My first flight was an hour delayed with no apologies which made me miss my flight in Nairobi. During the delay, people were not hospitable nor accommodating. I was stuck for 6 hours and then that flight was delayed an hour. Once on my second flight, they had open seating in which I got a terrible seat instead of the one i had requested and was on my ticket. Very unhappy, and I used to love Kenya airways.

As is typical with emirates ( I have flown emirates before), they are extremely inefficient and slow with food beverage service. I don't understand why a five hour flight can be so complicated for the crew with respect to serving food and drinks. They frequently walk around with trays of drinks, but you have to grab them to get it. It's quite odd. When serving food , they bounce around people and rows, and don't seem to be able to just go down the rows in order. I've seen this on every flight between Nairobi and Dubai.they seem more concerned how the inflight attendants LOok vice serving the passengers.
The passenger in the seat behind me vomited all over his tray during lunch. He didn't immediately clean it up until i turnes ariund and looked at him. He then wiped it with a papet napkin but the napkin was not big enough to clean everything. I rang flight attendant button. She did not come immediately. When she did arrive I told the situation - he vomited on tray, it was not cleaned properly and I could smell the vomit. She looked over and only saw that his seat was wet and gave him a blanket to cover. I asked her if she could provide him a hot wet towel for tray and she said she couldn't see anything. I told her I saw it dripping from side and could smell it. She nonchalantly wiped side with a paper napkin and told me there are other seats if I want to move.
