Generally Good. Outbound flight was marred by a continuously s creaming baby. Fortunately the flight was only 90 mins long it would be nice if people traveling with small childres could be centered in one part of the plane. Also, you need to adapt your servey to include a "not applicable " option for things like food and entertainment, which are not offered on shorter flights. I fily Alaska by choice as given all the cirumstances, I fel\el you do a good job.
I was seating in 26A and the children in 27A and B were kicking me non-stop. They kicked me for hours nonstop and the parents refused to get off their phones or correct them. I kindly asked multiple times and got screamed at by the mom that her son is disabled. I told her I get it, but that I matter too and she is responsible for her child. He then kicked me so hard my drink spilled. Not one crew member or other passenger said or did a thing. It was so horrible.
My very first, first class flight! Loved the comfortable seats, foot rest and beverages. Did not have food due to short flight. Crew was very friendly!
Birding was slow. extremely slow; please do experiments on efficient plane boarding experiences; especially regarding passengers that pass their seat number…
This flight was all good. It was packed, but it took off on time and there were no problems. It would have been nice if they'd checked our bags for free, as they sometimes do.
Pretty smooth ride!… a little tight in the back and would’ve loved to had a movie screen… couldn’t beat the price to the West Coast!

I liked everything except, I left a brand new Switch 2 on the plane and talking to anybody about it is nearly impossible. I had to fill out a form and hope they get back to me in the next 2 weeks. I really hope they contact me. I saved for that thing for over a year and my son is heart broken.
Fight attendant excellent Food very good, not great Seats were stiff and uncomfortable Flight was overall very nice. Last three flights were burdened with miserably uncomfortable seats. Hard stiff no padding.
The internet was down, which made my work plans impossible while inflight.

Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.

On the return flight, flight attendant Britt went out of her way to inform passengers that several of us had tight connections.
I haven’t flown economy in over 20 years but it was not bad. Room by my feet for my bag and seat was roomy enough. Surprised in a good way.
Flight late, the waited for a long time for “personal” to arrive at gate to dock the plane in Rochester. So annoying. This flight was expected, why aren’t personel available for the jet bridge?
Kayak botched up the booking, i had to call delta and fix. In the process Delta failed to honor my comfort plus seat assignment that i had previously.
First class is comfortable. Enjoyed a movie and was able to relax compared to coach.
Absolutely no communication on why there's a delay and multiple flight time reschedules. I would have canceled the flight and drove back home if I known it was going to be rescheduled 3 or 4 times.
Extremely disappointed with Delta. They canceled flight last minute and then I rebooked the other flights and with which were delayed as well
Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.
The seat was comfortable. There was a lot of turbulence. If it weren't for that,it would have been okay.
It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.
Packed in plane small uncomfortable seats elbow to elbow nobody wants to be in that situation for the money they paid

Checking in united could not figure out my star alliance gold. Baggage did not get marked priority and didn't receive boarding passes. When got to SFO lounge personal fixed everything Immediately

Great flight. Got to watch a movie. Smooth flight and early arrival at ORD.
This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded fine. The cabin door was closed and we were ready to go. We were notified by the Captain that ATC issued and ground stop for 40 minutes. So, without even pushing back from the gate, we were already 40 minutes late. We actually were released to push-back and taxi at 30 minutes. But, some passengers had tight connections and were not going to make their connections. Some passengers asked about the delay and the effect on the connections and were told by the cabin attendant that all flights will be delayed and so they should be OK. However, that was not true. My connecting flight was on time and I arrived at IAH with 21 minutes to make my connection. I did and I'm happy about that, but the flight crew should not have given assurances to the passengers who might have missed their connections.
Poor communication, flight was delayed for preventable reasons. I missed my connection.
