Very bad service and food variety will never come back again
Flight was cancelled without notification. Information on flight status was not available on Emirates's website.
Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area

This777-300 is configured 2/3/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!!
The flight and all amenities were good to excellent. SWISS was awful to deal with. Every step of the way they nickel and dime you. Chose your seats? $14. Change your seats… No accounting for the prior payment. You get billed again. 17 pound restriction on overhead luggage, nonsense. It’s a weight in the plane whether it’s in the overhead or in check baggage. They just milk you for every cent they can and I resent it. The flight was excellent.
The Swiss airline is excellent. Seats ate comfy, spacious and free wifi that I enjoyed a lot on my trip
The seat and leg room is small on the 2 seated row. Otherwise, very good crew and service.
The noise in the plane made the highest level of sound in the entertainment system ineffeective. The leg room was better than most flights bu the seats are not made for comfort. Food was ok but nothing to look forward too.
Business class seating in Swiss really is just Economy seating minus the middle passenger
Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
No food was served on this short flight and we had no entertainment. Please add a box to check. We were served delicious Swiss chocolate though! The boarding process was fast and the crew very friendly.
It was much better than most airlines we have flown with. It remo des me Swiss Air 25 years ago.
Made us gate check carry ons Then didn’t get them on the plane. Service they used didn’t deliver our carry ons for more than a day Total mess
My experience was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was exemplary 🙂. The meals were wholesome and tasty. I have no complaints
