We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. I told them this was unacceptable - we had purchased a ticket and had seats reserved. And, typically if a flight is overbooked, the airline will offer a later flight option to everyone at the gate with an incentive to change it instead of randomly choosing passengers to bump off. They were rude and unapologetic and instead of putting us on the next flight 2 hours later, they made us stand at the counter for over an hour until they waited for all the other passengers to check in. Then 45 minutes before the flight took off, they told us that 2 seats opened and we would need to run through security and to the gate in order to get it on time. They also didn't have seats next to each other -- so the window and aisle seats that we had reserved were given away and we both had middle seats on opposite ends of the plane. Even though they acknowledged that we did everything right and they chose us at random, Air France was completely unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process."

The staff at Atlanta's airport were great from the curbside checkin agents to the wheelchair attendant and gate agents so that they 45 minute delay due to air traffic in New York was hardly noticeable. The flight attendants were pleasant and friendly and the food was delicious. We actually arrived ahead of our adjusted ETA, after a very smooth flight."
Cons: "Upon arrival in New York, the 3 of us who needed wheelchair assistance waited and waited for them to come. Finally, the gate agents rounded up some wheelchairs that were sitting around nearby just to get us off the plane and to the gate area. After waiting about 15 minutes, while hearing the gate agents being told repeatedly by the wheelchair dispatcher on the radios that they were coming and were passing through security, 2 female attendants finally arrived and they took the two elderly ladies and off they went, leaving me there waiting. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait for ANOTHER 25 MINUTES, total of 40 minutes after arrival at the gate. The same dispatcher lady continued to say that my attendant was on the way, passing through security for the entire 25 minutes. He asked me to change wheelchairs because he liked his better. He didn't offer to take my laptop bag and put it behind. He took off down the concourse before my feet were even on the footrests, with me holding my legs out in front of me because the footrests were up. After 20 or 30 feet, I got him to stop and let me get my feet down. I told him our luggage was supposed to be at carousel E, so he took me to "A". He asked me if any of the bags there were mine, and I said, "Why would they be here? I told you we were on Carousel E!" So then he wheeled me to Carousel E, and since it had now been almost an hour, it was empty. He asked an attendant where my bag would be, and was told to check at the office, which was back over by Carousel A. Upon finally checking with the personnel in the office, he came out rolling my bags and stood them by me for me to deal with while he just pushed the wheelchair. I had told him I was taking Uber, so he deposited me curbside near the taxi stand, which was not anywhere near where Uber could pick me up and was gone. FINALLY, after arriving earlier than expected at 3:25, at 4:43 I was finally picked up by Uber to go on home. What a nightmare! I thought the wheelchairs were supposed to be waiting upon arrival????"

Luckily I showed up to the check in desk early, or what I thought was early, they were at final boarding and almost didn't let me on the flight. The crew was helpful but indignate. Cons: "The flight No one knew what was going on. My bag made it in earlier than I did. Everyone I talked to was unhelpful. Staff was not able to deliver my bag overnight. Had to go back to the airport. Cannot stress enough that no one knew what was going on."
Pros: "I got stuck in security but the United staff waited for me to board. I am grateful they went the extra mile because I chose to fly that day in order to make it to an important event."
Cons: "When i originally boarded the flight i notices that the person next to me was an obese person that was taking over half of my seat when i went to the flight attendant and informed her she said she might not be able to do anything cause the flight was full. When door was about to close i noticed an empty seat and took. The thing that upset me is if there not been an empty seat i would have had to seat in a seat where there was no space and still would have paid the same as a person that is taking part of my seat and the flight attendant didbt even seem to care."

Cons: "-Flight was 2 hours delayed getting to the gate because they kept saying they were "bringing it from the hangar." Does it really take 2 hours to bring a plane from the hangar? And why didn't they bring it before our scheduled departure? -Flight was then delayed another 1.5 hours because the fueler put too much fuel on the plane so we had to wait for them to send out another fueler to take fuel off. -Meanwhile, I was late for work and almost got fired because of this mistake. -They then proceeded to put my luggage on the wrong airplane so once we landed I had to wait another 1-2 hours for my luggage to arrive. -Meanwhile, all gate attendants had terrible attitudes when dealing with customer. I will never fly United again."

We arrived right before a thunderstorm and were told the ground crew couldn't come out to move the ramp until 15 minutes past the last lightning strike within 5 miles. Many people wanted to get off the plane and felt they were willing to take that risk themselves, but of course the ramp was controlled by the ground crew. Seats on Frontier are generally terrible."

But I'd suggest next time that they wear gloves and disinfectant sprays when there are stains on the seats because you don't know what it is."

Cons: "Had to pay extra for everything after buying ticket (including carry-on, seat assignment, and even a soda)... I thought Spirit was the only airline who nickel and dimed you that bad. Also, the flight boarding time on the ticket was 9AM, but when I arrived at 8:50am from getting some breakfast half the flight had boarded. This was upsetting because I had a carry on and paid extra for Zone 1 and the second row. My bag had to be placed further back which delayed me getting off the plane. Why would they board ahead of scheduled boading time listed on the ticket, then just sit there for 20-25 min until they could close the cabin doors."

Right now, a USB charging port at each seat would make flights more productive. On board wi-fi would also be a welcome amenity."
Pros: "Not sure what you mean by "Food" and "Entertainment". There were none and none expected. Frontier is a funky airline. Its website is misleading. After you've bought your ticket, it suggests that you have to pay extra for a seat and for your bags (even carry-on). I was a first-time Frontier customer and I didn't pay those extras on-line and never was charged for them. I'm not complaining -- they just need to get their act together. All in all, a decent routine air travel experience."
