We didn't know that they had vegan options, and weren't upset about not eating the in-flight meals. She was much more upset about it than we were and it made me uncomfortable refusing the food that I knew I couldn't eat. Other passengers even asked us if we had eaten anything. It was almost embarrassing."

Cons: "Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Cons: "I began asking for my wheelchair escort the minute I got off the plane. I was assured in Houston they would be there when I got to Detroit. They were not. The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful."

Cons: "When I bought my ticket last Nov , I paid extra to select seats, only to discover no aisle seats available for the 15 hour flight from LAX to Guanghzou. I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline."

Her attitude was less than desirable upon seeing the situation. Also my luggage never arrived in Singapore. Shanghai didn't have any notification, so I assume it was lost on the Delta end. Overall I am very disappointed and will be seeking a non-delta affiliate for my next trip."

My little girl got the Delta wings pin (including a second one when she lost the first one), and was able to visit the flight deck. Extra kudos for my daughter being able to see a female pilot! :-)"

Cons: "Forced me to check in my (undersized) duffel bag carry on. Then forgot To load the bag onto the plane. WestJet cited a questionable and unlikely reason, that the bag was not loaded due to baggage to passenger weight ratio for safety reasons, even though flight was far from full with multiple empty rows. Plus there was a grand total of only approximately 12 pieces of baggage at the carousel. Also the plane’s auxiliary power generator was broken, which meant no a/c while on the tarmac before and after takeoff. Cabin was warm though not intolerable, however led to delays at both origin and destination airport due to having to wait for an external power supply truck. No in flight service due to supposed turbulence. Which would have been fine, except there really wasn’t much turbulence. Didn’t affect me, but my neighbor’s entertainment system was broken. However, these multiple issues and the broken power generator makes me wonder about what other maintenance issues have been overlooked or not addressed. Most of all I was offended by the clear lack of honesty about my baggage. If there really was a weight limit safety issue despite the plane being far from maximum capacity, then there are much bigger issues with the plane that makes me never want to fly WestJet again. But don’t insult your passengers by lying to cover up your carelessness. My baggage arrived on the following (my original) flight, but that which was delayed by nearly two hours. I’ve flown on United, Delta, Southwest, JetBlue, WowAir, AA, Alaskan, Virgin, American Airlines, United Airways, China Air, EVA, and Air Canada. So far, WestJet has been by far my worst experience."

I was ending a phone call with the rcmp and without rudely hanging up on him due to my truck being stolen and being out of the country for 11 days. I was yelled at from 6 rows away in a very arrogant rude tone for the whole plane to hear. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable for the rest of the flight as well as being in a bad mood. Not being offered any beverages or food afterwards also made for a long flight. Was not impressed in the slightest as I fly with west jet every week and have never had such a rude flight attendant."

Air Canada charging like a national carrier but the baggage allowance policy of a budget airline. Not good enough in my opinion."

An hour later, they announced the flight was cancelled and we were briskly escorted out of the terminal, told to go through customs and pick up our luggage, which had never even made it on to the plane. They were not re-booking flights at the airport, and the phone lines went to a voice mail message telling us to call back in a few days. I was stranded in Toronto with no phone and no where to stay. It's a week later and I still have not heard anything from from, even though I've called and emailed and sent snail mail."

It took forever to change it so that we still arrived at our destination on the same day. I'm glad I checked my email before going to bed because otherwise I would have shown up to the airport not knowing my flight was canceled. That should not have happened. It almost ruined my trip."

I called and thankful I was up at the desk so I could tell the agent what to do from the lady on the phone! Lost a day on our already short Christmas visit with family. Would love a refund!"

I was supposed to get to my destination around 10 in the morning, instead I arrived around one in the morning the next day. All I got from Air Canada for this trouble was a $10 meal voucher for airport restaurants that cost $25 and were closed during my stay."

Cons: "The person behind me kept kicking my seat and yelling at me to not recline my seat. I called a crew member over and asked if I wasn't allowed to and he said well she does have long legs. I paid for economy knowing the room that I was going to be given .. If she didn't like having her legs squished she should have upgraded her seat and the crew member shouldn't have allowed me to be uncomfortable and not having the same luxuries as the rest of the customers."

Cons: "BOARDED LATE AND IN GATES VERY FAR FROM CHECKING. The (solitary) crew member did not speak French. Everything she said in French was unintelligible- very offensive (and disturbing) for Francophone passengers such as myself. And for a Canadian carrier- This shows no respect for our pluralism. When we book online and try to pick priority seating, then find out that the plane is so small that the 9th row means 9 out of 12 or something, this feels like a con. Especially when we pay extra. Stop making people pay for seats that don't get them any priority boarding (Zone 3!) and offer no real advantage."

