Pros: Boarded plane back to front once Priority members boarded. Overall staff and Pilots were great. A quick flight of 75 minutes. Tea, coffee or water provided along with a small snack. Smooth flight and only minor delays which were handled in a timely manner.

Cons: The attendants on the Detroit to Seattle flight suggested I go talk to the gate agent to get my seat corrected. They said the flight was not full. So I did. To be greeted again by the mean agent you told me to take my rear and get it on the plane that the attendants didn’t know anything

I should buy Virgin Air ticket for my round trip ATL-Ams vv, saved me about $250, if I knew it would be late

Pros: The inflight entertainment options were nice, I enjoyed the flight status option, and the USB port was very helpful.
Cons: Three hour delay due to wiring issues, cramped seating that made it impossible to get even the most basic of maps, and our flight attendant was upset that we didn't notify them that we were vegans in advance. We didn't know that they had vegan options, and weren't upset about not eating the in-flight meals. She was much more upset about it than we were and it made me uncomfortable refusing the food that I knew I couldn't eat. Other passengers even asked us if we had eaten anything. It was almost embarrassing.

Cons: I usually fly delta and have a great experience - unfortunately my flight from Detroit to Seattle was not. To start off, i was flying with two other people and we were not able to get seats together, and the whole seating process with delta is really difficult even when I had called weeks in advance to see if they could try and seat us together. I understand with main cabin tickets you can only choose your seat as you check in, but it would be nice to be able to request seating with a person/group you are flying with. I was placed in the very back row of a busy flight, and noticed that the horrible smell from the bathrooms which made it unpleasant. As said above, I normally have a pleasant experience.. but being a delta sky member I feel as though i do not really receive any differences as to a non-member. Pros: Flew premium economy/delta comfort + and was a great flying experience. A taste of business without the $3000+ ticket price. Food was excellent, a huge step above economy. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai.
Cons: 2-hour delay causes me to almost miss my connection. I know some passengers had to be transferred to different flights which they almost missed.

Pros: The Delta Help Desk at the airport was actually pretty helpful for the times I had to use them.
Cons: Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there.

Pros: Swift travel!

Pros: Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears.

Cons: When I bought my ticket last Nov , I paid extra to select seats, only to discover no aisle seats available for the 15 hour flight from LAX to Guanghzou. I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline.

Pros: Plane was clean, attendants were friendly, and food was fine.
Cons: I had a flight from Detroit to Montreal. Tried to check in and DTW was not a choice on the westjet website and so I physically could not check in. I realized the flight was technically operated not by WestJet, but Gojet. Went to Gojet's website and was told that Delta took care of all of their ticketing and such. Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out.

Cons: Plane not cleaned at all. Seats and tray tables dirty had crumbs all over

Cons: This flight was delayed for more than 2.5 hours and the communication was poor. The gate agents weren’t helpful. The airport didn’t have enough outlets. Or chairs. My flight out to this location was also delayed by over three hours. At least they tried to make us feel better by telling us what was going on. The staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful and United airlines is unreliable.

Cons: The leg room on this flight was very tight. I’m a short person and it was still very tight and uncomfortable.

Cons: It took 45 minutes for the luggage to arrive at the carousel, and they sent it to the wrong carousel. Not sure if it was at the other one the whole time, or just took that long.

Cons: We were delayed in Detroit due to deicing the plane. We landed in Houston late. They let us and a few other couples off the plane first so we could make our connection. We sprinted off the plane and arrived to the gate two minutes after they closed the door; plane was still there and they would not let us on. United knew we were coming and they closed the door anyway. The next flight out to Liberia, Costa Rica wasn’t for two more days. They ended up rebooking us on a flight to Panama which had a connection to San Jose, Costa Rica. Much farther of a drive from that airport. Very disappointed in how United handled this situation, we were told if it was a bigger group they would have held the plane for us. I will never fly United again but I know it has nothing to do with Kayak. Kayak has always been great and is my go to for booking plane tickets.

Pros: I was connecting from another flight. The plane left on time, and arrived earlier than planned. I've had much worse experiences on domestic flights, and I was expecting delays.

