Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time.

If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.

Cons: There was no wifi available, the airline did not have a record of my request for a vegan meal even though I submitted one when I booked my tickets, and they claimed I did not pay for/reserve a seat (even though I had for the flight over, which I booked at the same time as the return flight), so I was stuck in a cramped middle seat for 8 hours trying to write a paper without the internet.

The 'breakfast' for the overnight flight was more of a throwaway: muffin, granola bar, fresh fruit cup. Nice to get wine, or maybe beer(?), with dinner at no extra charge, served from regular wine bottles, not individual-serving containers.
Cons: $35 per flight leg (Lufthansa policy) to choose seats was distinctly annoying. I didn't know when I booked the flights, so the surprise $70 add-in (for round trip definitely would have figured into the price/schedule choice in the first place.

Cons: Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips.

I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country.

Cons: Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA.

Cons: I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time.

Pros: The cabin crew serving the main cabin were exceptional. They were efficient, kind and FUN. We were an hour late leaving and 2/3 of the plane was worried about tight connections. They handled it with grace giving each person their departing gate and asking everyone to let a gentleman off with a 10 minute connection. They made the flight memorably enjoyable.
Cons: Being an hour late isn't ideal and I understand that it wasn't their fault (the plane was late arriving into Denver. Those things happen. They still goto people to Detroit in time to make connections--barely.

Cons: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor

Cons: I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it.

Pros: And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing

Cons: I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN

Pros: Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times.

Pros: The food rocks! I know that I will always be eating well with KLM. The staff is always so nice, professional and cordial...I always know I'll be in good hands with the flight.

Cons: Crowded seating, 20-year old video system, headphones that did not match the two-jack system, lackluster service in flight. Generally my experience with KLM has been good, but this was well below average.

Cons: Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here.

Cons: They have one line of executive class after the kitchen and toilet, is very noisy.

Cons: Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros.

Cons: The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop.

Cons: Not only was there free food but they tried to sell you a bunch of stuff. Not a moments piece.

Cons: Luggage (being handled by Air France in Basel) was first marked as delayed... nothing of the flight was in the end put on the belt and instead dropped off at Lost and Found. Ridiculous service since this was in no way announced to the people waiting for their suitcase.

Cons: I am a 5’8 woman- pretty slim. I had a window seat in the main cabin. I barely fit! But the guy in the isle was bigger and had to wedge himself into his seat. As a result, I couldn’t leave my seat for the entire 9 hour flight. Come on BA! Have some compassion! These long flights need bigger seats.

Pros: My flight was over four hours delayed and I appreciated that when I got to the airport and found that out, I didn’t have to ask for anything but was immediately greeted with a food voucher. I lost an entire days worth of vacation in Germany, so well I do feel the British Airways should have done better and should’ve compensated me better, the fact that they immediately took steps to make the situation better was greatly appreciated. That level of customer service was beyond any I’ve received with an American-based airline. Also, the crew on the plane was fantastic and a great choice of movies. I flew American on the way home and was shocked at the lack of customer service and rudeness, I will happily fly British Airways again and again.

Cons: The boarding process was hampered by too many people putting too much carry on luggage in the overhead bins. Many put things in the overhead bins that could have been put under the seat. It didn’t seem like the crew was paying too much attention to this. In general the crew was pleasant, but there didn’t appear to be much sincerity in the pleasantries.

Pros: The crew was very friendly. Lots of movie options. I got a voucher due to the delay.
Cons: The delay was a bit of a bummer and it would have been nice to be compensated with more than a voucher that couldn't be used in LHR because it was in USD. I also would have liked to been told they were still planning on serving dinner despite the midnight departure; I fell asleep because they turned off the cabin lights and I assumed the meals had shifted, but instead I missed out of my dinner. Lastly, I am quite petite and still struggled with legroom.

Cons: The flight was delayed by roughly 5 hours, causing us to miss our connection and have to wait for the next flight. We missed a half day in Rome and instead spent over 8 hours waiting in airports. The seats were also terribly worn and uncomfortable.

