Pros: "The plane arrived in Atlanta ahead of time and thus we were able to start boarding earlier than usual. The gate agent kept the process in order and moved the boarding process along nicely. The pilots also got us to Baton Rouge 28 minutes ahead of schedule which was appreciated. Nice flight."

Blamed it on weather even though a full maintenance crew was beneath the plane in the entire time and, for the coup de gras moved a new flight an hour later 30 gate down. Classic Delta hopefully they'll be out of business in a year"

Cons: "My flight was cancelled and I had anxiety about being at my destinations on time because I had to travel another hour away without knowing if my ride would be able to wait for me. However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time,but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone."

Cons: "Flight boarding was an abomination as it was delayed 6 times. Then we had to board (by bus) to a location about 1-2 miles from the gate. Gate agents DID NOT keep the passengers updated. A simple announcement every 10-15 minutes would have made a big difference. Also video screens on several rows did not work, no entertainment for a 7 hr flight."

Cons: "The MD88 is such a crappy plane for anyone that wasn't born a dwarf. I'm tired of filling out these and yet you do nothing about it. It is criminal to cram is in like sardines like this."

Pros: "Our Delta plane was brand spanking new. Everything worked and the inflight entertainment system was fantastic with many movies to choose from, free headphones, games, tv shows, etc. The crew was polite and the seating at least as comfortable as expected for a 4 hour flight."
Cons: "The restrooms in the rear of the plane were remarkably small, even by airline standards. I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"

Pros: "The comfort and attention on the part of the cabin crew of the flight was quite good."
Cons: "What I did not like was the process to go to the assigned air terminal in El Salvador, the process was slow and we took the flight at the end of the last one. The same was the process from Los Angeles to Seattle that was our scale. Process too long and go back through security, the boarding gate was almost closed. I think that for these cases they should leave more time for the stopovers that come from international flights. For my part I did not choose this option, since I was traveling with a person with mobility problems and separated the group for admission to the process of entering the USA."

Cons: "Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule."

My husband got through his line 15min before I was finished in the other line. One line required iPads to be other, the other didn't. Something was seriously wrong with how things were being handled. Bathrooms onboard were a pigstie."

Delay allowed me about 10 minutes to sprint through the lovely Charlotte airport. To finish off my trip, American Airlines manages to misplace my carry on that was required to be tagged and stowed. I handed it to the individual right outside the plane to be stowed. How does the bag not get in the same plane?!?"

Cons: "Flight to and from AL on American Airlines were both canceled - I was switched to Delta on the ‘to’ trip and was in AL another night on ‘home’ trip"

They diid not charge for surfboard, which was great. Plane is smaller than Qantas Airbus 380, so boarding and getting off plane was quicker. Would fly again."

Every experience up to that point had led me to believe we were on the budget airline with the delays and the way everything was handled (getting us into the bus to go to the plane, waiting 15 minutes, getting us off to wait in lobby 40 minutes, boarding again)."

We requested a mid-size car, they tried to give us an old mini-van that was dented up, we called Enterprise instead and got a 2016 Ford Focus with unlimited mileage for only 15.00 more for the the 5 days of rental."

Cons: "Because I had to go to a different airport (supposedly there were no other flights into Allentown until the next day), I had to get a car rental, (which at that point did not get a discount for reserving on internet), and mysteriously one of our bags ended up in Allentown anyway. Which was a nightmare."

Cons: "Numerous delays and disappointments. Two delays before boarding. Another long delay after boarding waiting for paperwork to be completed. Long taxi period. Waited over half hour for baggage claim conveyor to start rolling."

Cons: "The security at the gate is poorly organized. Even though there are bathrooms at the gate, security will not let you use them! You must leave the gate, walk down the hall to the bathrooms, and then reenter the gate and be searched again!! This is a problem that can be easily fixed but they need more people speaking up before they will. Wheni spoke with people, Security blamed it on United and United blamed it on the security."

When asked they told me there was a misunderstanding. on our way to El Salvador. Due to weather we had to stop at guatemla a lot of people were ready to walk around since a 3 hour flight became a 6 just sitting around a attendant was very disrespectful towards an older lady told her to get out her way and moved her to the side. Me and another gentleman look at eachother and couldn't believe it"

Pros: "From the start our trip was awesome. Everyone from the shuttle driver to the pilots to the ground crew the flight crew Etc were extremely friendly and very very helpful. I was traveling with a first-time flyer and he was impressed extremely impressed this is the second time this year that I've flown with United and I will continue to fly United thanks to all of you for help making this trip perfect"

Pros: "I had left my laptop at security and the woman at the on board desk (wish i knew her name) changed my flight to go on a later flight to West Palm Beach instead so I could get my laptop and continue on my way to Florida. She didn't even charge me anything extra! The West Palm Flight wasn't full and I was able to get closer to my destination going to West Palm Florida. The flight was smooth and the snacks were great too!"

Cons: "There is a reason why I stopped flying and this airline and now I remember why. I was not assigned a seat on the flight and checked int for a seat assignment at the gate. When I asked the boarding rep at the gate for an aisle seat, she lied and said there were none left but when I looked online, there were more than 25 available. This flight was awful, uncomfortable, the plane smelled like a geriatric center and was dirty."

