Extremely low quality food. Ordered muslim meals but got vegetarian meals instead. Muslims are not vegetarian, they love meat as much as any other non-vegetarian person, so make a decent effort to get halal meals. Regardless, the vegan sandwich was absolutely tasteless. I am pretty sure the company making that sandwich does not even do a taste test itself

Arriving at Heathrow was a complete disaster because air bridge broke down and it took ages to find spare stairs! Something that I'd kick Heathrow in the shins for, not Finnair - who were great.

Not great. Flight attendants were aloof, food was mediocre, seats that I paid $150 were given to someone else without any concession. I will probably never use kayak again. Terrible experience from start to finish.

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Would have liked to have Wi-Fi on the longer flight (nyc-Warsaw)

My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.

Lot still has not refunded me after they cancelled my flight to India!! Kayak had been awful at getting me this refund too. Will NEVER be using kayak or LOT again.

Tv screen not working. Food in business class was cold & not available

My bag was lost despite an almost 8 hour layover in Warsaw. Nearly 12 hours after my arrival, I have not heard anything about it.

Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..

They were charging $$$ for first glass of wine. That first glass should be included in such a high price.

My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.

It was difficult to order a children's meal via online or the SAS app. Otherwise, flight crew and experience was great

Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old

Flight was canceled and the crew on the ground/front desk were I’ll equipped to handle. One woman was left to handle 150 passengers while her colleagues stood there saying: just 5 more minutes repeatedly.

Good could have been better. Comfort was fine with decent leg room and seat comfort. Would have appreciated a USB-C charger port.

Boarding and crew were excellent. Seat could have been more comfortable (hard on lower back).

We endes up sitting separate because J refuse to pay for a seat when I already paid for a ticket. Bummer. Food was pretty bad and we had to pay for wine. We flew through rough weather. I guess it’s all about reducing cost. Movies were good though.

The American flight was a connecting flight to an international flight. The international flight has a 2 check bag rule. Despite being informed of this, American would only check 1 bag and wanted 100 to check the second (basically a 3rd carry-on) to NYC. Subsequently tsa took a sealed container of maple syrup and a few other things that couldn't be in carry-on plus I had to lug around 3 pieces of luggage for the entire trip. The American reservation was made with the international and American actually checked the one piece the entire way to China. This is one of the reasons that I will avoid American airlines if possible in the future.

I arrived to LaGuardia Airport 50 minutes prior to my 6am flight but was told that I was too late and would have to flight standby to Dallas in order reach my final destination of Jackson, MS. Hundreds of people were in my situation but the agents chalked this up to being normal for any day. Had my been able to board my original flight I would have arrived at my destination by 10:30am. I didn’t arrive until 7:30pm which included a 30 minute wait on the tarmac. Strangely my luggage arrived at my final destination at 12:30pm of the same travel day. This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.

delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims

Very aggressive and unhelpful ground crew. Wanted to check my hand luggage for 3 flights. I had lots of delicate items and computer equipment. So the silly lady wanted to rebook 3 international flights because of a carry on. What nonsense. The baggage handler suggested I put it under my seat - so I did. And this was during the rebooking chaos of the Microsoft crash. She was the most arrogant annoying and aggressive ground staff member I’ve met in 20yrs. (AA flight out of Houston).

It was freezing in there. When I asked about it, the response is “we would have to tell them” and then she just walked away and continued to serve beverages. Everyone was cold and they didn’t care at all.

I did not enjoy continuously being lied to about the amount of time we would circle Chicago before deciding to redirect to Milwaukee. Then the amount of time we would sit on the ground in Milwaukee waiting for gas, or to take off again. Or the amount of time it would then take to get to Chicago again, or sit on the runway waiting for a gate. The whole time continuously hopefully we would make our connecting flight that kept getting delayed as well. Only to scramble and miss it. Enough with the BS. Tell me the truth. "Sorry, things are backed up and your probably not going to make your flight. You should rebook on the next flight now rather than wait." You'll never hear those words from an airline. Speaking of which. If the flight has been redirected and/or is seriously delayed, how about making the WiFi free for everyone so they get to rebooking and reserving hotel rooms while still in the air. You've inconvenienced me already and now you want me to pay $20 for Internet so I can try to make other plans. Absolutely disgusting!

The food was horrible compared to other airlines, there was no space for the overhead bins for carry-on luggage, and the seats were very uncomfortable.

The flight was quick which gave me more time to get to my other flight.

16 Hours delayed, NOT because of the cybersecurity Microsoft issue, but because we were one flight attendant short, then when the missing flight attendant showed up two hours later, the flying shift of our pilot had expired, so, now no pilot. American Airlines is the new Spirit Airlines, actually, that is not fair for Spirit, they are probably better.

Worst flight in terms of service and food. Attendants were inexperienced, no preflight drinks, did come and give us hot towels until well into the flight. The left the Curtin open between main cabin and everyone from the main cabin went to the fist class bathroom. Food was awful! Had the golden chicken and was too lemony and inedible. No offer of coffee after. Awful!

It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.

Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well

Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties

The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.

Leg room is good, food is average, crew is not friendly

The crew was amazing! They were attentive and super polite, clearly very well trained in customer service. Very well run flight altogether!

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.

This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall
