But then, she mentioned that the flight was delayed and there was no way that I can made my connection from LA to Indianaplis. So I was given a boarding pass with my suitcase ($25 paid) only to LA. The front desk asked me to try other ways when I arrived LA to see what can be done. When I entered into the gate, your CS changed my flight to UA after I have presented my case. However, I had to pull the suitcase out from Alaska, paid another $25 to United and started the trip all over again. All the while, your crews expected me (an alien from Asia) that I should have known every thing get it through, or to claim my suitcase charges. I am really disappointed for the lack of understanding. To you, it may be something happened so common everyday. To me, I was totally lost to handle this."

Cathays customer service is closed on Sunday, and Alaskan customer service said they cannot help me. I arrived 2 hours before my flight from SLC to LAX via Alaskan Airlines, and they were unable to print my boarding pass in time to make my flight. I waited 2 hours in line with other people also leaving at 6am, almost all of us missing our flight.... I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund for this trip. I ended up purchasing another one-way ticket to HKG, and will take the return flight home from Cathay."

They allowed us to board early and were very accommodating for our family of 7. I finally figured out the in air entertainment on our devises, which didn't seem to work on our previous flight. There was no reason this flight should have been this late. When attempting to talk to boutique air staff at the airport and on the phone there was nothing they could do. 1. Because we "choose" to fly and 2 bc it was bought through a 3rd party. No one was able to help us. Unfortunately our next flight to Omaha only departs every 2 days. The closest they could get us to home was 7hrs away from our car at the airport. It was not frontier fault that we missed our next flight, it was clearly boutique air. The pilot in Cortez was a complete jerk, had no sense of time or urgency. If we are required to show up 90 minutes early, so should the pilot. We were stranded in Denver unless we wanted to buy all new tickets for around $800 or wait 2 days for next flight . I was very mad at boutique and their staff was less than accommodating or understanding. Very poor service. They would not own anything because flight was bought through kayak."

Cons: "At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!"

They will supposedly be reimbursing me for that but I have not received it yet. They would not reimburse me for the money I had to pay to change my connecting flights. I heard about BA before so when I noticed their price coming in the lowest in a KAYAK search I had no hesitation going for it! The whole experience was great. The big airlines are taking all the fun out of flying, long lines thru security, you get on the plane thru a tunnel so you don't even get to see the airplane. With BA checking in is 20 mins before flight, no long lines thru security. You just walk to their terminal, check in and walk out to your plane! The plane is comfortable, the pilots are very friendly. I'll definetely fly BA again!"

I had to sit in this tiny terminal for over five hours and wait for another flight, which was delayed mind you because, well, a crew member was missing. So we left 20 minutes late! Also the last minute notice of having to check your bags, though the website states differently, and the amount of time spent on the tarmac just waiting, made me 30mins late for my business in LA."

Pros: "I promise I wasn't paid to write this, I am a frequent flyer and a believer in the way Boutique has things set up. The staff was friendly, from the counter workers to the pilots. The whole process was way faster than a larger airliner, granted there is usually a maximum of 8 passengers, but you get on fast and take off quickly! Plus every seat is first class; they rotate to allow more leg room, and recline very nicely! First time flying with them, and last time flying anyone else (if I can help it!)."

Cons: "the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies."

They were asked to step in to fly to Denver instead---20 minutes after our scheduled takeoff time; not horribly late, but seemingly disorganized, which leads to all kinds of thoughts about AA overall competence."

Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

Cons: "The customer service from AA representitives in the airport was completely unnacceptable and the absolute worst service I have recieved in an airport to date! One incident during this trip was as follows: When arriving in Charlotte and running to catch my connecting flight, I arrived as the lady at the desk was closing the door, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

I understand the concept and reason for the request but the manner in which she did it was so uncalled for. I don't recal a time in which I've been spoken to in that manner in a very long time. While I was doing it (it took literally 5 seconds), she was screaming at me to walk over to the side and lose my place in line. After I quickly put it in she screams it must go in all the way, which it was. There wasn't even a bulge from it and it closed with ease. I'd be happy to provide a picture of my small backpack/purse."

I lost ANOTHER work day dealing with them. They said she was on standby for next flight 3 hours later only to get to the gate and they said they NEVER EVEN PUT HER ON THE LIST. then she got put on the next flight 3 hours later to get told it was a full flight and so she waited another 3 hour flight and finally got on... on top of the stress I went through, the work I missed out on, the drive and gas it took to get there, her first day of her Job was the next day after that mayhem! It was absolute chaos. I can honestly say I hate that American airlines and I don't think it's right. The person next to us also had a horrible experience with them in the line next to us. She missed her best friends wedding due to three disorganization and horrible service.... SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIDESMAID!!! I wrote the company.... but I expect no return or respect from them if I can't even get that from their condescending customer service "manager" ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!"

Allegiant posted an initial delay of 30 minunutes but then, when there was a further 2 hour delay due to a problem with the plane in Vegas Allegiant didn't update the time. (G4 568 was showing a two hour delay, with a 1010 arrival into STS but Allegiant never updated the departure time for 569 to reflect the additional two hour delay.) It wasn't until I called that it got updated and when I called I had to point out that the airplane hadn't even left Vegas and Allegiant was still showing an 8:50 departure time. It also took the reservation agent over 20 minutes to get any information about what was going on. Lastly each and every time I call I was on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes before being able to speak to a person"

I spent extra money to take a bus to downtown Denver and a grayhound bus to the springs and a cab to my home. So my trip cost my an extra $55.00 dollars I didn't have. I have always taken United but after this experience, I will never again take United."
