Pros: "The crew was super nice and helpful. They made an effort to answer any questions the passengers had. They made the flight home very enjoyable. I plan to fly with Allegiant again."
Cons: "Communication is always my #1 complaint with Allegiant. They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular time...so you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks."
Cons: "Was surprised to see 0 social distancing in the plane. It was packed and not everyone had masks. Should be mandatory."

Late arrival flight arrived in BWI and I missed connecting flight in CLT to mobile. I had to wait 6.5 hours for next flight.
Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.
Cons: "Both to and from austin were delayed several hours. Crew was rude to other passengers. Was not impressed by customer service."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 2 hours in Airbus 777 full of passengers. The reason was to fix some light and administrative error on a log book. This could have been prevented if they had done all of the checks beforehand. All of those passengers stuck in a plane during a pandemic. Not very smart !!!!"

Cons: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

But the almost / hours we spent sitting on the runway in Little Rock for the limited amount of medical supplies, that could of been replenished in Dallas was a waste of every passenger on that flights time"
Cons: "The seats do not recline & they are very small so it was hard to be comfortable. My daughter found it hard to rest. The extra bag fees were a surprise and the fact that we landed an hour late because there was bad weather but we weren't told that we would be late until we were about to land and by then our ride had been waiting an hour and there was no way to notify them. I will not fly Frontier again unless I absolutely have to."
Cons: "I had pre checked in but when I got to the gate (on time for the flight but late in the boarding process) they didn't make an announcement for last calls or for any checked in passengers so I missed my flight. They were changing over the signs for the next flight, so it still read my destination, but the time was an hour later so I thought it had been delayed."
Pros: "2.5 hours is long enough to get thirsty, a cup of water would have been nice."
Cons: "I do not feel I willl fly Frontier again. The crew was nice and flight fine. However, the way you nickel time your passengers is beyond awful. How unfriendly can you be!"
Cons: "Not on time. The contract crew that loaded luggage took 45 minutes to load after we had boarded the plane. At 80 years old, the flight attendant who was still wearing her new years eve hat and looked like she was hung over, did not offer to help after I lifted the carry on and it started to come back out. Not to worry I did it my self. Charge for water!!! Will never fly Frontier again -- even the pilot said it was not the Frontier that he went to work for. Will never fly them again."
Pros: "I like that the seats are thinner without a lot of padding. It gives more leg room. I like that my knees aren't hitting that seat in front of me. That crew was very nice."
Cons: "I don't like having to pay extra for my luggage. One bag should always be free and extra bags should be paid for. Paying for water is bad too. Water is cheap. People would buy a snack if they get free water. The fold down tray is also too small."

Cons: "Spirit was so incredibly disorganized that we almost missed our flight. The line for bag drop was the same to talk to an agent. It was out the door and down the street! No one could give us any information - they just said to join the back of the line. This is a pitiful excuse for an airline with disorganized lines and no communication. Plus the desk person was so Rude and charged an arm and a leg for us going over the weight restriction. She was hateful, and wouldn’t even cut us the slightest break after we waited 2 hours. Never flying this horrible airine again. You end up being more expensive than the more expensive airlines! What a waste."
Cons: "After boarding the airplane, all of customers were asked to leave the airplane and waited over 2 hours to board the airplane again. The arrival time scheduled was 11:00 pm but actually arrived after 2:00 am."