Cons: I was assigned a seat in the last row on the plane. during the flight two stewardesses sat in the area behind me. they were VERY LOUD during all the flight. So loud that I couldn't read the book I brought along. This was the leg from DTW to DEN.

Cons: I had to cancel my trip due to family illness. And I guess that is not acceptable to United Airlines for a refund or reschedule without a fee that I could actually buy a new ticket for the cost of their fee. So I am losing out $578.00 Not happy.

Pros: The flight was fine. Nothing that should have been positive stands out as missing.
Cons: The first class flight attendant (male) was the worst. No interest in being on the plane, didn't bother to speak clearlybon the announcements. United should pull this person off of flight duty and deal with this person. The second is a terrible parent who let their kid cry the whole flight and afterwards in the jet way. This wasn't an infant had to be 4-5 years old and there was no parenting at all. The kid was old enough to be talked to. If you're kids can't handle flying, you don't get to fly.

Cons: The aircraft was late and caused a lot of stress and missed layovers. One of the crew members had a bad attitude when I offered to let my bags continue on the flight without me (I originally opted to deplane and stay in Detroit). I was only trying to be helpful and got my head bit off... I get It. It was a stressful situation, but the crew doesn’t need to add insult to injury. They’re getting paid hourly whether flights are on time or not. It’s the passengers who have a right to be anxious.

Pros: I loved the pilot taking time to greet my boys and give them wings! My boys loved sitting in the co-pilot's seat and hearing "the plane talk." Once we got to our seats, the flight attendants were very helpful and kind and we, actually, landed early! Yaaayyy! My boys won't forget their flight to Houston because of the cool female and male pilots they met while traveling. Thank you!
Cons: I did NOT like how the seats are grouped in twos. I flew with two small children who could only sit together and I had to sit by myself and watch them; which was very hard. If I could change anything about my flight, I would change the age of children who need to purchase seats to four and up as most children under 4 want to sit with their mothers, so why should I pay for a seat they will not be using?

Cons: I was unable to load on to the plane after trying to confirm my conferirmatiojn. I was scheduled for a flight from Detroit to Newark New Jersey . I had received a hematoma at the airport directly prior to the flight at the counter in Detroit. It was essential that I be on the flight because my aunt died the next day and was extraordinarily ill. This was all explained to the agent. They did nothing to help in this mess. I ended up flying to Washington DC on a different airline. They did nothing to try to help. I want a refund for this flight. There is no reason the airline could have helped out in some way. I have emergency room bills and death notices. Thanks for your help.

Cons: The lady at the gate when boarding was not friendly and was not willing to help us get seats together. I was traveling with my mother, husband and two infant children. And it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. She did not even tell us we could board early to get situated on plane! I also called earlier that morning and spoke with a man on he phone at united who told me he put us all in the same row. That was a lie bc when we checked in at the gate to get our seats the lady said no one was sitting next to each other! That lady was rude and short tempered! Awful experience will never fly again!!

Pros: It's annoying that you pay for seat upgrades and they stick ya in group5 boarding. It's just reminds people that they want to charge you for every little thing they can these days!

Cons: It is uncomfortable, you can´t select a decent seat and there´s no entertainment, you hae to pay for it. There's suppose to be an option with mobile devices but when you make the ticket purchase it only says that entertainment is included in longflights and it is not. I paid for the entertrainment system but you have only some options and the movies start according to their own schedule so you can't really pick what you want to watch. And the directv remotes are not set in a good place, the are in the arm rest, so everytime the person next to you moves the wrong way they change your channel or turn the volume down or something else. For such an expensive and long flight the tiny space between chairs and entertainment lack is unacceptable.

Pros: That was the worst traveling experience I've had to date. Yes, I understand there were storms and natural circumstances that held the flight and for that - I understand. What I do not care for is the lack of customer service. There was only one person at the counter in the airport. And let's not mention the unpleasant flight attendent on at 5 hour flight! Pros: Got a $300 voucher for giving up my seat. Flew with delta on a direct flight instead of having a 2 hour layover and got to my destination almost 2 1/2 hours earlier than originally scheduled. It was a win win.

When I arrived to the airport my flight was then delayed another hour. This was two days after my previous flight with United which had us sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours waiting for updates about whether or not we could take off.
