Friendly staff at all very easy check in and organize process
Horrible airline, upgraded to sit on seats made of stone. Staff were rude and on top of it they charge an arm and a leg for luggage 🧳 never again
The seats are the worst I upgraded to premium big mistake and it seems like no one likes there job very unpleasant

It was good, although we could not get our preferred seats, we did enjoy the whole experience from Costa Rica. I still don't understand why our luggage is not the first to come out at the band.
Great flight. On time boarding. Smooth flight and on time arrival at EWR. The flight crew was marvelous and there was a great selection of movies on the entertainment system. Our bags were at the carousel before we got there. Another excellent flight from United.
Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.
For an expensive flight to another country, United has a lot of nerve serving pretzels and no meals (unless, of course, you want to buy something to eat). Unacceptable.
They brought an empty plane to the gate. Then a flight delay was announced for maintenance and waiting on a part. I was then put on a flight to San Francisco instead with a connecting flight to my final destination. Arrived at my final destination 2 hours late.
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
We boarded late. The crew at the airport was dismissive. The seat cushion on the plane was uncomfortable.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂

Pros: we leave and arrive on time Cons: the most uncomfortable seats ever. You cant recline at all your seats. No entertainment No TVs flight attendants didn't provide even a glass of water. You have to go to back of the airplane and ask for one. I am Colombian and I remember seeing the flight attendants very neat, elegants which is or was a staple of Avianca.it was one with tennis shoes, no male up, the hair was messy... that was really odd.
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane
Did not fly with Pakistan International Airlines. Have never flown with Pakistan International Airlines.
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

And you guys charge $130 for a carry-on did they wanna let me in with my carry-on that I travel everywhere with the luggage you guys are such a dog thank you
Spirit loves to pick and choose when to harass you about your personal item. I’ve flown numerous times with the same bag with no problem yet flying out of Orlando they forced me to pay $99 for a carry on and then ran out of overhead space. Do better!
didn't order food on board. there's no way to hold a water botton on the way. otherwise it was a pleasant flight, thanks to the crew.
Even though there was a delay the crew was exceptional.
Had to pay for water if wanted it. Seats are close unless you get upgraded. Flight was fine. Will travel again with spirit.
The flight was on time, the crew is friendly, and the seat was nice and wide compared to some other airlines. (the KAYAK survey should allow for the response, not applicable, because I did not have any food or take advantage of the entertainment)
A Spirit agent caused me to miss my flight. The company has not responded for request of refund. Stay away from Spirit.
It was good. It will be nice one check Baggage cost and picking seats were free.
Sprit being a value airlines providing flights for less prices, does its basic job. Flight was on time and ride was comfortable. Its did take off and landed on time. Luggage took sometime to arrive at carousal but that could be Newark airport issue.
Worst every experience travelling with Family. So much delayed while going and returning both. All airlines were time except this. not sure Spirit operational issues. No recommend Spirit. It may spoil your entire trip. Rather spent extra $ and book better airlines.
Spirit cancelled my return flight the day before travel and so I had to book a last minute flight on American Airlines.
