Poor. They should have given me a row with more room and instead they put me in a middle seat with two strangers next to me
I truly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff and flight attendants. They did their best to be prompt with departure times to San Diego and back to New York! Alaska Airlines ... you are awesome!!
Very mediocre, and disappointing for the price of the ticket
We sat on the tarmac for 25 minutes after landing and it caused me to miss a connecting flight. It turned a 7 hour travel day into a 14 hour travel day. That really sucked.
On time boarding, take off and landing. Will fly again with Alaska Airlines.

Terrible. After boarding we sat on the runway for 1.5 hours "25th in line to take off" ... Alaska Air is on 7th terminal , far away from rest of airport
Better sinage at check-in counter on lines for baggage check in and boarding pass check in, specfically at JFK. It was a mess to figure and wasted a lot of people's time.
My flight wait is 3 hours delayed due to Unknown reason. We waited a very long time in the tarmac. Our flight 24 was scheduled @ 7, therefore we left my house at 330 to park our car. We were at the gate @ 530, then we were told at 6a that it will be late , we boarded at 930 but did not take off until 1015. Therefore my arranged pick up in JFK was cancelled because of no show. Before all these I got an email offers of changing my flight to a different date which I took a day earlier. I will never again take Alaska Airlines, very Inefficient and Disappointing.
Had to pay $8 for internet wasnt cool, no tv’s, had to use phone to watch movies, no food choices seemed available unless u ordered in advance maybe I'm wrong about that but seemed that way, no snacks were served. Seemed a very bare bones flight. But it was on time and safe so that was good
The food is terrible. The staff is wonderful. Comfort is good.
For some reason, I couldn't choose my seat. The airline gave me a seat when I got there. Not happy about that. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Seats comfortable, service and food very mediocre, staff not very attentive, worse than many other our flights with Delta.
Overall good experience; however, there was one flight attendant who was rather rough compared to everyone else. Everything else was good: entertainment, food. Delta keeps on delivering! Thank you!
The flight used a B767 with a very old interior from before 2014. The entertainment system did not work at all during the flight despite attempts to reset the system. It was like they flew this route just to be competitive.
Crew blocked exits to front of ship with galley carts. Also split five person family apart on international flight without fixing.
On this flight I felt the food offering was not as complete as on previous flights. The tomato salad was a bit off and there was nothing additional such a bread or butter. The breakfast was only one option, so you either ate what they had or ate nothing. The crew was efficient, but most seemed frustrated throughout the flight. The flight arrived early and was obstacle-free, so I’m overall quite happy, but the shine in the rest of the experience just wasn’t there.
De planning was an absolute mess. We were never told that we weren’t at the gate and that we had to go down unstable stairs and then hop on a bus. People were falling, we couldn’t tell who was in charge. Overall terrible communication that ended up leaving a bad impression at the very end of the experience.
