Older plane, uncomfortable seats, no individual entertainment systems. Long boarding without a lot of staff facilitating extra coat/overhead luggage storage because of winter, then we sat on tarmac for two hours because they missed their slot to take-off.
Boarding was completed very quickly. Flight arrived on time
Screens were very small Issue with with overhead space
Everything is just done way better than all the other airlines flying to Europe from America !!!
Connection time was 1h 50 mn coz and still didnt catch my next plan It took me 3 hours to get to the transfer desk in Turkish airline and another 3 hours to be in the hotel. I not recommend it after this bad experience
The crew blocks economy passengers from moving forward until all of first class has left. No other airline does this and its really annoying

Absolutely hate the fact that Emirates also started nickel and diming for selecting seats after charging a premium for the air ticket. Entertainment, Food, aircraft all are mediocre to slightly better than average. Sorry, lost all respect and aura for Emirates
