We flew business class and it was impressive. So comfortable with delicious food and very attentive and polite staff. Will definitely fly Turkish airlines again.
To get to jet blue at JFK from any connecting flight you have to go through security again.

We fly Bussines class and we didn’t feel like it is. Out luggage didn’t arrive and we have to return again next day from our hotel to airport to get them. Still waiting. No information from Turkish airlines Very poor customer service I think booking through kayak it was wrong decision
Three screaming and crying children in business class made it very difficult to rest. The crew made no attempt to address the situation. I might as well have saved the money and flown economy. The parents were oblivious to the discomfort their children were causing. The lounge in Istanbul is wonderful, but did not make up for the misery on the flight. My business class seat power outlet was broken and I have a cpap. The crew couldn't fix it or move me to better seat. Fortunately , the passenger in front of me allowed me to plug into his power outlet.
Could have been better. Bag rechecking could have been eliminated. Gate location and direction need to be clearly stated.
delayed to take off from detroit by 3 hours lost baggage in istanbul and now in venice without baggage
short flight but we still got a very nice lunch and the crew did an excellent job in taking care of us
Turkish Airline canceled our tickets in the very last minute, with our luggage and everything else, all prepared and good to go. It’s clear that they sold the tickets for better money to someone else. Bad, Bad, Bad business!!!

Even after a delay, getting off the ground, thanks for keeping me safe, the airline made certain that my connecting flight was rebooked to get me to my final destination. It was actually rebooked twice, and my luggage still managed to meet me. The airline gave me a credit for food and beverage to be used at the airport vendors, regretfully, the credit did not transfer to my final boarding pass. Oh, well…
Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.
On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!
Plane was delayed for over 1 hour causing us to miss a connecting flight in Munich. We spent 10 hours waiting for the alternate flight which was delayed about 45 minutes. We had a service attendant who was very helpful with our missed flight. Later in the evening when consulting service attendant, he basically said, the plane will show when it shows!
Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.
Very organized check in and boarding experience. Good crew very helpfull.
Deplaning at Frankfurt required ck=limbing steep stairs with no provision for escalator or elevator.
Flight comfort was good. However, due to delayed flight, waiting was too much while boarding. Moreover, food choices can be improved as well.
Flights on time, planes up to date with clean toilets, comfortable seats and working IFE. Helpful Lufthansa staff. Food was good, but can always be better, esp vegan and vegetarian food loaded from the USA. Overall great experience.
We were on a new plane with Lufthansa and everything was clean and seats were comfortable. Staff was courteous and food was good. The only airline that still provides real silverware and not plastic.
