It arrived back to Salt Lake late causing the Dallas flight to leave late. I got a message at 6:24 pm regarding the late departure for the 8:15 pm flight to Dallas. They knew this info hours before. It should have been communicated sooner"

Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."

Food was barely edible. Paid extra for roomier seats on one leg, making it more comfortable, but were extremely tight on another leg which had many empty seats scattered throughout the cabin. Cabin attendants seemed more interested in pushing items that generated revenue than providing the ones that came with the ticket (which is never cheap to begin with)."

We got to the gate for our connecting flight 9 minutes before the pushed back from the ramp and they would not let us on??? WTF poor customer service!! Fly southwest from now on!"

Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

We were told by the cabin staff that the gate personnel don't always check what size plane it is before requiring everyone to hand in their luggage."

The I received an email while I was on the way to the airport saying that the airplane that I was going to fly out on was canceled due to airplane maintenance. While I am happy they didn't fly the plane while needing maintenance, they should have planned ahead and known of the maintenance or had a backup ready to go. Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?"

Cons: "Disenchanted flight attendants. For whatever reason, it is obvious that there is unhappiness. Not flat affect, just the look of disinterest, a look that tells you I don't care. In a customer based business it is so disheartening that the very person you may have to depend on to survive is not vested in the clientele that keeps her company in business, thereby insuring future paychecks. I'd like to communicate here that it wasn't all the attendants on either flight, but enough that it was obvious to anyone who paid even casual attention. I was flying home to California, so there were two additional flights a few days before the flights home. I never had any of the same flight attendants on any of the flight. As far as my observation of the attendants, as stated above, I think that speaks volumes. I will cite an example that happened on my trip from Iowa to Denver. I need wheelchair assistance, I walk with a cane, but not able to walk any distance. I pack a light carry-on, bring my purse, jacket and cane. I was being wheeled up the passageway in a regular wheelchair, and the man pushing me stated to the on-coming crew he "would be right back to get my suitcase, couldn't take both at the same time", and added " unless one of you could roll it up?". After an embarrassing pause, a female flight attendant said "Let the flight attendant do it. Add this to the list of responsibilities that aren't really my job." I actually twisted around to look at this person, I was so stunned to hear that! She grabbed my rolling carry-on handle and the look spoke columns. I was embarrased. Thank you. Debra K. Forsythe"

Even the crew members on board were so pleasant you could tell they truly enjoy their job and want to make for an enjoyable flight. Thank you United!! Will be flying with you again!!"

Cons: "The airline, perhaps due mostly to the weather, repeatedly delayed and then cancelled my two flights. Even the next-day substitute flights were delayed. I was supposed to get to my destination at midnight, but I actually arrived one day and two hours later--at two in the morning. Got home at 4 am"

Pros: "Seats and legroom seem roomier than other airlines. Helps that seats don't recline."

Pros: "More leg room"
Cons: "Carry on baggage fees AND checked baggage fees. In all my trip with frontier ended up being more expensive that the competing airlines would have been. I may have been okay paying that for the extra leg room, but I would have rather known up front, not at check-in"

Cons: "The additional fees for everything."

Pros: "The flight crew was the only thing I liked on this flight."
Cons: "I didn't like that you had to buy a snack or a drink for $3."

Cons: "Seats sucked"

Cons: "I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier."

Cons: "• Questionable luggage policy • Fees for carry on luggage • Fees for seat selection • Very, very uncomfortable seating • Plane smelled bad • Will not fly again"

Cons: "More delays this time for gas. Sat at gate for 45 minutes after boarding. Doubled flight time essentially. No fun at all."

Pros: "The safety of the flight, kindness of the attendants and the cleanliness of the plane."
Cons: "The hidden fees. I purchased a ticket not knowing that I would then have to pay for a seat! How ridiculous is that??? Did you expect I would hold on to a handle like on a subway??? If I purchase a ticket, I expect that to include a seat. Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase."

Cons: "The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. They do not have a complimentary beverage service. The landing was rough and on top of all that they charge for every little thing. I had to pay $60 for a CARRY ON. I will NEVER fly with this airline again, and i recommend you spend the extra cash for an airline that actually cares about their costumers."

