They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.
Given I (and I’m assuming most people) have both carry in and a personal item included in their fare, I find it very unfair that on neither of my flights I was able to use the overhead for my small backpack because they were completely rammed with luggage, people personal items, jackets, hats and other items. So the only item I brought in had to be stuffed under my seat while they had their leg room and sat comfortable with all of their items in the overhead. This has to stop because I was uncomfortable on both flights when I only had one smaller item that could not be checked due to its contents (medication etc). Plenty of people could have checked theirs but chose not to and then took up the space allotment for 2 people.
From pre boarding to flight attendant, crew and baggage handler, excellent. Didn’t lost my luggage like West jet.

We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.
Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.
Everything was great until we had to get our bags. The bags came out in several different batches over 90 minutes after we landed maybe more we got our bags. So much for the old West Jet where they promised bags in 20 minutes. I Next time I will pack lighter and go with a carry-on.
Plane was one hour late. Hardly any space for our carry-ons. Stressful to catch connections.
I like the wider seats, Plus lots of legroom, Lacking entertainment, no tv or screen to play with
8 hrs. Of waiting instead of couple of hours..the only good thing I'm still able to go to my destination...
When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.
The flight attendants were great, but not much room while sitting and it would be nice to get free movies.
Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service
lucky i am considered slender. but i am 5'7", so in case of emergency it would have been completely impossible to put my head on my lap. THERE SIMPLY WAS NO ROOM TO BEND OVER, ALTHOUGH I AM MORE THAN CAPABLE(AS A LIFETIME OF YOGA WILL ATTEST TO). CRAZY DANGEROUS HOW SQUEEZED INTO THE SEATS WE WERE. i have travelled to mexico for almost 20 years, mostly on westjet, but they have obviously squeezed more seats into the 737 to ,,,,,you guessed it make more money!!!!!! also i had to repeatedly move my 'seatmate' as she kept falling asleep, and as she was definately not slender, she squished me into the window seat all through the flight., if i could have jumped out of the plane and swam to mexico i would have done it in a heartbeat. TERRIBLE FLIGHT, NO FOOD, OH, SORRY, FREE PRETZELS OR COOKIES. LOTS OF BOOZE FOR SALE THOUGH!!!! WORST FLIGHT OF MY LIFE!!!!!
