Cons: Short trip , WiFi was out but not an issue. Again I was so pleased not to have to climb narrow stairs to board. It was excellent and glad to be home. Maybe some peanuts.

Cons: Delays after delays without clear leadership from the boarding crew

Pros: Made up time lost to bad weather. Several announcements from pilot-I always like that. Makes me feel more personally cared for. "My friend the pilot is taking me there". That might explain how it makes me feel. Wish they did it more. Don't usually complain but below you will see I did.

Cons: Your headrest are especially cheap, plastic like, with little padding. Being in back row(no recline) would have been manageable if I could have leaned head to side to rest on something that extended out. Left too much light on (all down center) for an overnight flight. Served heavy dinner at 2am. Woke everyone up. Later light breakfast would have been more appropriate. Bathrooms reeked and waste bin overflow. Stewardess in back chatting. Don't they ever check?. They didn't seem to want to there.

Pros: The ticket was very inexpensive. The seats were designed to be comfortable even though they fit more people in the airplane. They don't charge you for your personal item, like a lot of other low rate airlines do. Everything was clean, and efficient. Again, I got to say the seats were comfortable even though they did not look like they would be.

Cons: I did not expect to have to pay for a can of pop. When the flight attendant came by asking if I would like something to drink, I requested a diet cola. She handed me the canna pop and it cost three dollars. That kind of shocked me. Also when I was paying for that canna pop the tablet that was running my credit card asked me how much of a tip I wanted to give The flight attendant. When I didn't leave a tip, the tablet forced me to hit a button that said I do not wish to leave gratuity. I did think it was a little over-the-top to charge for even cans of pop, then I thought it was very expensive to pay three dollars for the can of pop, then I thought it was over the top to ask for a tip, and finally I fell it was inappropriate to require me to click a button saying I did not wish to leave gratuity after I didn't leave a tip. This was the first time I had flown front tier, so I was very surprised by The whole, paying for a regular beverage and having it cost so much. But that was the only issue. Everything else was good. Of course this is within the context of a low rate airline ticket purchase.

Pros: Sat on the wing, legroom

Pros: Very affordable and punctual

Cons: Seats were VERY close. Barely any leg room. Children next to me on both flights were disruptive. On first flight child ran up and done aisles with parent behind them. She was noisy the whole flight. This lasted for over 10 minutes and flight attendants didn't do anything. The child on the next flight talked nonstop with traveling family.Probably nothing could have been done by airline but super annoying.

Pros: The crew was fabulous. Basically any actual person I talked to was lovely and pleasant.

Cons: I mean, I understand that it's the goal of the company to sucker consumers out of every penny they can, Frontier is just very in your face about it to the detriment of the overall experience. Throughout the online check in process there was an endless stream of popups asking if I was SURE I didn't want to pay more for a carry on, to choose my seat, etc which made the check in process very tedious and frustrating. And doing blatant things like making the "yes I want to pay more" button huge and basically trying to hide the "no thanks" button. As if customers aren't going to see right through that and get annoyed? (Their cost benefit analysis really didn't account for happier people being more willing to pay for extra things) Also, when my flight home got cancelled it was almost impossible to get a hold of a real person to talk to. Since it was due to weather conditions Frontier had an announcement on their website about what to do. Which...had a convenient link to requesting a refund but no instructions on how to go about re-booking, just that it was theoretically a thing they would do. When I called their customer service I was met with a recorded message about how they're overwhelmed with calls (understandable) followed by same message that was on their website and then...nothing. They ended the call. No option to speak to a person, no "you'll need to wait an hour for someone to be available", no menu to flip through...nothing. Frontier just very obviously doesn't care about customer experience (other airlines/companies at least have the decency to pretend). You'll get an adequate flight pretty cheap (provided you didn't want to bring a significant amount of luggage or eat/drink on the flight) that will get you from point A to point B. Just don't have any expectations going in.

Cons: Taxied at ORD for 45 minutes waiting for a gate to vacate.

Pros: The crew was friendly. The trip was relatively painless.

Cons: The landing was extremely rough. Other passengers were smelly. Those seats are so small if you’re anything larger than petite you’re immediately encroaching on someone else’s space.

Cons: Sat on the tarmac for longer than the entire flight lasted. Once again, terrible communication although this time from the flight crew.

Pros: The boarding process was quick and everyone found their seats quickly so we were able to take off sooner rather than later.

