Pros: "The flights were on time."
Cons: "Food could have been better. ."
Pros: "Quick boarding and on time departure and arrival."
Pros: "flight attendants were VERY professional and attentive."
Cons: "the bathrooms were awful (likely due to disgusting passengers - but possibly a tidy up by staff could improve the situation). Of course there was a child that screamed for 9 of the12 hour flight - possibly staff could cajole the child/help the parent (?). The movie selection was a little outdated"
Cons: "Really poor food, service was dull af best and plane is quite antiquated. They need to overhaul and modernize every aspect of their operation to properly represent Jordanian hospitality and Middle East standards for aviation."
Pros: "All was good"
Cons: "The Bus at Arrival to Dammam Airport"
Cons: "Same as above"
Pros: "Flight was on time and the handling of the plane by the pilots was good"
Cons: "While the plane was a Dreamliner, the quality of the seats, and the space in the seats didn't fit the the usual Dreamliner quality. The toilet facilities were terrible ... urine on the floors that made them sticky and horrifically stinky. Only two food service events during the 13 hours ... the first was OK, but the second was really sub par (a sandwich and a granola bar only)/.The available entertainment choices of movies were really lacking compared to other airlines. My first seat assignment had to be changed, because the man set to be sitting next to me began murmuring and cursing when he found out that I was to be next to him. My second seat assignment had me sitting in front of a man, who angrily refused to let me recline my seat at all, because it would crowd his leg space. Therefore I had to sit perfectly straight for all 13 hours of the flight. There were no other aisle seats for me to switch to. Most airlines offer eye shades and earplugs for the long haul flights. Not this one. Both were needed on this rather noise, chaotic flight. I guess you get what you pay for ... the cheap fare is not worth it. I don't intend to fly this airline again."
Cons: "Full of pasenger kids craying orible"
Cons: "The entertain monitor did not work. It was rebooted twice with no luck"
Pros: "Good seat comfortable"
Cons: "The headphone jack and charging port were stuffed with something"
Cons: "Entertainment unit had only movies from early 2000 Staff are not friendly at all and the food was a joke for a national airline."
Pros: "The plane was modern and clean. The crew were very welcoming and professional, and the food quality was excellent."
Cons: "They had outsourced their checking in to a new company that had no idea how to manage it causing a significant departure delay."
Cons: "Informed by email at 9.30 the previous evening that flight was delayed for 3 hours. Delayed at airport for a further hour. There was no explanation or apology. This must have caused major problems for passengers with f;light connections and for the many who had to get up and go to work the next day."
Pros: "I kept calling the airline and no one answered to change the dates because of a passport emergency and ended up missing the flight"
Cons: "No one answers in case of emergenciess"
Cons: "First, I'm not sure where the problem was - whether with AA or Royal Jordanian, but my luggage did not make it to Amman with me. In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination! The food was very mediocre, and not much for a flight of over 10 hours. And the movie options were limited, mostly older. The crew never came and offered water between meals - although I did discover we could go to the galley and get drinks. It would have been nice to have that option mentioned. The plane itself was nice, and seating slightly more roomy than other carriers."
Pros: "I was surprised today that they did not bring the Embrer aircraft. When ever that happens, I am delighted. The RJ Emberer is the worse aircraft configuration."
Cons: "The RJ fleet is in need to get new aircrafts and an upgrade of their protect is important."
Pros: "On time both at departure and arrival. Economy in the 787 is comfortable with better leg room than usual. Baggage claim was excellent"
Cons: "The toilets could have better attended to. Entertainment screen in my seat froze and couldn't be used."
Cons: "The airline canceled my return flight without notice because I did not board an earlier connecting flight."
Cons: "I pre ordered a kosher meal. It was said to me that someone miscalculated and there were not enough kosher meals. I was left hungry and starved on such a long flight."
Pros: "New state of the art Dream line plane very comfortable and easy to sleep even in economy section"
Cons: "Food could be better"
Pros: "The entire experience was truly great! Crew is very professional, friendly, and accomodating! Very comfy plane, great food and a wide variety of entertainment!"
Cons: "Everything was great!"
Cons: "They lost my bag"
Cons: "No transit support in delayed flight."
Cons: "Overall, food, appearance, cleanness of the flight and the toilet, no entertainment, comfort, size of the cabin and the seats, communication from the cabin crew and delay without apologizing or telling us the passengers what was the issue, it was one of the poorest flight I have ever used."
Cons: "Everything. Will not use Royal Jordanian again."
Cons: "Flight very late 4h it's to much"
Pros: "Food and entertainment"
Cons: "People weren't sitting in their assigned seats. They resolved the issue by reassigning those who were last on the plane."
Pros: "Good service, leaving on time"
Cons: "Flight delayed"
Pros: "Everything was ok, just I dont see my miles in my account and just of that I chose to fly with this airline."
Pros: "Very professional crew"
Cons: "Boarding and departure always very early. No audio-video"
Cons: "I didn't like my treatment in the airport by RJ staff. They had initially told me I would have a hotel to stay in during my layover, but upon my return trip, I was told that I could not get a hotel. They had a policy in place that stated since I could have taken a later flight, they wouldn't compensate my hotel... but I had never been told that, otherwise I would have made other arrangements. I had to be out of Iraq at a particular time, and leaving any later simply wasn't possible. The staff was uncaring, and unfriendly throughout the entire process."
Pros: "Crew was very friendly and attentive, food was good, seats are comfortable - great flight!"
Cons: "There are not enough bathrooms on the large plane so there often were 5 people in line"
Pros: "good service with a friendly crew. clean and comfortable."
Cons: "the food is not good at all (i had the vegetarian meal). the bread roll had mold on it. I would suggest boarding according to seats. when boarding all together you get stuck in line before and inside the plane itself."
Pros: "Food was great. Service excellent. Plane was not full so there was plenty of space. We are not bothered by lack of alcohol during the day. Took off and landed pretty much on time."
Cons: "Entertainment system basically didn't work. The volume, even on maximum was impossible to hear. The selection of movies was also very limited."
Pros: "Service, on time"
Cons: "Not much to complain about"
Pros: "Every thing"
