The seat was comfortable, but I paid for upgraded seats and they did not state that there was no outlets for devices.
My experience was significantly impacted by problems in Seattle with luggage check-in. Apparently, Alaska Air was significantly understaffed in this area for the number of passengers for that morning or they had issues with the machinery processing and loading the baggage. Upon tagging my suitcase, I was sent from one drop-off area to another and yet a third on a different floor. The line to do most of this was VERY long and moved quite slowly at first--I just barely made it on time to catch my flight even. though I arrived at the airport an hour and 40 minutes early. Then when I arrived in Charleston, my bag didn't arrive on the carousel with other luggage and I had to spend extra time tracking it down.. The relative who helped me out at SEATAC said he had never seen the airport so backed up and he travels out of that airport frequently. It was a very stressful experience, and very disappointing.
Many gate changes in Seattle and mechanical problems on plane which resulted in a new gate change. Both flights, from Seattle to Detroit and Seattle to Eugene resulted in a lot of walking and tram taking.
My very first, first class flight! Loved the comfortable seats, foot rest and beverages. Did not have food due to short flight. Crew was very friendly!
This flight was all good. It was packed, but it took off on time and there were no problems. It would have been nice if they'd checked our bags for free, as they sometimes do.
The internet was down, which made my work plans impossible while inflight.
all crew, pilots and attendants were fantastic. Both to and from flight to SEA, attendants went above and beyond.
I was totally disgusted at the stewardesses supplying the three passengers in front of us in the exit row with multiple rounds of booze. They were loud and inappropriate using profanity to share stories. Our 3 and 7 year old he’s d it as well. Just flat out inappropriate and amazed AA wasn’t implementing a drink limit policy.
Spent extra to choose my seat. Found a window available so grabbed it. They did not mention the row didn’t recline. Had over 5 hour flight stuck in a straight back chair. Traveling for funeral - needed to rest and couldn’t get comfortable (row infront of exit😒 should have realized but wasn’t thinking I guess).
Our Alaska airlines flight eas cancelled 2 days in a row. They did nothing to sccomodate - no hotel rooms or meal vouchers. We were left on our own. We switched airlines to fly home. I would give this serious consideration before using this airline again.
The flight was delayed from take off because only one runway was operational in San Francisco.
Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.
the whole trip was smooth, and as comfortable as flying is these days. flight crew was friendly and very courteous and helpful.
Yet another flight in which beverage and snack service was skipped. Other that that, firmly mediocre. Landed early, to gate late due to congestion at the gates. Airline's fault or airports fault: unknown.
The flights were on time which was great give. It was holiday travel season and there’d been some weather issues. The only complaint and this is every time with United is the terrible seat design. The head rest is not built for comfort and having my neck bent forward for a cross country trip reminded me while I try not to take United flights as a rule.
United have really come back. Airport and boarding process is clear and good, app and information also very good
This was a very average flight. The seat was out of alignment so more uncomfortable than usual. The cabin felt not well maintained. But I safely got where I needed to go.
We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
Dinner was okay but the breakfast was not eatable on the flight San Francisco to Zurich.
This was a Lufthansa flight. Disappointing main meal. Very rough over Canada and arrival at FRA. IFE was almost unusable.
