Boarding process of asking for volunteers to check bags goes against the system you had before with 2 bags checked free. This process is more of a guilt trip than a caring attitude toward the customer. In addition bag-size scrutiny has increased which also slows down the process of boarding. My wife said she will not fly on your airline again unless there is no other option.

Kayak could’ve posted the correct gate number. Almost missed my flight.

I wish they had movie screens in the headrests. The seats are much improved, more legroom and recently renovated. Bathroom was clean. Staff was outstanding!!

Staff was far less than helpful at all times. Departure and arrival times mean nothing to Southwest. Extremely disappointed, will never fly with them again, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with all.

My original flight was extremely delayed but I was able to join the standby list for an earlier flight. I was grateful for this feature but I wish I could’ve gotten my standby confirmation sooner.

Glad flight made it out. So many delays due to hurricane. everyone did a great job.

Very good. Exactly what I expected. We did have a slight delay.

The trip was good. Short, uneventful, and can't ask for more than that My one complaint is that I had signed up for wheel chair assist between gates. I fractured my foot/ankle in two places and needed the help. Neither flight did the requested help appear. I ended up walking through both Atlanta and Nashville Airport and was a very unhappy traveler. While I know that it's the airport responsibility for the service, I wish that SW had at least verified that the assistance was there as requested.

I liked that we arrived safely. I did not like how Southwest personnel blamed the boarding delays on wheel chair passengers. If there is a national wheelchair basketball tournament occurring, be ready as a company to respond with appropriate resources to match your cudtomers needs.

I love Southwest! I try not to fly with anyone else!

Many gate changes in Seattle and mechanical problems on plane which resulted in a new gate change. Both flights, from Seattle to Detroit and Seattle to Eugene resulted in a lot of walking and tram taking.

My very first, first class flight! Loved the comfortable seats, foot rest and beverages. Did not have food due to short flight. Crew was very friendly!

This flight was all good. It was packed, but it took off on time and there were no problems. It would have been nice if they'd checked our bags for free, as they sometimes do.

The internet was down, which made my work plans impossible while inflight.

Boarding much smoother than previous United flights! The flight attendant helped monitor putting bags in overhead bins. On united no help resulted in bins in first class being filled before I boarded for first class. I had to search further down into economy. Then got stuck unable to return to my seat. People were putting backpacks that needed to go under seats in bins. It was a mess. This flight was a refreshing improvement. United also had so many categories of preboarding that first class could not board early. The pilot talked to us directly instead of using the intercom before flight.

The planes were in very nice condition. Comfortable enough leg room. I had a very quick connection on my return home I made it just fine and so did my luggage!!

Most of it was good. The flights were on time. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a short time connecting flights and they let me deplane first and I made the connection. On the outbound from DTW to SEA I was seated in the middle of two very large people. I am petite and even with my arms crossed they were both hanging over into my seat touching me. The meal had way too much pepper and spice, my lips were burning. Other than those two issues, I was pleased with the service and the trip and will use Alaska Air again.

Wheelchair assistant was on the spot, and very helpful. Gate agent was kind, and made sure I boarded the plane without having to try to hurry with my painful hip. My seat was so comfortable, 20A. I am tall, 5'9 and I need to stretch out my legs due to chronic nerve pain in my back that runs down my right leg, in addition to the bursitis in my right hip. Alaska air has the best economy seating in the market. So much room for legs, elbows, etc. When I arrived in SEA, the next Wheelchair was waiting to take me to the next gate. Great communication.

Very delayed for seemingly no reason. Made me miss an event

We sat on the tarmac for 25 minutes after landing and it caused me to miss a connecting flight. It turned a 7 hour travel day into a 14 hour travel day. That really sucked.

Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.

Could have been on time and not missed my connection

Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.

Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.

Second flight in a row where the entertainment system is broken. 5 hour long flight with no entertainment and flight attendants did not seem interested in resolving the matter. Very shocked to be treated this poorly considering I paid for a first class experience and have Diamond Medallion status.

The service from the flight attendants were of supreme quality. They greeted and treated everyone with a wide smile. This is totally absent nowadays. Kudos to them!!!!

The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.

For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.

The flight was delayed from take off because only one runway was operational in San Francisco.

Efficient boarding and early departure. Very smooth flight. Early arrival in ATL. Great flight.

Very good. Because of the delays with my previous flight, I missed my connection, but I was able to book another flight through the United app easily.

United have really come back. Airport and boarding process is clear and good, app and information also very good

I was charged for my daughters bag when I am supposed to receive two free checked bags with my United Explorer card.

Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.

The check-in process is not the best They should have agents in site to help with any problem especially a rebook. Why does one have to get on the phone when there were at least 8 agents around that could have help?! Flying is stressful as it is and having someone willing to do their customer service will ease some of the stress.

Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.

The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.
