hoping to get some work done on the flight, so much for that idea, I couldn't maintain a solid VPN connection for more than 5 minutes at a time. I will never fly AA again unless they are the last option at a non-horrible price. This was an emergency trip as it was, and booked through Iberia; thanks for nothing Iberia."
Pros: "Have a great trip without any problems."
Cons: "Should be allowed one checked bag per person at no charge."
Pros: "Fast, friendly service."
Cons: "The wifi prices are absolutely outrageous. In a time where hotels are giving wifi away for free bc it's baked in their pricing and costs the airline should be doing the same. It leaves a bitter taste of feeling nickel and dimed when you charge spears toy for this. Especially at $21 for a 3 hour flight. Seriously?"
Cons: "I did not like the head rest, very uncomfortable"
Pros: "Flights were boarded efficiently and on time. Crews were courteous and helpful."
Cons: "Brand new plane seats were great and tons of entertainment"
Cons: "No food or drinks on this flight"
Pros: "the flight was on time"
Cons: "the plane was small the plane was not comfortable"
Cons: "Cancelled flight, not notified in timely manner. Delayed Five hours due to be placed on connecting flights instead of a direct flight which is what I paid for."
Pros: "The flight was a normal flight."
Cons: "Even though I know it happens, but the plane was delayed 45 minutes, which made me miss my connecting flight."
Pros: "We have no other complaints. It was all good."
Cons: "There was no air conditioner on the airplane . made it very uncomfortable ."