Cons: The un-boarding process needs to be changed. It’s been the same for years and it doesn’t work.

Pros: The crew was very pleasant about a sticky situation.

Cons: the new saver fare option sucks, it makes travel more stressful and very undignified

Pros: Flight was fine. No problems. Crew pleasant and professional.

Cons: Flight delayed due to problems with aircraft availability.

Pros: The customer service crew helped immensely and quickly booked us a hotel to accommodate us.

Cons: Our flight to Seattle got delayed, so we missed the connecting flight to anchorage and had to take another flight the next day

Pros: Overall okay everything was on time.

Cons: There was no entertainment, no power outlet on one flight, they charge for access to there Internet. No Tvs on the back of the seats

Cons: I miss the good old days where Captain X tells us what’s seeable out the window!

Pros: Steaming movies directly to my iPad and iPhone for free was a great way to pass the time.

Cons: It was an enjoyable trip, no complaints whatsoever.

Cons: There was very poor communication regarding our ongoing delay that lasted 7 hours. Some of the crew were very rude towards customers.

Pros: Good service = being on time. The bar is low these days I guess, I was so pleasantly surprised that BOTH of my flights on my roundtrip using UNITED had no delays. Thank you!

Cons: Not everyone got to check their luggage (I made it though, so personally I am happy, but it was a close call and I really didn't want to have to wait at baggage claim.)

Pros: From beginning to end my flight experience was great.

Cons: I requested wheelchair service and on my return flight from Denver the people who assist werected sitting around and I had to walk to the area where they were sitting. The ticket agent did not call anyone for me, although I told him I needed a wheelchair.

Cons: When my husband retrieved his luggage, it smelled terrible- like dog poop. We had to drive home with the windows down & throw away the baggage when we got home.

Pros: They got me an air sick bag since there were none in the pockets. Bathroom was very clean. Chair had bendy headrests. Didn’t have to check my bag.

Cons: Very turbulent, seat did not stay reclined. On a redeye flight, this was the key misery-maker. Seat in front was reclined so no possible position to sleep from the middle seat, even for a short person.

Pros: The crew was amazing. Kat and the other stewards were very friendly.

Cons: The flight attendant was rude to me while I was boarding. There was room for my carry on in the overhead compartment but she told me I had to keep my bag under the seat in front of me. There was also an extremely overweight person next to me, I couldn't lean back.I had to ride the entire flight on the edge of the seat stooped over. They should have made the large man buy 2 seats.

Cons: I was ready for not having the power outlets, no complains about that part, but I didn't realize that the Frontier airlines would be so obsessed about saving their money that you can't even have a free glass of plain water!, everything is for purchase only. I am not even mentioning juices, tea, coffee etc., which are complimentary in all other airlines. The seats cannot be reclined, so you have to sit straight for all the duration of the flight. I hope the Frontier corporate staff monitors these reviews and will improve, but honestly I doubt. Once a person or an airline becomes greedy, there is no way they will change for the best.

Pros: It was just a pretty normal flight, mad it home on time and our luggage came right away, it was so much better then the flight from Portland to Denver.

Cons: I checked in online but the doormen couldn't checkin my baggage for $25 ripoff price because my credit card wouldn't read and they didn't know how to manually enter the cc #. I currently have a severely dislocated shoulder and was having trouble moving my luggage and carry-on at the same time so he at least got me to the baggage check in line. There for some reason the usher directing people to the self-checkin kept ignoring me so I shuffled my stuff over to an empty one while he just watched. Of course the self check in couldn't read my CC. So I asked for help from the guy behind the counter and scales. He ignores me. I ask another guy for help so he waves at someone on my side of the counter but she's helping someone else and doesn't notice. So this guy gives up and walks away. Times ticking at this point so I decide to be abrupt. The woman comes to help me and i explain that i need someone to enter the cc 3 in manually. She tries for a second but apparently doesn't know how and just walks away. maybe to find someone that knows how? So one of the guys comes back and i grab his attention and tell him he needs to find someone that can enter my card manually. So he waves at another woman on my side and she takes on the task for sevearl minutes and is finally successful. That's five inept people and a half an hour later of horrible service to help a clearly injured person. Way to go United checkin desk. After I missed my flight, the customer service attendant at station 29 (I think, maybe 39), quickly and without discussion got me onto the next available flight two hours later, which I appreciated immensely.