Pros: Orderly boarding and disembarkation.
Cons: This airline is one of the worst in Europe, for the simple reason of putting short-term profits ahead of decent treatment of the customer. My flight across the Atlantic was 4 hours late, and BA refused to put me on the next available to Prague, even though the lateness forced me to miss the BA flight I have been booked on. Their reason referred to a technicality in the booking procedure, but actually BA has put in place "policies" aimed at their financial advantage, over and above reasonable treatment of the customer. BA's refusal to rebook me cost me a lot of inconvenience (3 hours on the phone, for one thing) plus about $150 (I am taking another route to Prague); BA was then able to sell both my original seat and an extra seat on the next flight from Heathrow to Prague. I will never fly BA again in my life if I can help it.

Cons: We were late 20 minutes and sat in tarmac another 15 minutes. Didn´t allow us enough time to get train, take bus, we had over 500 people lined up for bus, get through TSA, they pulled my suitcase for inspection, but didn´t look at it for 15 minutes until i called a supervisor as my connecting flight was leaving, and in fact, it had left as TSA does this purposefully and maliciously as it apparently happens all the time per ÇBritish Airways who had to reticket us. We had to return to A section another 20 minutes to be reticketed and luckily got on another flight to <madrid. Terrible experience with TSA. Very rude, angry, abusive staff.

Cons: Our flight from Denver to London was canceled at the last minute last night. The information from your email and the number given from you notifying me of the cancellation only gave British Airway to contact for redress. It took over an hour on the phone to get another flight which was 2 days later with now 2 days less of our vacation. Not to mention the loss of 2 hotel room payments. Kayak was of no help in this matter. Plus our flight reservation prohibited us from getting our flight on another flight the next day. If I had known that I never would have used Kayak. I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled. I expect to be reimbursed for our lost Hotel room costs and the costs associated with lost tours from you. Please contact me with how you will go about doing this.

The ground crew could have been more courteous with passengers for whom this was a great inconvenience. In my specific case, the person checking me in labelled my bad "Long Stay" instead of "Priority" because they misread the instructions on the computer. The person would not listen to me and would not re-check his potential error....I fly British Airways all the time and that did not seem to make a difference in his demeanor

On London airport, I was sent back for the gate because I showed up early and they ask me to take care of the screen and wait for the gate #, when they showed the # , I went to the gate and was told my flight had left an hour ago and sent me back walking . I was wearing an orthopedic shoe, due to a toe fracture and i had to walk again all this long distance back to the terminal.!! British airway gave another flight and had to pay $279 dlls for a ticket to Madrid.2 hrs later. My flight was by Iberia and the service. was excelent. I wonder if the insurance , I bought initially will cover something of the $ 279 dlls ticket ? Fligth back to EUA was by AA and service was excellent

Cons: The seats on these flights are poor. As well as being narrow, there are bars on either side that dig in to your sides. My ongoing one hour domestic flight had more comfortable seats. Fod choice poor. Chicken Curry or Cheese/Tomato Lasagna. If I want a vegetarian meal I'll order one beforehand. Give me two meat options. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Is it cost cutting? Seems like it to me. Not impressed.

Cons: There are no air vents on these planes! 4 of the 4 international flights of 10+ hours each did not have individual air vents. The heat was unbearable. We were sweating the entire time. There are individual computers in each row taking up some of the seat B (middle seat) legroom. These blow hot air and heat up the plane even more. I have never been on a flight where there weren't vents and it is the #1 reason why I won't be flying British Airways again. The TV screens are also outdated. The selection is alright but the screens are blurry and have a grid burned in on them.

Cons: Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Then they bumped us out of the seats we had reserved. Made it just in time for our connection. Then they bumped us from that flight. Others were given generous compensation for that bump. However we were given nothing. At least they us we could rest in the BA lounge because I am elderly and disabled and we would have a 9 hour wait. Got to the lounge and we were not listed in the system. So we were denied entrance. We will have have spent 2 nights on a plane and 36 hours instead of one night and 16 hours. Rotten way to depend your 50th anniversary.

Pros: I loved the legroom in the emergency seat I had and the service was top notch. The food and food choices was also really nice and the wine served with dinner was great.
Cons: Overall loved my emergency row seat the only negative for my particular seat was once the rest of my row was filled in and the 2 seats in front of me it made it impossible to get out of the seat and stand up unless I could had the person sitting in front of me get out of his seat.

I loved that there were new release movies available for free. The staff was friendly and available. If I were to do another long flight like that, I would seek out British Airways.
