I was in the premier economy and enjoyed the room and the comfort. Although I will say that it would take a real expert to make the location of the place to plug in headsets and chargers more difficult. With all of the room available it makes no sense to bury those connections and to make it so difficult to use them. The couple in front of me needed to use the cell phone light in order to see where to plug in a charger. The seats are comfortable and the food was good.
No way to add a bag without getting in line at the counter, which took at least half an hour. No WiFi.
The preboarding and the gate organizing management was poor, unorganized and mismanaged. While standing in the business line I kept getting ignored and the personnel kept checking in others, right in front of me until I finally spoke up and pointed out their clear signs of ignoring me while patiently waiting to be checked in. Once checked in the gate the personnel kept chit-chatting and not managing which group is to board, being totally nonchalant, unorganized and behaving amateur-like . Very unprofessional and unlike the quality the Austrian Airlines brand otherwise provides. The crew on the plane are always fantastic and the best. What a shame the crew on the ground was so mediocre.
Flight delayed with no explanation. Boarding was confused (proceed to plane, go back to waiting area).
Last few years I didn't not have great experience with United Airlines.
Short flight. Bare bones and kinda seeming like an older plane. But got me there on time and that's what counts. Perfectly fine flight all the way from start to finish.
My Austrian Air flight from Montenegro to Vienna was delayed by three hours because their plane de-icer was broken and they had to wait for the sun to come up before the ice could melt. This meant we missed our United flight altogether. So I can't speak about United, but I was not impressed by Austrian Air. They made us check in two carry on bags for a 60% full flight, and the bags didn't find us in the US for ten days. The re-routing they arranged included an extra leg, a midnight taxi ride across New Jersey and New York, and a five hour sleep in a hotel. Not impressed.
I been flying with Austrian for few years, they never failed me.
Vienna airport is a zoo Agents directed me to the wrong gate and then the wrong line Lounge is so crowded no place to sit Not enough bathrooms anywhere On the flight they asked for medical attention While I attended to the problem they forgot my food when I got back They forgot to give me water at night Waited 1 hour for bags Agents didn’t know which Shute the bags were coming to so it was between 2 places
Food: my selection was pasta with vegetables, though it was potatoes not pasta. Breakfast was 2 rolls and some sort of spreads— not sure what they were. Worst thing was that we had to wait for over 90 minutes for our bags to show up at O’Hare
Good could be better. Crew is good but not great. Not much snack options for kids. Bathrooms were not cleaned on time
The crew were really bad mannered! And spoiled all my mood throughout the flight!
Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.
The seats seemed smaller than other business class offerings. The entertainment menu was limited. Flight crew was good.
It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better
Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.
Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good
On this flight...fine. The one from India to Abu Dahbi, awful.
Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.
Nothing was good. Everything needs to improve. Everything was abysmal. Needs lots of improvement. The check-in and baggage drop at the New Delhi airport was manned by disrespectful people, horrible experience. We will never travel by Etihad ever again.

Everything was great, the infotainment system was glitching but this was not a big deal.

I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. The plane was overbooked and the crew was very rude. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.

it was a nice tripe but they need to work on the serving of soda,they should be abled to serve cain soda not on cup.At least each passenger should be entitled to one cain of soda not serving on cup.thanks.
On my return flight the TV did not work the entire flight! They knew it wasn’t working but they let me sit there. The guy sitting nièce to me told me he was ok the previous flight and it wasn’t working. This is business class by the way!