Cons: "I wish the one carry-on piece of luggage did not cost as much as it does. I had somewhat of a discount as I am enrolled in the nine dollar fare club. However, $25 for one carry-on luggage still too much."

Pros: "Our flight attendant was like a stand-up comedienne. She got all the important messages across while adding levity and jokes. She was great (Detroit based)"
Cons: "That the seats don’t recline and you can’t change from a carry-on to a checked bag"

Cons: "Showed up, got charged for checked bags (extra $30 if you are over 40 lbs). Was charged for a non personal carry on bag. Legroom was non-existent (worst of any other airline I've flown), and had both my knees hanging out in the aisle and taking over the next seat over. Also wanted to charge $3 for water. Was informed there was no other drinking water available. Overall experience was poor and will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and buy a more expensive ticket; by the time we were said and done, we paid $125 for bags so a decent airline with service would have ended up more cost effective anyways."

Pros: "Boarding went smoothly and people got settled onto the plane quickly. They don't mess around with boarding."
Cons: "I hate that every little thing has a fee, and that if you pay for some upgrades you get things that they'd otherwise charge for. For example, if you pay for a carry-on, you are automatically in the first boarding group (so you don't need to pay $6 for expedited boarding if that's your thing)."

Pros: "Friendly and helpfull staff! Definitely worth it when your just trying from point A to B."

Cons: "as I said in rating my trip to Orlando from Pittsburgh, I never took this flight from Orlando to Pittsburgh as Spirit unilaterally changed the return flight from 4 in the afternoon on Monday to 8 in the morning."

Pros: "Getting on the plane was quick and we took off on time. The plane was clean and the seats were as comfortable as i guess airplane seats can be."
Cons: "I didn’t like the fact that they made me check my bags and then there was so much space on the plane where i could have placed my very small duffle. It was totally a waist of $50 and the attitude i received from the flight attendant wasn’t appreciated."

Cons: "The comfort level was awful....I fly all the time and this was the worst seats ever....the same on the way to Vegas....not enough leg room and the seats were so hard.....I understand these are “deal” flights however we were nickel and dimed for being able to sit next to each other, for having a carry on bag, for the weight limit only being 40lbs when other airlines are all 5”lbs We will not be flying spirit ever again as the cost on a better airline would be the same cost...."

Cons: "I missed my departure flight and they cancelled my whole trip so I could not EVEN utilize my return flight. I will never give Spirit my business... terrible customer service!"

Cons: "How there wasn't wifi, how everything had too be purchased by card, no complementary light snacks like crackers or peanuts."

Cons: "Sears don’t recline. $10 to check in online. Paying $45 to carry a bag on. one person was spilling into my seat and the other was typing her blog for the entire trip so her elbow was hitting my body for 4 hours unless I scrunched into a little ball to avoid her shaking me."

Cons: "All the extra money that the airlines wanted to charge. Paying for selecting a seat etc."

Pros: "The ticket agent, gate agent, cabin crew and flight crew were all poliote and professional."
Cons: "The website makes checking in painful like a root canal, taking you here, there, and everywhere and always LOADING SOMETHING AWESOME, when all you want to do is check in and get the boarding pass you already paid for. I finally gave up without success and ended up going to the ticket counter to check in and ended up paying numerous extra fees totaling approx. $69 more than if I could have checked in online. This is my one and only experience with Spirit, I'm done and not doing it again. Too bad, nice people, but I'm not putting up with that ridiculous website again."

Cons: "It was a 6 hour delay. They tried to make it up by getting a 50 dollar voucher which I was content with. But upon reading the description I come to find out that it expires in November which is it already almost October...."

Pros: "The plane wasn't full"
Cons: "If the plane has been full it would t have been comfortable whatsoever . Seats were thin and narrow. I could t even hold my 3 month old with out her hanging in the aisle and I was bumping shoulders with the passengers next to me. Felt like a kids school bus."

Cons: "The front cabin crew, (one male. one female) were much more interested in themselves than the passengers. They spent virtually all of the ~4.5 hour flight talking to each other and ignoring the passengers. Their talking to each other was loud enough to be heard three rows into the passenger seating even though they were at the galley or flight attendants seating. They also, especially the woman, enjoyed several coffees or tea while asking the passengers if they wished to purchase anything only once almost immediately after the aircraft reached cruising altitude. One quick "trash trip" down the aisle and back to their conversation with each other."

Cons: "4+ hour flight without any entertainment is brutal. At least have some magazines to hand out."

Cons: "My flight was canceled in the morning via email. I callled the airlines and was given different reasons for the cancellations. We were flown out of Myrtle the next day, but the airlines did not cover our hotel cost. All we were given were 2 50 dollar vouchers to be used again on Spirit."

Pros: "Had a row to my self. Comfortable."
Cons: "The cost of checking bags and having to pay for a seat. I thought when you purchased an airline ticket it included a seat. Imagine my surprise when I had to pay for a seat."

Cons: "Food was all purchase nothing complimentary. The flight well over an hour and a half late due to some sort of electrical malfunction. The least they could have done for the inconvenience of the wait was offer complimentary drink and snack service."

Pros: "First time in my life that I've had a full flight, without a second turbulence. The flight was even thirty minutes faster than initially predicted. Overall, fantastic flight!"
