The flight was delayed and the service was not good. All the new serve was beef and we don’t eat beef so we ended up buying our own meals at the airport twice.
It went well except at delhi airport they told me that my flight is canceled and only after talking to manager they were able to find seats for me and my wife
Offboarding in Dubai was a bit confusing. The bus dropped us off, we passed the security, and then we were again in departure, no clue, no guidance on where to get our luggage

Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.
Always enjoyed flying with Emirates, flown with others but they don't really measure up. The others are cheaper without a doubt, but not as good as Emirates
Fly Dubai takes low cost and thrift to new depths in terms of service levels, terminal 2 is grossly inadequate for capacity and resembles a crowded buss or railway station,, the fly dubai( Emirates) flight is never on time(was 2.5 hrs delayed), and this is not an isolated experience, the flght air conditioning was turned low while we waited on the tarmac for take clearance to save fuel, should say more!!!! The depths! I only fly this airline from a compulsion, emirates code shares for connections to Muscat
Food was great. More vegetarian options on menu would be great!
They changed the flight time without telling us and were unwilling to help with rebooking because we booked through orbits/kayak
Child’s meal was great along with other nice touches for kids.
Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.
The seats seems abit small and the reclining is too much, the seat in front of me came back too much and made it uncomfortable for me.
Istanbul to Lahore flight was less than standard for international business class cabins. Seat did not were not flat and it did not operate easily. I had to push buttons hard repeatedly to operate the seat. I was in 5A seat
Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀
Very Bad experience bqz I was missed my next flight.
two of our bags didn't arrive - this is nonsense given we weren't connecting from anywhere and the flight wasn't full so there shouldn't have been a weight problem. Also, business class and star alliance gold, my bags should have been prioritized.
The staff at the boarding or the rudest uninformative and no English whatsoever they’re very rude as if they are envious of you travelling I don’t understand how could someone would be this rude and this out of touch and cold
Everything about that day was great I was happy with how things went as a first time traveling with the airline thank you for all that you’ve doing by taking us there to our various destinations thanks.
