Had a great flight. Delayed takeoff, but comfortable. Snacks were good.
Pretty seamless, just a tad bit late in taking off and landing.
after landing, we stay 2 hours on the taxi way before reaching the gate The airline and the crew were good though
My flight to Chicago left and landed early. My return flight left two minutes late and arrived 2 minutes late. My seat selections were ideal! There were no snacks going to Chicago and no snacks on the return trip. There are no charging outlets on board.
Gate agents were informative and friendly… flight attendants were as well. Had a fun time chatting about their legacy AirTran experiences as a former fan of the airline that Southwest acquired.
The fluidity of the entire process of boarding the plane the flight attendants attentiveness. The flight attendants also provided coloring books for my kids who loved it.
It good. Just not that plane didn’t have power outlets to charge devices etc.
We stood on the tarmac for over an hour. Very bad turbulence the whole ride. Very to get to the restroom.
C Am handicapped and couldn't get help with my luggage.
The crew at the gate in Baltimore were rude and intimidating and insensitive to the needs of traveling families. They treated us like nuisance children ruining their day rather than the reasons they were working, paying customers with children who were anxious about the boarding experience. I would only travel Southwest again if it were the only option, especially if traveling with my children.
The flight was delayed from take off because only one runway was operational in San Francisco.
United have really come back. Airport and boarding process is clear and good, app and information also very good
It would have been better if the crew has supported my husband's reasons for needing to keep the space clear around his feet, rather than insisting that he put his knapsack in that space.
Evidently, my seat had the only broken TV. I couldn’t plug it in, get it to come on, or watch anything, and of course, no one could fix it while we were on the plane. The service was good and the boarding was quick
Delays from united along with Newark air space caused delays. But an average flight! Unfortunately we come to expect delays from the airlines.
Fast checkin with the self serve terminal, good communication at the boarding gate.
The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!
There was no screens on board AND the WiFi didn’t work. My seat was broken and couldn’t recline so I couldn’t even sleep. The flight attendants didn’t offer anything to make it more comfortable. It was such an old cramped plane, when the person in front of me reclined I couldn’t even open my tray table. All the United ads talk about guaranteeing everyone gets a screen!
Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!
Taking a bus or train from Newark to Albany is perhaps the better (safer and faster) option for such a short distance, especially with winter weather. Due to complications caused by snowfall, our flight had to circle around Albany airport for about half an hour before the conditions on the runway were sufficient for landing. (The pilots did an excellent job getting us on the ground safely with limited runway-length, snow covering the runway, and poor visibility.) The flight had a lot of turbulence due to the snowstorm and small size of the plane, but all was well in the end.
