Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Cons: "We were seated near the back of the airplane. The heater came on midway of the flight, by the time we landed, it was difficult to breathe because it was so hot. The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son."

Pros: "The cree"
Cons: "The stupid boarding pricesd"
Cons: "Plane was Boarded and we sat for over an hour waiting on fuel. Minimizing the wait time on the plane should be considered prior to boarding. The practice of getting us on the plane to make us wait shhould be stopped. It will creat a much more relaxed and smooth delay if we are allowed to be in the terminal."

Cons: "We were delayed an hour and a half"

Cons: "The layover in Mexico City was a bit long and the airport was not so great"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I did not board this flight as the previous one from Tokyo was late by an hour. Delta did not do ANYTHING to help us pass immigration and customs the fastest possible way. They sent us with the luggage to another terminal and had no signs or attendants to tell us where we recheck the bags. In the end we were late for the flight but Delta did not care!!! They tried putting me on a flight to SLC with a connection! Overall, I am VERY unhappy with them! Zero stars is what they deserve."
Pros: "Please offer headphones to people who do not regularly take them in flights."

Pros: "The crew was beyond friendly and courteous. Lots of leg room."
Cons: "I was an older plane, it was louder than our flight down to Atlanta. Nothing they could do about it, but a slight annoyance."
Pros: "Friendly and informative flight attendants kept the passengers in reasonable spirit."
Cons: "Left nearly an hour late after confusion related to oversold seats and upgrades. The gate agent entered the plane multiple times. The landing was rough, the brakes were loud."
Pros: "Very Comfy plane."
Pros: "Quick, efficient boarding. Good crew. Comfortable seats. On schedule."
Pros: "Crew smiling at the end of the flight."
Cons: "Cheap coffee (although it says Starbucks, I have tried better)."
Pros: "Reminds of when air travel was a special event. The Salt Lake based crew was awesome. Cost to upgrade to 1st definitely worth it."
Cons: "Everything was great."
Pros: "Food was OK, ice cream at mid-flight was my favorite thing. I liked the choice of movies. Drinks are also good but why not include pure cranberry juice? It goes great with vodka."
Cons: "Boarding is ridiculous. Everyone who is not some kind of VIP is asked to line up and is treated like cattle. 5-feet tall woman holds above her head a sign with the zone currently boarding. Nobody can hear or see anything. Why not use the big LCD displays at the gate??? In the plane they had to restart the computer system as some TVs were not working and it took longer than they said. Toilets were kind of stinky and I could smell them from my seat on row 26. Blankets are way too thin for the blasting AC."
Pros: "The food, comfort and service of Delta One class have continued to excel. Since this was a scheduled late departure and they still offered the full menu, I chose to have only the appetizer portion. This turned out to be a fine soup, salmon salad and multiple extras. This was perfect for an 11:00 PM dinner."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating, and service was good"
Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."
Cons: "Need more legroom"
Pros: "staff was very good."
Cons: "The flight was bought through Virgin Australia and without much notice, the flight was switched to Delta. The seats were amply smaller, amentities were not good (blankets and pillows). Food was terrible and was not as promised when the purchase was made through Virgin. Seats were so bad that my back and butt hurt after a couple hours. I would rather pay a couple hundred dollars more to have a quality flight experience."
Cons: "Flight attendants were a little snobby and didn't treat all passengers equally, in my humble opinion (note: I was sitting in 1st class)."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Poor hospitality by alaska airline staff, especially by MrPavel at gate H4, 01nov2016, prior boarding around 0730am"
Pros: "The crew was professional and efficient. This includes the ground personnel that had to cope with a grossly overbooked flight. I was upgraded to comfort+ at the gate."
Cons: "Fed up with the .4 oz pretzels. The arrival in LAX was chaotic. We had left on-time and were told that we would arrive approx. 20 minutes early. Ha! First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"
Pros: "I like the new equipment on ATL - ABQ in first class, comfortable with good new video. Salmon dinner was quite good as well."
Pros: "Flight left on time and got in early. This allowed us to catch an earlier flight to Seattle."
Pros: "Every thing went well thx"
Cons: "No in flight entertainment"
Pros: "Always have great experience with Delta flight attendants and staff. The entertainment on mobile phone was a really nice add-on, I had never seen before."
Cons: "Flight was delayed in taking off, waiting for connecting passengers. Plane was old, which is most Delta planes, but this one showed it. The tray table looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. Flying into Midway instead of O'hare was anticlimactic."
Pros: "The cookies on board were tasty."
Cons: "There was no gate agent until another passenger went all the way to another gate to retrieve one. The flight kept getting delayed, but no one made any announcements about why or even that there was a delay. Passengers just kept noticing the time change on the flight info board. On board, if you didn't buy into Delta's classist system of paying for an "extra comfort" seat (which, by the way, is a regular seat), you were seated in a tiny shoved in extra row where even my 8 year old's knees bumped the seat in front of us while seated. I will never fly Delta again, particularly with them being one of the priciest options."
Cons: "They lost my baggage"
Pros: "Everyone I met was incredibly nice. The flight attendants were happy and helpful. The wait time to leave the Tarmac was very minimal. Great flight!"