Cons: "Given a seat in row 4 which didn't recline- aghh!"

Cons: "The tray tables are so small it was impossible to use them. We never were even offered water and the cost for a simple soft drink or juice is overpriced. Things we expect and get from the airlines are not available on Frontier. Shame on you!!!"

Cons: "Spent over 200.00 on bags for my party of 3. When landing in salt lake city bags did not arrive. Service in baggage claim was horrible .12 hours later they still can not tell us where our bags are. I will never fly this airline again with baggage."

Cons: "The seats on the flight had less leg room than most airlines. No free snacks, drinks, etc. Those for purchase outrageously priced."

Cons: "I didn't realize when I booked the fare that I would have to pay an addition amount for a seat on your plane. No wonder the fare looked like such a good deal! I hadn't flown Frontier before, so this was all new to me! You nickel and dime everyone for every little thing, such as baggage, a seat, any kind of refreshment on your flight. The flight I took was short and went fine, but I would not fly with your Arline to far off destinations! Thanks for the safe flight, but it was a one time purchase."

Pros: "The take off an landing were as smooth as riding in a car. Perhaps the best pilots I have ever flown with and I have traveled a lot."
Cons: "No service except for water if asked for or else there was a charge. The charges were not high however. Food was more expensive in the Kansas City check in lounge than on the plane."

Cons: "They delayed the flight for 6 hours and it was a transit flight for me. I. Was supposed to be in Salt Lake City at 1pm and my second flight was on 5 pm. They arrived at 7pm! So, I had to pay for the hotel and for my second day flight again and they didn't even bothered to buy my hotel or flight ticket that they made me to miss. Never travel with this airlines."

Cons: "Everything, thr entire flight was a joke. I wad supposed to depart ohare at 10:30am and ny flight was delayed 5 hours! For it being my first time flying i was also extremely scared.. my gates were changed several times & it was all a displeasing experience. I was very unhappy with the customer service as well with the employees from frontier!"

Anyone thinking of booking the ought this site should consider all other alternatives before using this one. A mistake was made in the booking. Called within minutes of noticing the mistake. Cons: "Where do I begin? Frontier Airlines had us sit in the plane for four hours before cancelling. We pulled away from the gates three times and even deplaned for 15 minutes before they decided to cancel. Just cancel it after a few hours, please. And then when I called Frontier for options, I was told the next available flight was four days away (Jan. 2) and did not offer any other options. Very disappointed in Frontier Airlines. The process of booking through Kayak was good, but I will never fly with Frontier again."

Checking bags is cheaper but still, passengers shouldn't be charged AT ALL! We're already paying for the flight itself, aren't we?! The return flight was the most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on. The seats felt like they were hard steel wrapped in a thin pleather. You'd think that with all the unnecessary baggage fees, they could afford to give their passengers some kind of comfort for the flight. I guess not. Oh! You have to pay for EVERYTHING on the flight as well! Even water and soda! I can understand paying for alcoholic beverages, but that should be the ONLY item(s) you should have to pay for. As soon as that was announced, I put my headphones on and hoped the flight was over sooner than later. Never again! Thanks for raping my wallet, Frontier. :)"

They made me re-book my flight out of Chicago for the next day and charged me $99. I was only 5 min late to drop my bag off, and because of bad traffic. The airline has no empathy, they seem to be only concerned with charging you at every opportunity they get. I will never fly frontier again."

Cons: "Bad seating not comfortable no reclining bad tray felt like prison everybody complaining ,felt nicked and dimed to death. Everything cost money. No soft drinks. Really what does a soft drink cost to them 25 cents come on. No 10 cent snacks come on. If it was more than 1 hr flight I would never us frontier. Felt like a second class citezen. It sucked."

Cons: "After arriving 4 minutes after the 45 minute ticketing cutoff, because I was standing in line, they denied me a boarding pass and wouldn't let me go through then was told I would receive no reimbursement or credit towards another flight."

Pros: "Denver to Salt Lake City is probably one of my favorite routes. It takes one hour (one Beyonce album) and the view is incredible. Boarding was efficient. Crew, Comfort were totally satisfactory. No complaints here."
