Delayed and no entertainment? I also forgot my headphones and immediately reported it and have not heard back yet.

Very delayed for seemingly no reason. Made me miss an event

The crew was very friendly. Boarding was quick and efficient.

On time, good boarding process very quick. Clean planes. Planes are tight, not much leg room ( i am only 5'8"). Some attendants are moving through aisles fiercely and pushing passengers. Got yelled for a tiny man bag that it is an extra personal tem ( size of a wallet) Wi-Fi on the plane does not work well with android phones.

I didn’t go, and can’t use a no refundable ticket.

There was no food or entertainment, thus thus the neutral rating.

You need categories to note when food and entertainment are not available. Alaska's system would not update flight info on the board for this flight, so there was some confusion after deplaning from the previous flight as to which gate and depart time were accurate for this flight.

we waited for 50 minutes to check a bag and missed a flight. do better.

The flight crew was very professional and pleasant. Our flight was delayed 3 hours, but Kayak informed me in advance
