Cons: "some people on the plan asked for Pasta, and the crew forgot us.. (personally - i left with no food at the flight from Madrid to Fortaleza) in the way back, from fortaleza to madrid, it took hour and a half, from the time i finished eating to the time the crew took the tray. it was very inconveniet"

Cons: "old planes, bad food, no individual tv screens, no choice movies, no air vents."
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."
Pros: "I had zero problems"
Pros: "Was delayed getting into a gate once we arrived but other than that, overall a good flight."
Pros: "Flight was smooth, flight atendents were polite, flight time was short"
Cons: "Lights were a little bright"
Cons: "Not on time. Delayed boarding and flight. Was told by customer service on the phone that I would not have to pay for checked luggage from Madrid to Barcelona since I am a tourist....guess what? It was a big fat lie. Had to pay 60 Euros to check me and my daughter's bag!"
Pros: "The plane and technology were top notch"
Cons: "Food was not worthy for a food bank."
Pros: "The flight was ok. The bording gate was very far."
Cons: "The whole flight there were commercials in the personal tvs. Without beening able to stop them."
Pros: "That plane wasnt full"
Cons: "- mediocre entertainment onboard - small and old sits - payed wifi who never works"
Pros: "going to Madrid flight was delayed, no body said anything, not one was at the from desk to answer the question about the delayed."
Cons: "I particularly hate this airline as the flight teams always seem overworked and under prepared. The flight attendants were yelling at all the passengers and threatened to kick people off the plane for trivial reasons. At the end off the day I guess you get what you pay for as this was the cheapest flight available and the service was mediocre at best"
Cons: "No free entertainmnet"
Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "The boarding process"
Cons: "After trying several times and calling the airline, hearing everything was ok... It wasn't. When I showed up at the counter to check in luggage, not inly I was not checked in for the flight but also I had to pay a counter fare for not including the lugagge in the check in on line... . Although very polite, airport personel could not help ne with the provlem created by the airline. No explanation so far to the reason I was not able to check in on line and save 30 Euros... Next time I am flying Iberia. Same price, better service."
Pros: "The entertaiment and the crew were fine."
Cons: "I did not like the food and I spent more than an our in the line of aireuropa in Madrid airport to check in the luggage. The space between sits us not enough."
Cons: "I had asked for a bottle of water and offered to pay and was told no. There were TVs however they were scarce. The plane needs updating, seats were narrow and tattered."
Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 hours and I've missed very important meeting and event I had to attend to In NYC!"
Pros: "The food and entertainment were good."
Cons: "The discomfort due to my seat assignment. My seat was directly in front of the wall to the restrooms; there was hardly any room to push my seat back into a cozy position and the continuous sound of the toilet flushing was annoying. Select your seats in advance if you're able to."
Pros: "Lunch and dinners and service was better in this fly compare to my last 2 trips same fly itirenary"
Cons: "Snacks (breakfast or PM snack) Also this is the 3rd fly that I take in las 15 months and alwyas de plug on the seats are either damage or do not operate. 3 out of 3. Please conduct an assesment of your PM verification"
Pros: "Good flight"
Cons: "My wife required wheelchair. No one at entrance of airport to help us. Air Europe booth directed us upstairs to gate. It was wrong information. We had to go back downstairs my wife pushing cart with her cane. Also we did not know that we had to pay for extra bags. There was no fees coming so I assumed there was none going back. $120 euros for 2 bags. Almost as much as the flight. I had no choice but to 120 euros without warning"
Cons: "Very old plain for a 13 hour trip... It was a very painfull trip. The entertainment was poor and from my seat I couldn't see a thing! The crew elas not very strick considering rules: I was forced to warn a passenger to turn off his Phone when we had already took off. He was in a call for almost 15 minuts since we turn on our seat belts!"
Cons: "Boarding, they need to improve a lot"
Cons: "Boarding started almost 45 minutes late and no one knew why, crew was very short with everyone, once again no entertainment available"
Pros: "Boarding was good No pushing and shoving to get aboard. .Departed on time ."
Pros: "Flight was safe, priced well, included checked baggage, and they didn't nickel and dime you (although if you wanted anything to drink, you would be charged for it). They let you choose seats too without charging extra."
Cons: "To board at Frankfurt, we had to first wait in a room until about 5 minutes before scheduled takeoff time, then everyone loaded into a bus to drive out to the plane on the tarmac, then finally we started to taxi to take off. There didn't appear to be any reason for our delay, other than the fact that the boarding process is as long as it could possibly be (wait in a room, take a bus, then finally walk onto the plane). Not much legroom at all, my knees were pretty much touching the seat in front of me (I'm 6 feet tall). Bags took awhile to get out to baggage claim, and were pretty wet from the rain outside."
Pros: "Flight was good. The flight attendants were very nice and accommodating. The boarding process was a little chaotic and not well organized. I would definitely fly them again."
Cons: "Delayed fight and old airplane"
Cons: "The flight was delayed for more than 1 hour, yet when we arrived Madrid, they provided us with a wrong local time (the original schedule arrival time), not professional enough.."
