Awful. Delayed flights, missed connection to Toronto. Hotel vouchers were for already booked hotels x3. Giant waste of my time

For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.

They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.

The entertainment is a bit limited, it would be better if they added some games to play besides the movies and tv shows. But the seats are comfortable and the crew is polite

Flight cancelled instead of leaving Friday am now, maybe, leaving Sunday

The pilot had to extend the flight time from san antonio to Houston to burn off fuel. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress since we had a tight connection to Aruba. And with no other flights going to Aruba we were worried about spending a night in Houston. We had to to run to our connection because of the flight crews mistake. Not happy.

Delayed, toilets did not flush, pilot parked to far away from Gate

Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class.

2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!

This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.

Flight cancelled. Twice. And no communication. No gate agent. Went past boarding time and had to go and see email from AA. Airport communication was bad

Delayed and horrible communication and sat on flight for an hour before taking off

Plane temperature was so hot that everyone on the plane was sweating. Departure gates changed 3 times in the hour before the flight. Internet service was so poor in the terminal that updates weren't always being received.

Delayed flight due to maintenance and I have had multiple delayed flights due to maintenance in the last month plus

technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.

Great flight. No issues at all. I still think boarding could be more efficient but otherwise, a good experience.

No complaints. Good WiFi, great crew and excellent speedy baggage claim
