Flight delayed by over an hour…not their fault exactly, but it wasn’t convenient either. Other than that a great flight and STUCK the landing!
Perpetually delayed, flight out was delayed almost 2 hours, flight home was delayed an hour and a half. On the way back no refreshments as an option, yet they gave it out to 1st class. No apology or notice of the delay going out both ways. Seats are nice feature wise, but the adjustable headrests don't stay up anymore. Feels more like a budget airline
My mother suffers from Lupus and has challenges walking. I specifically called Alaska airlines, stated her condition and made sure my mother’s had wheel char assistance towards gate and into the gate hall so she just had to get into the plane and walk a couple of steps. It was assured by Alaska team that the service was granted in both airports , DEN and SAN . In Denver , the wheelchair assistance never arrived. I had to personally grab another airline wheelchair sit my mom.Then I had to go to Alaska Airlines front desk twice to let them know my mother was waiting at the wheelchair service station. Upon arrival to SD Airport , there was no wheelchair service waiting for her in the hall before deplaning. She had to walk her way out in pain. Absolutely inconsiderate and unacceptable by the airline! Never again flying with Alaska Airlines.
Waiting 2 hours after landing to arrive at a gate was ridiculous.
Plane seats are comfortable and seemed more roomy than others I have been on. Playing was clean and flight crew friendly. Passengers who have a connecting flight should however be allowed off the plane first

The only problem was the time delay. Kudos to the counter agent in Seattle. Very helpful and gracious.
The flight was delayed over an hour, and then while taxiing from the gate, one of the ground crew snapped a pin on the landing gear. Another delay before takeoff. What I did appreciate was being able to bring on my guitar without having to check it as baggage. And the flight crew was helpful as well as the crew at the gate boarding the passengers.
This was not an Alaska Airlines flight, it was American Airlines flight operated by SkyWest. The aircraft was narrow body ERJ175. But it is a modern regional jet and relatively comfortable.
Destroyed my suitcase. Tired of talking about it. Cancelling my unite mileage plus account.
New plane was lovely. Crew customer service is always lax but expected. Kraft on time and arrived safely.
Wonderful in-seat entertainment with seatback screens and huge selection of quality movies. The ability to bluetooth connect headphones was amazing.
Flight was late - I was downgraded from first class to coach

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the locked room where it was being kept.
Too many fees (but that seems to apply to all airlines nowadays)
United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.
Great, smooth flight. I did think there would be an outlet to use to plug in to at the seat.
The flight attendants were extremely sourly and borderline rude. I did not feel appreciated as an AA customer once.
As we approached Denver, we encountered quite a bit of turbulence. I know this can sometimes be the case as I frequently fly this route but not on American. My gripe: Usually a pilot or co-pilot alerts passengers to the possibility of turbulance ahead of time. This did not occur nor did he communiucate during what was a pretty rough ride.
Terrible. Our luggage was delayed and couldn’t be delivered for several days. We got bad information from the airline agents at baggage claim. We had to pick up our car so we wouldn’t be charged for an extra day. We got lost in the maze of airport parking. The baggage claim agents didn’t offer us any compensation for our extra time and expense. We are tired, hungry and very frustrated.
Mechanical delay and no compensation. Missed connection as a result of their delay. Mediocre performance and service. Horrible airline currently with horrible culture.
Any sort of gluten free snack option would be nice
Crew was late. Baggage was late. 2hs inside the plane waiting fro de-icing and traffic. A 3:30hs flight ended up being almost 6hs inside the airplane.

It would have been better if I could have had my flight on time. It was delayed for 5 hours. Caused me to not be able to fulfill my promise to my granddaughters. Other than that it was a good trip.
11h50m total delay. Had to switch to another flight that was still a 7h30m delay.
Dallas Hub. American taking ownership for their screwups instead of blaming their contractors and customers, trading their people, their call in service, reservation agents and their ticketing process. Make sure wheelchairs are available especially when the request is in their record.
