Cons: "I have a JetBlue credit card and I’m very disappointed that membership to the credit card does not offer priority boarding or zone A or zone B boarding. I was in seat 6C and had boarding zone E! Every other airline sponsored credit card I own offers some form of priority zone seating; even Spirit!"

Cons: "Waiting area at FLL could have been better. It was very disorganized to board the flight. Counter staff were two African American staff being rude to passengers."
Cons: "There was an issue with the booking System. I received a text that my flight was delayed 2 hours then 20 minutes before the original time another text that the flight is now on time. This screwed up the entire trip"

Cons: "Understanding the COVID situation but they can give more than a bottle of water (3oz) and a bag of pretzels 🥨 (50 grams) and yet they charge full fare prices and worse extra for any bags!!!!"
Pros: "Lisa I. was one of the best flight attendants I have ever observed. She enjoys being on the airplane with people who need help, comfort, to complain about anything. She was all over the airplane and refused a tip when I tried to insist she accept it. She said, “I have been doing this for a long time, I am tipped by seeing passengers having a pleasant flight.” I had goosebumps and the two women to my left and right were also impressed by her professionalism. I pray that Lisa is working on my flight home!"
Cons: "Absolutely nothing, even with 30 to 45 MPH winds, the plane was gentle. The passenger next to me was scared. Lisa said to let her know if she needed anything, the woman was fine the whole flight. Lisa came by with extra snacks and she smiled and said she was doing well!"

Pros: "The agent at checkin was so kind, nice, professional and superb...I will always fly American Airlines....you have the best checkin agents, best gate agents (super funny yet professional) and also the flight crew was absolutely amazing!"
Cons: "baggage claim in Costa Rica is terrible service...but that is the airports fault since this happens with other airlines.....something has to0 change!!!!"
The crew is super friendly and helpful , boarding was quick and easy , the prices are too high for a an airline that doesn’t provide complementary meals or snacks for long flights
Economy seats too cramped on Eurowings flight from Halifax to Frankfurt
The flight crew was nice and courteous. The food was terrible. There are no in-flight entertainment services, the plane is outdated and dilapidated, and the flight is delayed. Both from Newark and Montreal. Too bad.
Flight departed late. Arrived later. Could not have coffee due to “turbulence” but there wasn’t any. Crazy people getting out of their seat during take-off, they changed the departure date without telling me. Pearson airport is a mess.
Short flight. Wonderful crew, snacks and wine (business class). No entertainment but not at all needed on short flight. No negatives.
They canceled my flight, without telling me. They didn’t refund me either, they gave me a credit.
Cons: "The flight was late arriving, so consequently we had to pay a taxi to hotel, as shuttle had finished for the night. Air Canada staff let people know 10 mins prior to boarding that we needed the app to view movies in-flight. Most people couldn't download quick enough, & airport Wifi was not optimal"
Pros: "Roomier seats overall, the headrest screens and USB ports are great!"
Cons: "We paid extra for seats with more leg room and got the same as everyone else. Why the charge? Our departure was delayed. The plane had some sort of fragrance regularly coming thru the ventilation that irritated my sinuses and made me ill. The water for the only service on the flight (for coach anyway) was warm and tasted odd. Cabin temperature was too warm (multiple logical arguments can be made for cooler temps over warmer)"

Cons: "Only half of our luggage arrived at our final destination. We spent an extra 90 minutes at the airport trying to get to the bottom of the issue and to workout a plan to get our luggage back. Seats were brutally uncomfortable. No leg room at all and knees were pressed up against seat."

Cons: "I’m 6’3, misty in my legs, so the diminishing legroom is a problem. Can’t afford business class either. You should really have entertainment for a 5 hr flight."
Pros: "My wife and I flew Lufthansa a good deal in the 1970s and 80s, we stopped in the early 90s because I was working with young people and had difficulties provided them with a non-smoking environment. This is the first time I have used Lufthansa since 1992. Based on the flights over and back, I believe we will start using it again."
Cons: "Experience with partner airlines is not as good as with Lufthansa directly. I mean, Austrian and United. They do not provide the same attention to detail, courtesy, or organization, particularly pre boarding and boarding."

Cons: "Todavía estoy en Fort Lauderdale no pudimos cojer el vuelo por un imprevisto en la carretera y a pesar de que llegamos 40 minutos antes el personal nos atendio demasiado mal no nos quisieron solucionar de ninguna forma es la primera vez q utilizamos esta aerolinia y su personal no sabe nada de servicio al cliente ni mucho menos de humanidad todavía estamos aquí en FLL viendo cómo solucionamos por nuestros medios pasa una vez dos no y más q pensábamos seguirlos utilizando y recomendarlos pero veo q lo q les interesa en asegurarse el dinero en sus cuantas y NO el bienestar de sus clientes"

Cons: "The seats are extremely uncomfortable which made the trip unbearable. We basically have to pay for literally EVERYTHING (how could you not provide free coffee?) Baggage charges are ridiculous. They don't offer blankets and they don't have a first aid kit????? (good thing no one needed medical attention) We didn't leave on time (good thing we didn't have to go through customs here)"

Cons: "Spirit Airlines offers low fares but then uses slight policy differences to charge extra fees. They reduced the size of carry on to an impractical size. I have never had a problem with my carry on, but it would not fit into their criteria, so I had to pay extra. The charge was not based on fitting in the luggage compartment it was just an extra charge for size. First bag $50 and second $60. They charge extra for a bag weight over 40 lbs when the majority of the airlines allow 50 lbs. You're only allowed one item to take on the plane, not a personal item plus a carry on. They charged for water on the plane. I do not recommend flighting Spirit and will not be a repeat customer."

Cons: "The lauggage I checked in arrived in San Jose completely demolished. I can't even carry it anymore. There is a big whole in my bag pack, so my close are hanging out and the shoulder strap is ripped of completely."
