Cons: Canceling flights with no notice and rescheduling made me lose a day

Cons: The entertainment system kept resetting over and over throughout the flight. And drinks were served late in a not so comfortable temperature cabin. But everything else was ok

Cons: I didn't get to continue the series I started watching on an earlier flight, as this plane had more limited options. We also waited on the tarmac an long time before take-off, waiting for a part to be delivered to our plane so we could take it to Indianapolis with us.

Pros: Very courteous crew!

Cons: There was a dog on the 10 hour flight, I thought United Airlines had an 8 hour limit. The dog barked throughout the flight, so obviously it was a pet not a service animal. UA needs to enforce its own policy.

Pros: Leg room on the regional jet actually was better than that of a larger plane.

Cons: We were summoned to the gate area with an announcement that boarding would start in 5 minutes; this turned out to be L-O-N-G before boarding began. After standing around for at least 30 minutes with no information as to what was happening, departure time was delayed several times. This was around lunch time; when I finally decided to buy lunch in the terminal, the departure time was changed again to an EARLIER time, and I had to board without food.

Pros: Seats comfortable. Cabin and bathrooms really clean. Crew friendly and efficient.

Cons: Pockets on back of seat need to be bigger/deeper.

Pros: Crew was great. Delayed by mechanical issue. Weather was bad in Montreal so delayed again. Mechanical issue is a pain but I'd rather not crash so all in all very good. Really windy at landing, pilots did a great job. Respect!

Cons: Just a heads up, if you're a large person, weight wise, you may have a challenge using the rest room. It's pretty small.

Pros: I like that my original flight was rescheduled but I needed to arrive in Vancouver for my connection so I'm happy they moved me to an earlier flight. Very accommodating!-

Pros: I liked the 2-3-2 seat configuration so my husband and I could sit in a 2 seat row without being crowded in with anyone else. Those seats are tight!

Cons: Everything could have been better. Boarding was terrible. Apparently the Air Canada devices did not work at this gate? Because boarding was so delayed, we lost our spot to depart. We were stuck on the tarmac for an hour. The seats were too crammed together and very uncomfortable for a 4+ hour flight. Food service did come through, but they were out of most things. It’s advertised you can buy a meal/snack/drink combo but the drinks did not come through at the same time and that was a mess. There didn’t seem to be any air vents above the seats so the flight was very stuffy. We will never fly Rouge again.

Cons: Captions for the hearing impaired, but not possible unless there are individual TV's. I understand that this was an older plane--a "classic." Hoping that entertainment will become more accessible in newer planes

Cons: Both female flight attendants were very rude and pushy, the male was the only pleasant person. Also the in flight entertainment didn’t work half the time.

Cons: Had a decent flight until a rude baggage handler brining up bags to passengers in the jetway surprised me. Had a good flight until the attitude got in my face.

Cons: The plane experienced a mechanical issue forcing us to return to the gate after waiting for an hour. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?

Cons: Gate checked bags sent to baggage claim instead of given back at the gate safely because flight was 95 minutes late and they were in a hurry. Flight was 95 minutes late because of inability to balance weight. Spent 50 minutes on runway “burning fuel”. I will never fly Porter again.

Cons: We booked basic seats knowing we might not sit together however we did not know they would separate children. They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo.

Cons: Over a month ago I requested a seat with extra leg room due to a documented medical condition. My request was not granted and I was in pain most of the flight.

Cons: The gate attendant was a little snarky; shirt with an older passenger. The snacks were just okay; almonds would be good, or kind bars.
