Electric plugs didn't work. Entertainment system wasn't working
The design of the light switch on the arm rest is ridiculous.
The gate attendant let me walk right by her with a bag too big for the overhead compartment
Compared with other carriers business class for an overnight was not worth the extra expense.
Overall poor for me I paid extra for seats with leg room and my regional flights exit row seats have less leg room then the others that's money that could have been saved and on my final flight home the flights air was not operating it was unbearably hot in the cabin I will be contacting United and filing a DOT complaint
I don’t understand the purpose of the orange “priority” tag on my bag. This tagged, my bag is last or near to the last bag to come down the carousel at IAH.
EVen warmer in the plane it think it was 24+ degrees
Overall, it was a good experience. Boarding was good and there was plenty of overhead bin space for everyone’s carryons (even when we boarded toward the end). Only improvement would be to offer trash service more regularly.

No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
There were five broken seats on the plane. The crew was very rude in telling people they had to get off the plane and get a flight the next day. No call for volunteers, but telling people they had to get off. One woman was flying with her elderly mother and daughter and was told she had to leave or all three had to leave. Fortunately, a volunteer offered to stay. The situation was handled poorly.
They lost my luggage and it didn’t get delivered until the next day.
3 hours late. Not even water offered on a 2.25 hour flight.
I have long legs, my foot was out in the aisle and when a flight attendant came walking by and I didn't notice, instead of saying "excuse me" or anything like that, she kicked my foot. Extremely rude
Cabin was roomy enough to easily slide my carry on under the seat in front of me!
Good experience but the snacks are not gluten free, so I cannot eat them.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
They have lost any customer service care and support. Terrible airline now and been for awhile.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
