Very crowded seats. No place for legs. WiFi on board to watch movies was great.
The flight was fine, but if the water were spontanously offered, it would be more client-oriented. We know that it is a low cost flight, but nevertheless...

The flight was OK, but I don't understand their luggage policy. They allow a trolley per passenger but don't allow personal belonging bag although it is stored beneath the chair in front of you. It doesn't cause any trouble, it doesn't interrupt. Why do they care about it?

We tried to eat something and there were sold out. It is a long flight in dinner time and we could not eat (while in their advertisement they claim to have many things). A shame.
The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....
The flight was never confirmed, I was not sent a ticket, and my account was charged for this flight. I’m trying to get my money back for a flight that was not booked or confirmed. Terrible experience
You adjourned my flight by 1h 30 mns and only updated me 1h30 mns before the new scheduled flight. I submitted an email to Kayak asking for a refund. It was the most stressful experience I've had.
The crew were outstandingly kind and cheerful. We carried our cat and they offered help.
Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.
There is no usb for charging the phone you should provide the water
Didn't enforce passengers to wear medical grade masks nor that they even properly wear their masks throughout the flight. So it was lots of people of unknown vaccination status all around me without masks on the whole flight.