Pros: "The flight being only an hour and a half."
Cons: "No entertainment, no coffee, and the flight attendant looked like she was over it."

Cons: "Being next to toilets at bulkhead. People queing for bathroom in the extra leg space. I was on the outside seat and people constantly brushed past me and often grabbed hold of the moveable TV set in the dark to steady themselves knocking it. I paid extra money and had more problems. Listened to constant bathroom flushing and odors. Not ideal!"

Pros: "I like every thing about that flight it was my best flight going to Jamaica.thanks again for such an awesome flight."

Cons: "Small plane, wasn't told ahead of time that there was no carry on luggage and I had lap top I had to carry on and expensive camera equipment that had to be checked, would not have taken this flight if I knew this ahead of time."

Cons: "The fact that 10 minutes before we were suppose to originally board the staff at DTW was trying to get people to give up seats because they oversold the flight which should have taken care of before that. It also doesn't help that the flight was late arriving and unboarding so that it could be reboard by new customers and updates were unhelpful and useless when attached to the plea for someone to give up their seats. 0 out of 5 stars...would NOT recommend."

Pros: "They had brand new film releases."
Cons: "I got bumped. Even though, I made my flight on time AND had chosen my seat over a month ago, air Canada decided to bump me from my international flight. I was able to get a seat but not the seat I would have chosen (I'm six foot, I can't sit by the window). Since it was so crowded, I couldn't stretch my legs or use the loo. Finally I PAID for the seat I was bumped from; no one can tell me when I'll get reimbursed."

Pros: "Not much to like."
Cons: "We flew Air Canada Rouge both to Maui and returning. On the way out, our plane had a "fuel pump" failure and we had to sit on the tarmac for almost 2 hours. On our first attempt at a return flight, we were delayed because they were missing a flight attendant. After she showed up, we were told that a seal on the plane was leaking hot air onto the fuel tank, and we were likely not leaving the airport that night. They kept us at the gate for hours because there was a (and I quote) "1% chance we could get the part from another island, but don't count on it" The time for them to legally keep the pilot and attendants came and went, so they all left... but we were still kept at the gate. The plane left the gate and STILL AC Rouge wouldn't officially cancel the flight, because then they would have to put us up in hotels. So no crew, no plane, and all of us sitting at the gate at 2 in the morning waiting for some guy in some mainland city to call and tell us we could leave. FINALLY, the call came in, and we spent another hour and a half waiting in line to get hotel vouchers. The next day, when we actually got on the plane, my brother in law sat down to all of a sudden receive a fountain of water pouring on his head from the ventilation system. When he asked if he could get some tape or something to plug the leak of water, the stewardess told him that they are not allowed to put tape anywhere. So he stood there with a waded up paper towel. Oh, and there was puke on my seatbelt. Sure , it is a budget flight. But I am paying less for not having a meal, cramped seats, and minimal service... NOT an unsafe plane that is literally peeing on our faces for being dumb enough to choose this airline. Congrats, Air Canada Rouge for our worst flight experience. Get some planes that aren't falling apart."

Pros: "Everything but the seats. The food was alright but better than most airlines. No issues with my luggage at all."
Cons: "The seats are quote awful if you are tall, like myself. I'm 6'3" and 4 hours into my 13 hour flight, I was regretting my decision not to pay the extra $100 for a seat with more leg room. My back hurt for 2-3 days after the flight, and I got up to move around every 3 hours or so."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and helpful. Inter Seat spacing was not convenient."
Cons: "Ensuring seat in front of me was fixed to ensure it doesn’t over recline"

Pros: "It was a smooth, comfortable flight."
Cons: "The aircraft was late and caused a lot of stress and missed layovers. One of the crew members had a bad attitude when I offered to let my bags continue on the flight without me (I originally opted to deplane and stay in Detroit). I was only trying to be helpful and got my head bit off... I get It. It was a stressful situation, but the crew doesn’t need to add insult to injury. They’re getting paid hourly whether flights are on time or not. It’s the passengers who have a right to be anxious."

Cons: "Confusing carryon regulations. Said “no carryons” so I repacked & when arrived at gate EVERYONE had full sized carryons...!"

