Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.
Travelers who did not get tested, are advised to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.

I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

After checking in and waiting at the terminal for our flight which supposed to leave at 12:55AM was delayed to 3AM. The flight ended up to being cancelled after everyone got in the plane. About 5-15 minutes all passengers was told to exit the plane. There were only one frontier employee who was working at the at the gate after we all exited. This specific employee said the manager had told all other frontier employees to go home. Me and my wife were really upset about this situation. It took a very long time for the employee to deal with all passengers refunds to changing flights. This had affected our flights to MkE because my wife mother was in her death bed to passing away today. The way things were handled during the flight on this day was a horrible experience. We then bought our flights from southwest after all this hectic morning."

Cons: "I arrived at the Frontier drop off almost two hours before my scheduled flight at 8 am Monday July 3rd. There was a line out the door of people needing to check in and drop off bags and ONLY ONE women checking that line in. I didn't mind that because i had a carry on and only needed to get my boarding pass. However, I couldn't pull it up at all on my Frontier app and when I tried the kiosk, it told me I needed to see an associate to get it. So I asked the man directing people into the lines my problem and he said I would just need to step into the customer line (which was also only only manned by ONE person). I waited in that line for 40 minutes until the the woman told me she couldn't help me and that I had to go the other line for Bag Drop. that would have been fine, but there was still only one person checking people in. Everyone else in line had no idea what was going on and were just as irritated with the situation as i was. I eventually waited so long I missed my flight. By them there were a few more people checking bags and I was almost to the front. When I was called next I told the man my issue and he said because my flight already boarded I needed to go BACK to the customer service line! So I do. Fine. I already missed my flight, I'm not in THAT much of a hurry now! So I wait in that line another 20 minutes and the woman who had told me I was in the wrong line the first time, said the man had been wrong! She tried to get me to go back to the bag drop line! I pleaded with her that I had already switched lines twice and now I needed to rebook my flight. Thankfully she was able to help me out and got me on the next flight to Milwaukee at 330. But I could just not believe that on a holiday weekend, there were only ONE PERSON checking in bags. And now that I'm looking at reviews from other people, this is not an uncommon thing to happen. It was just such an inconvience and I ended up missing time with my family for the holiday."

Cons: "Flight cancelled after what appeared to be a scheduling error with no flight crew. Delayed several hours before this was understood by the gate attendant. If it was weather, that would be understandable, but a flight with no flight crew due to scheduling...that was just incompetence."

Cons: "The gate crew and the agent on the phone were not helpful. They lost my snowboard bag. The plane had engine troubles. I didn't get to my destination until 4 hours after my arrival time."
Pros: "frontier charged me another $99 after I showed up 2 hours early just to find out my flight left 40 min prior to me showing up. A whole 2hrs and 40 before my flight time. And no notice at all."
Pros: "Do not use frontier. There was a snow storm 4 days ago and frontier us still delaying every flight. All other airlines on time. Flight in was delayed3.5 hrs and return was delayed 3hrs. Again it has been sunshine and nice the last 3 days but frontier insits the issues are not there fault but weather related. Pay the extra money and fly anyone else."

I was surprised there was not a charge to go to the bathroom.. i plan on not using this airline again."
Cons: "My bags as well as my associates bags ( 13 people total) were not sent to our destination. Therefore we were at our work convention without our suits, and no running material for our company wide 5k . It was raining so I had soaking wet clothing and no change of clothes. All in all not very pleased with my experience."
