Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

Cons: "First class did not come with lounge access? Drinks were not cold. Bathrooms were falling apart and came with a disgusting odor. Time to retire these aircrafts."

Pros: "Flight attendants were nice based on the situations beyond their control."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for about three hours, due to mechanical issues with the second engine not starting. We sat on the the plane for over an hour and half. Some people that missed their connection flights were offered hotel stay. Others that had no connection flight was not offered anything for the several hours of delay that occurred."

Cons: "I have traveled with my luggage plenty of times through airports and the flight from washington to jacksonville, my luggage came back to me cracked and broken. I was surprised that Delta handling was worse than any of the cheaper flights I normally take and will not be checking any baggage with Delta again."

Cons: "baggage rules, check in with baggage, change fee for flight when it was not customers issue that caused the 5 min delay! Unable to reach reservation desk on line or via phone (neither was the gate agent)"

Cons: "Seeing as I’m still waiting for my flight, more than five hours later I am not inclined to rank it highly. This airport is an embarrassment and I will try my best to never fly Delta again. Weather is no excuse for this."

Cons: "Flight was delayed half an hour due to “medical emergency”. Guy passed out as we were about to take off so we turned back to the gate and sat on the plane for over 30 mins while we waited for medical personnel to check the guy out. Then had to wait another 15 mins for the fuel truck to refill us because we had burnt so much sitting there. I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

Cons: "We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

Cons: "Delta is not the only airline to have planes with the new seat configurations in First Class but they are a big disappointment for tall passengers and couples who enjoy traveling together and cannot even carry on a comfortable conversation on a 15-hour flight."

Cons: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Cons: "The leg room was much less than the last time I flew Virgin (booked via Delta) and made for an uncomfortable trip. Could not sleep as a result. If you're tall like me you'll need to book a higher seating category."
