The man next to us had a medical emergency a the flight attendants really stepped up and quickly helped turn a bad situation into one with a great outcome. Brandon, Ranger , and Jose all did wonderful jobs gathering all the medical field passengers on the plane to help (a my husband) and they helped revive the unresponsive patient within a few minutes with juice and oxygen. It was a great example of community and teamwork and I’m so impressed with the staff.

this was the THIRD time in four Alaska flights that were 2 hours late. Only one was due to weather. The intentionally posted each flight as only 1 hour and 55 minutes late so that they wouldn't have to give out vouchers. And then the flights all ended up more than 2 hours late. Makes United look like a premium carrier.

I’ve been flying Alaska Airlines for over 30 years & The boarding personnel letting us in the plane were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Seemed the plane was over booked & they took THEIR mishap out on my son in law… Treated HIM like absolute garbage to the point our family will not fly Alaska after our trips are complete this year. Sad. We loved Alaska until that experience. I hope others never see the same behavior

Good leg room, no problem with overhead storage and the staff was super helpful.

THere was no WiFi and therefore no entertainment on the flight, but everything else was fine. The flight got in so early we had to wait for a gate to be clear.

Love flying out of Paine field! Easy check-in, great lunch, small crowd. Don’t let this go away!

First time traveling on plane, everything was very easy for me.

Flight was delayed 2 hours. Other than that, it was a good flight.

Pleasant flight, now wifi, but did get pushed to the exit row gracefully cause I am a tall man. Was a pleasant thank you.
