They also said the delay with American Eagle had nothing to do with them. I lost my one and only upgrade because of this and had to spend the night in Dallas. American Airlines are terrible."

May be nice to have an ear set for personnel so they aren’t hollering amidst the chaos. Honestly, I sat at Gate E16 for almost 2 hours and genuinely want to say, “Great job!” to Frank. He kept a level head through the madness and maintained his professionalism all the while. Thank you for your hard work, Frank. We need more like you."

The seats had both USB and 110V power outlets which was awesome. The entertainment systems work with regular iPhone headsets which was good."
Cons: "Couldn't get our meal preference selected, Iberia page for the flight check-in didn't work at all, getting a page not found error. Then after calling Iberia, and getting the AA confirmation managed to at least get into AAs web site for the flight, but now it was apparently too late to change our food option, and AA wouldn't work with us at all, the phone agent event LIED on the phone suggesting we could talk to customer service at the airport to have them provide an appropriate meal option. The customer service line was CORDONED OFF at LAX, and getting help out of their agents was like trying to get blood from a stone. The worst customer service experience I've ever had, even than Comcast. Then, I guess this ticket is economy minus, you have to pay more for seats that aren't at the total arse end of the plane. WTF. Economy means economy, not the back end of economy, but now you gotta pay to "upgrade" to regular economy. I can't imagine what that must have been like for families of four with children who are being extorted just so they can sit together. Then at the airport, despite having been assigned a gate, the plane came into a different gate, and we're just sitting there slowly wondering more and more why there aren't many people around. Finally we have to go ask another airlines' desk where our plane is at (it never had a correct gate assignment on the monitors) to figure out where we had to board. No announcement, no agent at the old gate to direct passengers to the correct place. Upon traveling to London on the red-eye, they proceeded to keep the plane completely dark the entire trip. No attempt to help passengers adjust to the destination time zone at all. Trying to open a window resulting in being curtly asked to close it. Jet lag on eastbound transatlantic is bad enough without the airline making it worse. On the return journey the line for the gate was around the corner AFTER boarding had started, and people couldn't board in any sort of order. My entertainment system crashed, when they finally came round with food, I could ask them to reset it. Having paid for the Wifi, which is fine, it's an add-on service, it was difficult to connect to, my phone really struggled to bring up the sign-in page, and I had to reboot my laptop three times, clearing my browser cache to get it to connect. The connection and payment screens were very slow, which was because the wifi overall was very slow. I am sitting on the plane waiting to hear from my father about his critical surgery with my phone dropping on and off the wifi due to slowness and extreme packet loss (>50%). I had been hoping to get some work done on the flight, so much for that idea, I couldn't maintain a solid VPN connection for more than 5 minutes at a time. I will never fly AA again unless they are the last option at a non-horrible price. This was an emergency trip as it was, and booked through Iberia; thanks for nothing Iberia."

Plus our trays were dirty, like juice spilled on them, so I asked for a wet wipe or toilette to clean it and all I was offered was a damp napkin to wipe the mess, but not to sterilize anything. Our flight was overbooked and they offered to pay $500 to four people willing to go on a different flight."

If anyone uses the bromide "the customer is all important", cite this example as proof positive of the lie that is that tired statement. This circumstance, was, essentially no one's fault and yet the employee reaction on behalf of Frontier airlines speaks volumes to the general attitude that the ORGANIZATION takes toward its paying customers. Due to delays on the first leg of the trip from DC to Denver, the connecting flight was missed. This is understandable on its own, as I have no expectation that a second flight would be held for me. However, the fact that Frontier, as an organization, feels ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER to assisting their customers in arriving to their ultimate destination in a timely manner means they will never, EVER, get my money again. To make matters worse, the two options they DID offer, were unacceptable: 1) Offered a flight to an airport an hour away from my destination & 2) Offered a flight to my actual destination...two days later (in the airport on Tuesday; they offered to get me on a flight to my destination Thursday) AND this offer with absolutely no assistance regarding sleeping arrangements for TWO NIGHTS. In short, trip was complicated for which I do not blame Frontier. However, their complete lack of customer service to a paying customer ultimately has cost them future customers. My family travels frequently and I will certainly advise any and all persons I know NOT TO EVER TRAVEL ON FRONTIER AIRLINES! I will, however, recommend the FAR MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY DELTA airlines)"

The flight attendants were very stuck up and played on their tablets and phones for the duration of the flight, ate pizza, and looked to be drinking too. Not much customer help, but that's also because no complimentary items are given through frontier, no even a half cup of soda. There are no bonus features on board like wi-fi or tv's on seat backs to order tv or movies. The price of flight was offset by the cost of bags and seat, so I ended up paying the same as I would have via United. I will not be flyin Frontier again."

They charge for everything; checked bags, carry-ons, even drinks. There is no room to store anything. The seats don't recline. There is no entertainment. The staff is surly. They are supposed to be a low-cost airline, but, after all of the mark-ups, it's about the same. They have the worst on-time performance of any domestic airline. Do not fall for it. If you have ANY alternative choice, take it!!!"

Cons: "Though a sign was posted with a time when the counter agent would arrive, we (there were MANY of us waiting who had checked in electronically) had to wait over 20 minutes for her to show up to tag and take our checked bags. She was unkempt and unfriendly, and oddly insisted on looking at everyone's identification, even those who weren't checking bags. The flight crew was wonderful, and the rest of the flight was generally good. It's not effective for a travel business to begin a journey on a bad note."

Two hours to fill out paperwork--that is a complete waste of your employees time, let alone the 200 passengers that are stuck and delayed!!!! At least I now know that "cheaper" is a relative term when flying Frontier airlines. I have lifetime gold status on United...what was I thinking when I booked this flight?"
