I made it to the gate with 3 minutes to spare, so no time for the bathroom, no time to get lunch or even a bottle of water, no time period. And at the end of it all, my bag is lost."

We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!"

Fortunately I found some fellow Americans who also couldn't find Terminal A , lower numbered gates, from our current Z gate. We went to the right, following most disembarked passengers and signs for some A gates....a mess! In the end, we had to go all the way back, past our original gate to a Customs area where they just stamped our passports and onward to our gates. It seemed like the signs only helped if you were going in the correct direction to begin with. Even my German friend said how bad that airport is for directions!"

Cons: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

We made it because we ran as much as we could and arrived breathless and sweaty. Poor customer service!"

The flight was hours late and caused me to miss my connection to Boston. Iberia was slow to fix things at the airport and ended sending me to a low-budget hotel. This was a bad experience overall and I will likely discontinue using Kayak again going forward.

I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."

Cons: "The seating was pretty bad. My seat couldn't recline (was in the last row) and the passenger in front of me reclined all the way back even when instructed to not recline so far (in passing, by flight attendants). So I spent an 11+ hour flight as a fairly tall person, in an extremely uncomfortable seating arrangement. I also noted my space issue with said passenger at the beginning of the flight and he still progressively went further back. I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."

Cons: "I didn't like that I could not control the air in business class. I spent good money to sit up there and I would expect to have control of the air because I had a 11 hr flight in a 90 degree plane. It was really a uncomfortable. Also I didn't like that their was no sporting events or cooking channels to watch on my flight and the movie selection were horrible."

Cons: "This company will gauge you for money. It’s a complete joke. To check two smal bags they charged me $94 euros, which unfortunately I had no other option but to pay. The easy jet representative charging me for the bag check treated me like I was stupid for not checking the bag online. I didn’t know until late that I was going to need to check a bag... The flight boarding was completely unorganized. They shuttled 3 bus loads of people to the plane and had everyone board on either end of the plane, making it so people had to scoot past each other both ways to get to their seats creating a traffic jam. The biggest insult was they don’t even provide water unless you pay for it. All the food and drink must be paid for. Not only that they have a magazine for items you can buy while flying with them. It felt so commercialized and like a complete rip off. I will never fly with easy jet again. Oh and I forgot to mention, the plane was dirty when we loaded. There was a dirty tissue under my seat and trash in then compartment in front of me."

When my daughter and I went to board we, along with several other passengers were pulled aside. We were told that our personal item had to be placed into our carry on or we would need to pay Eu60 to check a bag each. There was not enough time before flight to get someone in charge to talk to so we paid to check 2 bags."

Cons: "the whole boarding process is so bad. There are no clearly marked lines. People get in the priority line unknowingly and then get sent the back of the economy line because they didn't know. Not knowing the gate until 60 minutes before the flight is also annoying - you walk through security and then it can be 1 of 90 gates. Checking in is ridiculous too - you can wait in line and then be told 'we are checking people in for this flight yet'. But there are no signs saying what flights can check in. the baggage restrictions are ridiculous too. We saw several people have to check their bags even though they easily fit in the overhead. All in all - easyjet is a cheap flight but you get what you pay for. I will mostly likely never fly with them again."

Cons: "We were told at check-in that we did not pay for a checked bag, despite the fact that my receipt shows we did. So we had to carry all our heavy luggage onboard and our money paid in advice for baggage was not refunded. Also, the plain was an hour late and the way they started boarding was really disorganized and it was as if the passengers were cattle as they corralled us into a 20x30 standing-only roped off section to wait to board after already having or boarding passes checked."
Cons: "They made us wait until 15:30 to board our flight, although our flight was supposed to leave at 15:40. When we finally arrived in Rome they lost our luggage and didn't give me any explanation. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 21:15 but didn't arrive until 21:45. We waited and waited for almost 2 hours. Finally our luggage was on the belt and no one told us that it was even there just let us wait until someone noticed."
