Cons: There was a baggage issue on my return flight. Half of the bags did not arrive- or so we were told after waiting 45 minutes. Then we were directed to claim a missing bag. The only Wow cremember there addressed the group then disappeared for over an hour never to be seen again!!! I searched the whole terminal for a Wow employee and could not find one. Bags were eventually returned to us by another air crew!
Pros: Lovely planes, crew, airports. All went well.
Cons: Would have preferred ceiling lights to have been completely dimmed during night flying. Would have preferred ramp (walk-on/off) exits at all airports.
Pros: Nice newish planes. Competent but basic service in the air. Nice air crew.
Cons: Ground agents are bad. Don't care about you. Won't answer questions. Don't care what happens to you. Don't care if you make your flight, or if your connection is delayed. There is no phone support. If you have a problem - you're on your own. Online checkin is broken. Does not work at all.
Pros: My kids loved the hot sandwiches, they said, hey this is the best airline food we've ever had!
Cons: Seats the seats were very hard. I had an extra cushion with me to sit on since that was my experience with Wow in the past, but even with the cushion the seat felt very hard.
Pros: The flight was held when our previous flight was delayed so no rebooking was necessary.

Cons: Where do I begin? First they gave me a dirty blanket to use. Next they do not give you any snacks. That might sound trivial but on an 8 hour flight every other airline I’ve ever flown with has offered their passengers SOMETHING. You do have the option of purchasing food but it’s expensive & it wouldn’t feed a preschooler. The crew...honestly they’re just not pleasant to talk to. I put on my call light to ask about purchasing (which means I’m spending money) ear buds & she made me wait another hour & a half. Not one single passenger I spoke to had anything nice to say about Iceland Air.

Cons: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding
Cons: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
Pros: The staff was great, helpful and polite. Seating was fantastic, exit row with our children together in front of us.
Cons: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.

Cons: I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable.

Cons: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it

Cons: Disorganized and horribly untransparent. The flight left the airport more than an hour after we were supposed to, but we were given no updates. Instead, we stood in a hot tunnel for an hour, then in a hot shuttle, and then sat on the plane.
Cons: I originally booked a straight flight from KEF to SFO 2 months in advance and all of a sudden WOW sent me an email saying that they changed my flight to a different one with 6 hour lay-over in LAX due to overbooking. And the email notice was sent < 24 hours before the actual departure. So if I didn’t check in online, I would never find out before coming to the airport. When called to inquire more info and request to change to a different flight that would work better for my schedule than the one WOW automatically decided to switch me to, the representative was not very helpful and giving push back. I had to talk to a manager... Long story short, the flight itself, the seats, and attendant crew were all fine, but the booking/scheduling is a bit of uncertainty (like they can change flight on you whenever and to whatever they want).
Cons: The plane was very noisy and uncomfortable but I guess that’s what you get for lower budget airlines.
