Cons: "First flight was delayed, reschedule for new flight 4 hours later, second flight delayed. Barely made connecting flight. Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."
Pros: "Lots of food and wine/beer were provided at no additional cost and the first checked bag was free as is standard with British Airways. Basically I liked that American Airlines followed British Airways standards for the flight."
Cons: "There were no personal entertainment devices, just a central tv for everyone to watch, and there were no charging outlets. The plane was probably from a museum it was so old. After boarding we sat in the plane without moving to the runway for 30 minutes just making the 8 hour flight even longer. The gate at the Lisbon airport was overly small and restrictive with everyone crammed in and unable to leave after initially entering."

Cons: "7.5 hr flight from Lisbon to Philadelphia on a dingy old plane that looks like it hasn’t been retrofitted in close to 20 years, with no charging ports for electronics, which seems insane in this day and age, especially for such long flights. Had no in-seat entertainment systems either, and only offered news and sports on the American wi-fi service — not their usual lineup of movies and TV."
Cons: "Flight departure was delayed by 4.5 hours. Then when we finally landed, we had to wait nearly 2 hours on the tarmac before we taxied to the gate. American kept us in the dark about what was happening -- I might have made different plans if I had known what was going on."

Cons: "This was my first time on a British Airways flight and I wasn’t to pleased. I asked for a soft and the crew member took nearly an hour to bring me one. I was sitting in a crammed seat and to make it worse the tv wasn’t working. It was on but I couldn’t change any channel. It was over a 6 hour flight that seemed even longer."
Cons: "Our seats were overbooked , causing us to almost miss our international connection. The staff were somewhat rude, but did try to solicit volunteers to give up seats and eventually the 4 passengers in my party did fly. But it was a very stressful 1hour until the issue was settled!"

Cons: "Hi. I was shocked that there was no food served on the 6 hour flight from Boston to LA. And the seats are way too small. I’m not large and I felt like I couldn’t breathe. There wasn’t enough help, either."
Pros: "Either Frank needs a raise or the register personnel need additional training. It seemed every time the desk needed assistance, they were hollering for Frank. May be nice to have an ear set for personnel so they aren’t hollering amidst the chaos. Honestly, I sat at Gate E16 for almost 2 hours and genuinely want to say, “Great job!” to Frank. He kept a level head through the madness and maintained his professionalism all the while. Thank you for your hard work, Frank. We need more like you."
Cons: "Although we can't fault the airline for turning back after being in flight for an hour (due to some computer glitch), it created a 5-hour plus delay. American Airlines was operating the BA flight. They put up passengers in a hotel and provided us with meal vouchers. This was appreciated. But the hotel was shabby and its staff including the shuttle driver were rude and slow. Considering the horrible delay we experienced getting to our destination, this 2-day return from Spain to Atlanta, was just bitter icing on the cake."

Cons: "Check in staff was unprepared for volume of people. When asking an American Airlines agent if I could use the priority check in because I had priority seating I was told no. I was informed by a customer going that way that I indeed could. When I got in line for the priority check in, the agent looked over and very loudly said that I was in the wrong check in area. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."
Pros: "What did you like? The crew was extremely polite and greeted us when we entered the cabin. Willing to assist us if we needed assistance. they got us seated straight away, and we were off, they brought the beverage cart out straight away, offered us a snack of pretzels and a drink. it was pretty quiet on the flight a lot of tired people who just came from an international flight and just wanting to get home. both flights were on time. I haven't one bad thing to say about American Airlines"
Pros: "We landed an hour early, which I have never experienced all the times flying into LAX. Entertainment had a bunch of new movies to kill the flight time."
Cons: "Airplane was very warm temperature wise. We landed super early, but had to wait almost 30 minutes for a gate to open."

Cons: "I like the service I got and the service I got. I have back surgery and walk with assistance and the lady that helped me a the the birding desk took care of my needs and it was so much appriciated.. Thank you."
Cons: "Our flight was 3 + hours behind schedule. We didn't get to take off until around 11:30pm when our flight was supposed to take off at 7:05pm. I have missed my itinerary and cruise trip with family members. Now I have to wait 2 days to catch a cruise and reunite with my family in Italy. It's not fear that the airline don't take consideration for this kind of situation. We understand that Things happens and the airline takes precautions to make sure everything is okay before take off. However, I'm very frustrated and disappointed."

Cons: "It was crowded and and hot. I couldn't stand to go to the bathroom because the seat in front of me was leaned so far back."
Cons: "The airline overbooked the flight,so even though I had a ticket and was NOT standby, I almost didn't make it on even though there were seats available (after two people forfeited their seats) bc they were worried about over-weighting the plane. Then they packed us like sardines into the back row of the plane."
