Pros: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!

Cons: Check in process was more disorganized than most business class .

Pros: The crews are always awesome. The food great especially since they always have cherry juice, my favorite!

Cons: The flight was delayed, and then seemed rushed at call Last Call. Also the ear phone jack was a double that even the TA ones didn't quite fit. Glad it was an overnight flight and slept most of the way.

Pros: Smooth boarding, good vegetarian food options, helpful and friendly staff, and more legroom than my previous flight.

Cons: No entertainment

Cons: It was cancelled with less than 12hrs notice !! I had to rebook on another airline costing more than twice as much !!

Cons: Checked bag fee was expensive at $120 per bag. For the two of us bags cost $240. The plane boarded late this departed and arrived late. Otherwise a very good flight. Very comfortable, all Amenities worked, the plane was clean and the staff accommodating.

Pros: Crew was great love the extras like headphones, pillows, blankets and socks. I think the socks saved me on our long flight. Loved that you served tea and coffee after meals.

Cons: Food was not very good. Bathrooms were NASTY! The crew needed to server drinks more often and need more of a variety of juice add apple cranberry just a suggestion. The flight delay was horrible. You add 2 hours of delay to a 8 hour trip that stinks.

Cons: the food was awful, electric plugs didn't work, bathrooms were not cleaned before flight -very filthy. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. Not to mention a 3 hr delay

Cons: Their boarding process is a mess. Everyone hangs around the entry, they did not call my zones and they only gave the boarding directions in French.

Pros: The food was amazing. The entertainment selection was borderline ridiculous—nearly too many choices!

Cons: The plane was too hot during boarding and again right before landing. It was really hot in Dubai so I understand why it was hot initially, but unsure why it became warm before landing.

Pros: They rescheduled without our consent and didn’t give any accommodation either. We stuck at Dubai for 24 hour

Cons: My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it.

Pros: The crew was nice once we got going - after 1.5 hr delay, not due to weather. The delay was per United's Capacity restrictions on a smaller plane: a 737. They kept giving offers to fly tomorrow, starting at $500 and when it got up to $2000, people really responded. Then, after another delay: gone

Cons: Communication was miserable. The UA workers tried, but really looked like they didn't understand what was happening. Too bad: wasted time.

Pros: In flight entertainment is provided through a screen in front of your seat. There are many different channels to browse.

Cons: The seats are much tighter than Southwest and Virgin. My husband and I are taller (6' and 5'9" respectively) and our knees kept bumping the seats in front of us.

Cons: Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.

Cons: I didn’t fly out of Philadelphia because the flight was 5 hrs late and I missed my connecting flight. Had to go get my luggage, go home and try to fly today! Terrible! All my plans screwed up!

Pros: All the staff were very helpful, even having boarding passes ready for us for our Vancouver connection to Portland.

Cons: I'm 6' 7", so for me, economy-class seats are usually the closest I come to being tortured. The food was just OK - not what I normally eat but I'm sure it's fine for others.

Cons: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Cons: Disinterested affectwhilst serving; not offering drinks othe than the initial one. It is nice to be offered more. Coats from women not collected automatically as for the men. The PA sound was so poor I couldn’t hear most of the announcements. That is a potential safety hazard ! On my outbound trip the seat belt was faulty: another safety hazard.

Cons: I was surprised by a $120 fee for luggage. I don't remember any indication from Kayak or from TAP about a luggage fee when I booked or when I got confirmation. Further, I found out that if I had indicated that I had luggage 3 days prior to checkin, I would have only been charged $92 saving me $.
