The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. As someone who finds everything cold, this was unbelievable; flight crew (rude & bossy, not international standard); seat positioning (your seat mate has to climb over you); meal (feels like an economy meal put on silverware); the pilot! did a hard brake on the runway, sending loose items flying; I really have nothing positive to say about Royal Jordanian, except that I would be happy to avoid them again."

Pros: "I didn't have a boarding pass for Royal Jordanian as it was a connecting flight and the UIA groundstaff refused to print one for me when I checked in. Royal Jordanian was very accomodating and sent someone down to the terminal to help me. The food was tasty and fresh as well."

No answers to my calls , then when finally got some one they gave me another number and kept on calling till some one answerd and simple reply was was Can’t accept your claim . You should have logged the claim at th airport when you arrived not after leaving the airport. I told them that I can on a long flight and I didn’t see that in the airport . My bags were handed by porter and as soon as I saw the bag on arrival home I stared calling. The answer was no you should have made your claim at airport . We can’t take your claim. I tried to explain the face to them but they were not ready to understand."

Pros: "We were pleasantly surprised at the roominess of the aircraft. We went expecting cramped spaces, but this was comfortable, even for a nearly 7 hour flight."

Cons: "Flydibai changed the flight hours. The new layover in Dubai was 11 hours instead of 4. They refused to provide free hotel. It was disappointing."

Cons: "I'll never ever be involved with Kayak, FlyDubai, and that pathetic Flight Network again. In thirty-two years of international travel to 80+ countries, I have never dealt with such nonsense. Thanks to all for ruining my holiday"

Cons: "Did not want to check my luggage and was 2 pounds over. Now my brand new bag has a 6 inch slash in it."

Cons: "The food situation was weird. Only some passengers were given food. Also I didn't see any selection of movies."

Cons: "Boarding was chaotic and poorly organized. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable. The entertainment system screens did not work. Other passengers were pushy and disrespectful."

Cons: "I booked my flight with Emirates and their flights were good, food and crew was awesome. But I got surprised when flying back from Delhi, ground staff told me to board with Fly Dubai instead of Emirates. Why I wasn't got notified while booking the flight that there will be multiple airlines flight?"
Pros: "I made it to my destination safely and planes appeared to be new."
Cons: "Crew was late and unorganized in both Amman and Dubai. Entertainment system onboard did not work. Touch screen was inoperable. We waited on the tarmac shuttle nearly 15minutes because plane wasn't clean. Check-in line was ridiculously long and only one person working. Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding."
Pros: "It was on time, which is always a good thing!"
Cons: "The check in agent was not very helpful. He said, "Would you like window or aisle?" I said, "Window please". He says, "there are no windows. I can give you an aisle." I said, "but you asked me if I wanted a window." He said, "you are too late" (as though it's my fault... but I was one of the earlier ones at check-in and was not able to check-in online!). He continues, "I can give you an aisle in row 23". I say, "okay". Then after I leave the check-in counter and look at my boarding pass it says I have seat 11B. Neither window or aisle! In addition, I flew this flight as part of an Emirates ticket and it was not cheap, and yet the FlyDubai segment did not include a meal."

Pros: "As always, arriving home after two weeks away on an international trip is thrilling. The trip is SO LONG."

Pros: "FlyDubai knows customer service. I would have given 15 stars out of 10 if it let me. I flew economy but was treated like first class. I will only book with FlyDubai for all trips. See you guys next month when I return to Dubai."

Cons: "not comfortable ..time-chairs. 1- chairs- hard and tight . 2- time-late always. not on the time like we are comming in 2 houers before debarture and waiting 2 or 3 houers more gust to inter the air plain.and take off.exp time to flay 1 .writen in the ticket take of effectlvely at 2 or 3 .this is haben to me in the last time i flay with this air line. 3- entrance suddenly changed. exp wrtin 11 in the ticket chang to 3 in the air port. and this openion for most people who tray flay d. thanks for your attention."

Cons: "The seat was soaking wet due to faulty air conditioning. The screen was broken so I did not enjoy the TV that I paid for. Many of the menu items were not available."

Cons: "I had an emergency and wanted to delay my flight, but they asked me to pay for a penalty that was almost the tickets prices."
Pros: "The flight, crew members, pilots were amazing. Take off and landing couldn't be any smoother."
Cons: "This is second time I land in zone B, terminals F. The worst terminals and airport treatment by the staff ever. You can never get a complete answer or help, staff most don't care about your concern. No help can be assisted in any way possible. Few of the staff are professionals and know what their job is, others not at all. Bathrooms are disgusting, I have 12 hour layover, to sit in a lounge I need to pay 120$ , just to sit on a proper chair. In short you have money they welcome you, you don't , too bad find your way they don't care. Very over rated airport. Should be considered one of the worst, or maybe this terminal is made for unnecessary people, when their entrance phrase clearly states Dubai connecting the world. Connecting nothing. Simple money transfer isn't available, in case of emergency you need money, too bad sit yourself down and do nothing. Once again very over rated, and I will publish my review in all travel guides."

Cons: "i am 6'8 tall so normal seats are not for me just wondering why having a free row ( no 15) of exit seats in the flight from Dubai to Zanzibar i needed to pay for it and on my way back row 15 was free of charge? one way charge one way not? something is far from easy to understand..and why having a combined flights (Emirates and Flydubai) i couldnt check in online? and will i get any response?"

Pros: "I asked one of the flight attendants to let me sit closer to the bathroom as I needed to use restroom often and didn't wanted to bother other people. Once we took of she provided and open seat. That was really helpful"
Cons: "The checking in desk representatives had no authority to change or modify any seating arrangements. Also, the first row seats are left open so the flight attendants can charge 100 aed to anyone wants to seat on those seats. I found this to be silly. Also, their baggage policy is ridiculous. No baggage authorization for international travel! One have to buy it separately."

Pros: "The food was okay - most flights don't include food, we were given a $12 box of food for free since it's a 6 hour flight. It was worth about $1"
Cons: "None of the touch screens functioned, but they did show ads There is literally no leg room for a normal person, but seats still fully recline (crushing your neighbors) They play a loud ad for their inflight entertainment before the flight (even though it was not working) They started drink service and then called the flight crew back - no water/drinks for 6 hours Announcements on the PA were totally inaudible"

Cons: "nothing al all. Flydubai is overpriced for the almost nonexistent service."
Cons: "I was surprised to learn you had to pay for tea, coffee, food, and movies. I was offered one water on the 4 hour trip, which seemed out of line compared to all other international flights I have taken."
