This airline always trick us so we end up paying again for the luggage’s. This airline is worthless and take advantage of travelers .
Now days most airlines flying to Central America have a really poor service, but if you buy first class they will treat you better. I miss those days when flying was fun.

Horrible airline, upgraded to sit on seats made of stone. Staff were rude and on top of it they charge an arm and a leg for luggage 🧳 never again
The seats are the worst I upgraded to premium big mistake and it seems like no one likes there job very unpleasant

The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
United rejected my seat assignment that i selected when purchasing my seat 3 months in advance and therefore i ended up in the secondary business cabin in a middle pod. I had intentionally purchased my ticket early to secure a front end pod. I spoke to United via DTravel twice in the week leading up to my trip and they assurred me that they would fix my seat assignment and never did. The crew on board was pretty non-existent throughout the flight and seemed frustrated any time i went and found someone in the galley to ask for a snack or water. that was disappointing given the amount paid for the ticket. Overall, it was just fine and i arrived safely but i did send a complaint through the customer care portal.
My flight was cancelled and United Airlines could not rebook or help. My whole trip was then cancelled and I could not go to the funeral I needed to get to.
WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?
Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience

Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Every time I fly American they end up delaying the flight significantly and claim it’s due to weather, however, it was a beautiful clear sunny day in Dallas today. Unfortunately, these significant delays occur more often than not which I don’t experience on any other airlines. Yet American Airlines consistently faults the weather and never holds itself accountable for the poor and unorganized service. I will keep my business with Delta, United, and JetBlue going forward. American Airlines should not be part of the “Big 3” considering United and Delta are light years ahead. JetBlue is also much ahead of American. American needs to step up big time

Flight was delayed 5 hours. Initial reason for delay was 'maintenance' - which makes sense. Then, the additional 2 hours continued to say it was maintenance - when I know EWR had a 2 hour delay. AA did not say that. Additionally, when boarding, there was only one agent at the counter for a long time - until another came to help. After boarding, we had to wait another 45 minutes due to 'no catering'. So while we waited for catering, AA continued to board additional passengers - which seemed odd - and raised questions about what really was going on. I sat in First Class. During the flight, the flight crew allowed a significant number of non-First Class passengers to use the front bathroom - which created a very crowded environment in First Class which was uncomfortable. This also delayed First Class passengers from using the bathroom. Overall, horrible experience.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
Seat was VERY uncomfortable. Flight was delayed and then boarded slowly. The crew was super helpful with boarding and supporting maximizing the luggage in the overhead.
Absolutely terrible. Would never fly American again. 2 deplaned incidents and delayed by close to 24 hours. $12 meal voucher for first class passengers was an insult to the injury. Pathetic.

My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.
