The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.

I was in Comfort and we didn’t get any drinks, chips or anything! First Class got full service on the flight and Comfort got nothing. Seat was horrible and uncomfortable

We departed early and made up time in the air allowing us to arrive 30 minutes early. Capt was incredibly genuine and thanked every passenger for flying with Delta. Completely humble and professional!

The boarding process needs to be refined. Sometimes the gate crew calls out the zones and then flip to showing the.zones boarding on the gate monitor display. So, unless you are huddled around the gate lanes watching the monitor, you could miss your boarding zone. Suggest the zones be announced each time a new zone is allowed to board.

This route with Delta always has delays or is cancelled. Aircrafts seem smaller and older. I fly Delta quite a bit - haven’t had issues with the international flights. But this route has always been the troublesome one

On 2 different flights the wifi was horrible and there was no drink or snack service.

There was no FREE wi-fi nor entertainment screens at all.

As we lined up to board they gave our plane to a flight going to Newark. So then we got delayed until they could find another plane. Flight crew was ok. I’m assuming since it’s a shorter flight they only offered water and coffee.

Crew was amazing, takeoff wonderful. The bathroom was disgusting from before takeoff the odor made the flight uncomfortable as you could smell the bathroom from the center of the plane where we were sitting. Smelled like raw sewage. My daughter was throwing up as we landed due to the smell and horrible turbulence as we approached Newark.

Lately I like the planes have been exceptionally filthy. There’s lines of dust and dirt all across the ceiling in the vents, and the cracks in between the seats are literally full of food. It’s definitely not the quality of service that I was used to with United. I’m also very disappointed with the Wi-Fi! All I wanna do is knock out a few work jobs while I’m trapped in my seat And it spools so bad. They did provide me with a refund, but the process of getting that refund is so complicated. It’s unfortunate.

We boarded and buckled and then deplaned due to no pilot. Had to wait over 3 hours for a new pilot. Not weather related, just poor management.

Last minute gate change nearly caused us to miss our flight. Change was not announced or displayed in the main board at the old gate. Terrible communication. When we landed we had to wait 20 minutes because there was another plane at the assigned gate. Not the crew’s fault, but adding 20 minutes to a 45 minute flight sucked.

Boarding delayed 20 minutes for no reason, no wifi, in flight entertainment, or snacks / waters?

This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!

Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the AA crew. I believe it was disability-related. It’s unlikely I will fly AA again.

I like the speed of boarding and deplaning and the fact that everything was on time. The crew (attendants) were probably quite new and did not begin the in cabin service until 30 min before landing even though there was little to no air turbulence for the last 1.5 hours of the flight. It made for a mad scramble at the end to get trash collected and carts stowed before touch down.

The flights was delayed by hours and it was the firmest landing I have experienced in my life. My back is still sore.

We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates

Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.

Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.

I wasn’t allowed to board with my children. I was charged outrageous costs for basic carry on size luggage. The entertainment screens were outdated and not user friendly.

NEVER TOOK THIS FLIGHT. LUFTHANSA CANCELED THIS FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. We were rerouted through Chicago on United airlines with a layover of five hours and then on American Airlines to St. Louis. The United club lounge in Chicago is good but there is no shower unlike Bangalore 080 lounge

At the gate I requested a change of seat to an aisle because of a medical issue, and I was graciously accommodated. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Flight got cancelled and we did not get an email till the last minute. They rebooked us on British Airways for 6 hours later and did not inform us. We drove all the way to the airport for the AA desk attended to take a while to figure out our flights were cancelled and rebooked. British airway attendants did not show up till 4 hours later! Really poor customer service

Generally very good. I think their service is better than some other big names I used to travel with. Their food variety is second to none - and you can place order beforehand. Their seating design is a bit awkward for service, I'd say. Flight attendants must be tall enough - long legs and arms - to reach the window seat passenger while crossing over the isle passenger. Also appreciated the variety on entertainment.

Thanks to a delay of an hour of my flight to Philadelphia on American Airlines I missed my connecting flight to Amsterdam. On arrival at Philadelphia he crew on the delayed flight did not ask the passengers to let connecting passengers get off first and I arrived a few minutes after boarding was closed at the original time for the flight to AMS, this despite the fact that I had received a message from American Airlines that departure was delayed by 25 minutes. Overall very poor service, no effort from the part of American Airlines to accommodate the passenger, just rebook the flight for the next day.

Seats not as comfortable as I had hoped. Food was very nice, service was fine. Entertainment options very nice. Had thought the premium economy was a more plus 2-3-2 layout but it was a 2-4-2 with seats not as wide as I had expected.

I liked my seats on the return trip. Didn't like having to pay for luggage on an international flight. Also didn't like that it was on American airlines and not British Airways. I specifically selected a BA flight to experience that airline.

I flew four flights on British Airways within two weeks. I was unable to download the boarding pass to my phone for any of the four flights. I could check-in for my flight but the system would not give me boarding pass. I tried multiple ways and multiple times. I discovered many other passengers also had the same issue with their boarding passes. No explanation or acknowledgement by BA.

Because our ABZ-LHR flight was cancelled by BA for reasons they refuse to tell us--not weather--we did not make this flight and were booked on the following day. BA offered no assistance to us on the phone or in the airport, and we had to find a hotel at Heathrow on our own.

They ran out of earphones so my 3rd daughter couldn’t use the on board entertainment the entire flight. They also ran out of food choices (chicken or cheese) by the time they got to the last few rows, so my oldest daughter, wasn’t given a choice. Luckily she isn’t a vegetarian because they only had chicken left.