Pros: "I loved the pilot taking time to greet my boys and give them wings! My boys loved sitting in the co-pilot's seat and hearing "the plane talk." Once we got to our seats, the flight attendants were very helpful and kind and we, actually, landed early! Yaaayyy! My boys won't forget their flight to Houston because of the cool female and male pilots they met while traveling. Thank you!"
Cons: "I did NOT like how the seats are grouped in twos. I flew with two small children who could only sit together and I had to sit by myself and watch them; which was very hard. If I could change anything about my flight, I would change the age of children who need to purchase seats to four and up as most children under 4 want to sit with their mothers, so why should I pay for a seat they will not be using?"

Pros: "Smooth and friendly efficient crew."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "It cost me money to rent a hotel to stay overnight and get here in the morning and my flight was still delayed because there was no body to tow the the plane and bring it to the gate . Miss work , miss appointments , etc . Pharmacy about to shortdown because of this poor notifications . Could have gotten an American Airlines direct flight to Dallas in the morning and minimize the situation"

Cons: "Good flight"

Pros: "Everything was smooth from boarding to deplaning. On-time departures and arrivals."
Cons: "Wish seats reclined and electrical outlets present for charging."

Cons: "My flight got hit with a fuel tankard and I had to stay in a hotel for the night. I didn't get to fly home that night and it messed up my entire schedule for the weekend."

Cons: "There was only one person rescheduling and we got a faster reroute get plan on the phone. It was all pretty awful and we did not get to our destination until many hours after scheduled. Not at all a good trip."

Pros: "That was the worst traveling experience I've had to date. Yes, I understand there were storms and natural circumstances that held the flight and for that - I understand. What I do not care for is the lack of customer service. There was only one person at the counter in the airport. And let's not mention the unpleasant flight attendent on at 5 hour flight! Nothing offered for the inconvenience. Everyone including the pilot was just as irritated as the passengers. I usually prefer United when flying coast to coast but...worst experience yet."

Cons: "After my first flight was cancelled for no clear reason, I was rebooked on one which was 8 hours later (not the one of the first flights out). When I arrived to the airport my flight was then delayed another hour. This was two days after my previous flight with United which had us sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours waiting for updates about whether or not we could take off."

Cons: "The plane never left we sat in the plane for a 1 hour and 30 minutes before they told us to get off .. Then they kept saying the plane was leaving up until the time I Miss my connection flight .. Then they make it seem likes its your fault... NEVER AGAIN !!!"

Pros: "The crew was always striving to make sure the flight was as comfortable as possible. They have me a couple perks for being in the military and that made my flight very enjoyable. I will definitely start flying with United more often"

Cons: "The flight was minorly delayed for de-iceing, but not more than maybe 30 mins or so. Not even worth saying what I didn't like about the flight when its necessary!"

Cons: "The plane departure wa two hours late leaving causing missed connections. There were two United employees at the counter and one left. They were to help us change connections so te line was long and VERY slow. Half of us didn't get the connections changed. We de larded in Houston with connections that were unreasonable. United employees rude and not helpful. I had to fly to San Francisco then to Ontario making a long terrible day."

Pros: "Everything was perfect, from the boarding process to the seats, things went well."
Cons: "Nothing."

Cons: "Boarding is mismanaged. They have several lines for zones, we were zone 3 so we correctly stood in the correct line. Employees did not check zones and allowed many to cut ahead. Paid for upgrading seats, they did not recline."

Cons: "The customer service was horrible and I was stranded for two additional days."

Pros: "Not a damn thing."
Cons: "My flight was held back 2 hours because "a flight attendant called off". So I missed my connecting flight "I touched down as the connecting flight was supposed to take off". I was put on a standby list for a flight leaving later that night and I didn't get it. I was told I had to wait until 7am the next morning to get on a flight. After asking, I was given a hotel, cab, and 2 food vouchers. The taxi took me to the hotel united chose. I got there and there were no vacancies. I had to pay for my own taxi to a different hotel that luckily took my voucher for the other hotel. after all this mess I only got 2 hours sleep. The 7am flight waited for its connecting flights. This delay cost me a third of my trip and money on my first night at my hotel."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Flight was 20 min late, and then on top of that an hour delay happened. The courtesy drink I had, which was coffee, was bad. The WiFi I had in my seat wasn't working, and the crew seemed more somber than cheery. I did not at all enjoy my flight. Also, becuase the flight was that late, my ride couldn't pick me up so I had to fork out 50$ for cab fare."

Pros: "We finally arrived, thankful. But upset. The flight was good after we got going.."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and i missed my meeting on Dec.10, 2015.. We were suppose to go Washington to Portland, Maine.instead we went to New Newark..At lenght wait... And after all that waiting we are offered a drink of soda or juice. What gives? Nothing else?"
