1 flight cancelled Had to fly out of different city Flight at new departure city was delayed 3 hours causing us to miss connecting flights. By the time we did make it to Prague our luggage did not. Had to wait day and a half for luggage to be delivered. Customer service was not good. Agents did not arrive at gate until 5-10 minutes before boarding

Flight itself excellent, but delayed so missed connection & got to destination 2 hrs later

It was better than excellent. The staff in Mason City were great. The young woman that pushed my wheelchair did more than could be expected of her. She came from India 17 years ago. I don't remember her name.

Boarding was organized. Old plane. Seat fairly comfortable. Business Class much too large so you don’t receive as much attention as you should considering what you pay for the seat.

Very rough getting into denver. my kid threw up it was so rough.

Liked that we left on time for each flight. Snacks not the best, but we're okay.

More water distribution throughout flight. Food quality poor and hot items delivered not hot on both attempts. Not United Standards

The Frankfurt airport is just not that easy to get around. Having to get from one end of the airport to the other when it was not well marked was a challenge. The flight itself was fine. I would fly with United again.

I had requested wheelchair assistance prior to flight. The airport staff had no record of it. It was not provided at Cedar Rapids which was a small airport, so I managed on my own. At O'Hare airport the same thing happened. The staff told me they had no record of my request for a wheel chair. But they finally provided it after a delay when I insisted that I needed it.

Constant cancellations. One last minute cancellation after they bussed us to to plane. Then they sent me to France to get another connection. A total waste of time and energy
