What a management!!! Reading comments below this keeps repeating however this was about 13 hours delay. This company should quit!"

We spent an hour with Suitcase Services, but could not find out who took my husband’s suitcase. (No ID inside theirs) I recommend that you board lower numbered rows first so that people in the back rows don’t take the front bins!"

I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device."

We were expecting no charge because the bicycles were our only check-in baggage for the trip. Couldn't believe the lack of transparency with which we got hit with this charge. Qantas, Air New Zealand, and other airlines we've taken bikes with us on our flights have charged nothing when we traveled in the same fashion. So, if you are a bicyclist traveling with your bicycle, I'd avoid the United-Lufthansa duo."

Basically, they incorrectly scheduled the flights. As if that wasn't annoying enough. After landing, we had to wait an additional 50 minutes to receive our luggage! In all, it was an hour and a half after landing that I had my luggage in hand and finally got to leave the airport. You must pay to select a seat. You must pay to have a carry-on ($35 to $60 depending on when you pay) or any luggage at all. Basically you must pay a little extra for everything. The seats are a piece of sheet metal with 1/4" of padding, do not recline, and have less leg room than any other airline in my experience. There was an empty exit row seat, and as I am tall (6'2"), I thought it wasn't unreasonable for me to ask to move. When the flight attendant walked by, I had to say excuse me several times, each time louder until I was virtually shouting. When she finally acknowledged me and I asked about the seat, she said sure, you can move, for $50."

I rented a race car, had it delivered to the track, payed my entry fee and just had to show up at the race track to drive. Total for the weekend was about 3k$ The day of my flight around 3 in the afternoon, I attempted to check into my flight. There seemed to be something wrong with frontiers website as I kept getting a red error message. I made about 15 attempts from two different computers. I kept getting an error. There was clearly a problem on Frontiers end. I would have to check in at the airport. I do not check luggage and being a red eye, I arrived at the Frontier kiosk an hour before my flight (plenty of time). I made multiple failed attempts to print my boarding pass before waiting in line. After the wait in line, the very unfriendly Frontier lady scolded me for not arriving earlier and said I would have to wait to speak with the manager as she could not help me. After another wait the manager told me that the flight was oversold and the tickets were given out based on when people checked in and all he could do was put me on the same flight tomorrow. Which was pointless because my race was at 9am the next day. I am not sure how this is even legal? It certainly is not fair, I will never book a flight on frontier again, I may not even use kayak. I am out thousands of dollars, and very mad about everything to do with this."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for nearly 4 hours, without notice or explanation for most of that time - even though it was a foregone conclusion, because a replacement aircraft had to be flown from CA to FL for maintenance reasons. Then, the counter personnel were arrogant and offensive in dealing with disappointed passengers (who would not be arriving at their destination until 2 am). Frontier is absolutely the worst airline I have dealt with in the past several years, and I am not likely to ever book a flight on Frontier again - especially since the hidden fees tend to make the ultimate price nearly the same as other airlines."
